Orlando was responsive, quick, and offered a great price. I'd definitely contact Land's Junk Removal again.

Wow this company is amazing! We are cleaning out a very dirty garage, we got a wild idea to see if we could find a junk hauler through Yelp. A quick Yelp message and phone call later and they showed up same day 2 hours later. We had everything prepared once they arrived and they were able to load the entire truck in 20 mins. Would 100% recommend and use their services again. read more

Excellent service priced right! Orlando was very responsive to my request from the start, and his quote for my demolition and hauling job was in the range I was expecting. I'll be a return customer for sure! read more

Great experience! Asked for a quote around midnight on a Saturday night, and they came first thing in the next morning. I had a ton of moving boxes, packing paper, and garbage that needed to be taken down three flights of stairs and about 200 feet to dumpsters. They did it with a smile on their face and finished in less than an hour. Even took the time to step on the paper in the dumpster; he was knowledgeable enough to know property manager might complain that I had overfilled the dumpster. Fair price, would definitely use again and recommend to others. read more

Orlando was very helpful and professional. We have a very steep driveway. A lot of service trucks have difficulty with clearance. Orlando has had his truck modified to give better clearance. He provided a good price (didn't change it) and was friendly, and even swept the area after he loaded his truck. I know who I can count on next time I need junk removal. read more

I was shopping around on yelp here looking for someone that could take a big ole piano that was left when i bought the house and a fridge. The piano had to weight over 1000lbs I was getting quotes in the 300-500 range. Then I got quote from Land's at 200 but said it would be cheaper if I could help load and I had no problem with that. I was very pleased with the customer services, the price and the quickness they were able to get out and dispose of the equipment.
