I live in a duplex with a yard I inherited from a horrible tenant that left me with debris and broken concrete I had to clear. As a San Diegan, rent being what it is, I would pick up free stuff on fb marketplace and some things just didn't work out. Well, it eventually left me with piles of ugly rotting/rusting junk that took up space you have to pass just to get to my front door (what a first impression right). Low Cost Hauling were referred to me by a close friend and they took care of it within 30 minutes, did more than what I asked, and used a leaf blower when they finished (way beyond what I expected). They were super nice and communicative! Great service! I feel like I can finally enjoy my space more and start making it look pretty! Thank you guys! read more

I'd highly recommend this company! Their prices were affordable and very reasonable. They kept me informed from my initial call all the way through pickup, and their communication was excellent. The crew was professional, friendly, and worked quickly to remove everything. We had two couches, a futon, several weed whackers, and a variety of other miscellaneous items, and everything was hauled away at a very fair price. We didn't have to spend over $300 like we expected. We'll definitely be using their services again! read more

These guys are the real deal. We just closed on our new house and walked in to find the sellers had left us a "housewarming gift" of garage clutter, yard debris, and random junk in every corner. Not the welcome we were hoping for. Called Low Cost Hauling and Juan turned the whole thing around. Fair quote right out of the gate, no nickel-and-diming, no pressure. He told me what it would cost and that's exactly what I paid. Refreshing. Day of, they showed up right on time and went to work like a machine. Fast, efficient, and careful. But here's what won me over: when they finished, they cleaned up after themselves. The space was spotless, like the junk had never been there. They went above and beyond at every step and never once tried to upsell me. On time, on budget, and they actually take pride in their work. Easily the best service experience I've had in a long time. 10/10, will be using them again. read more

I had a great experience with Low Cost Hauling and highly recommend them! I arranged everything over the phone from Fresno, CA, since my brother lives in San Diego and needed furniture removed from his apartment. Juan provided me with a clear estimate right away and let me know he could either do same-day service or schedule a convenient time. Once I finalized the delivery of the new furniture, I called Juan back and scheduled the pickup. He was extremely accommodating, professional, and easy to work with. On the scheduled day, Juan and another young man arrived and removed the furniture quickly and efficiently. They were friendly, respectful, and handled everything with care. What really stood out to me was the customer service. I had contacted a few other junk removal companies, and they were not very helpful over the phone. Most insisted on an in-person consultation before giving a quote, which is nearly impossible when you're coordinating from 300 miles away. Juan made the entire process simple and stress-free. I 100% recommend Low Cost Hauling over those big commercial companies. Plus, he accepts Venmo, Zelle, or cash--couldn't be more convenient! Thank you, Juan, for making my life so much easier! read more

I had a great experience with Low Cost Hauling in San Diego. They were very professional, fast and friendly. I set up an appointment for an in person estimate and Juan came right out to the property and explained everything. His quote was fair and he was able to start soon after. Junk hauling can be sensitive if you are cleaning out an estate and him and his crew were very respectful and mindful of the situation. He was a good listener and attentive to my needs throughout the process. The communication was exceptional. I would highly recommend Low Cost Hauling and will also be using them again in the future. A+ and 10/10! read more

Juan was absolutely spot on! He came over and gave a more than reasonable quote to remove a very large and heavy wooden block and various scrap materials. They returned Four hours later and my side yard is clean and clear!! He and his associate trimmed back shrubbery, removed debris leaving the area looking like new. So happy with the results! Wish I'd done this a long time ago! Highly recommend Low Cost Hauling! read more

It was so easy to work with Juan from Low Cost Hauling. He was super responsive when it came to quoting my junk hauling job and very accommodating of my schedule. When it came to the day of the job, he let me know when he was on his way and arrived within the agreed upon window. He was also flexible on the hauling and took more materials than we'd originally discussed for a minimal price increase. He was careful with the removal and left the site very clean. I would definitely use him again. It seems like he also offers a lot of other services, such as tree trimming and fence building. read more

After calling around and not getting responses from other places, we found low cost hauling. They immediately answered and scheduled the estimate for the same day. They came at the time they said they would and were able to do the service same day. They were fast, efficient, and went above and beyond by cleaning the area as well as bagging some left over things to make the space neater. The cost was very reasonable and I did not feel like they tried to upsell me at all. We are very happy with this company and will use them again in the future. read more

I used Silverback before and this time I couldn't get a response over two days, tried Gabriel's and got an estimate of $550-650 from the pics I sent for the job. I then called Low Cost Hauling and the guy stopped by when scheduled, same day, and without any haggling said $435, but he wanted a $50 deposit. I agreed and the next morning, when scheduled he and his man arrived, did an excellent job, took everything agreed to, never tried to increase the price(Silverback did on their last job) and then cleaned up. I'm keeping his business card as I will call him again. This business is highly recommended! read more

What can I say? I needed a heavy piece of furniture hauled away and Juan came to the rescue. Very responsive. He popped over within an hour of messaging with me about the cost. The pricing was fair, much more cost appropriate(in my opinion) than a lot of quotes I got. Juan showed up when he said he would, was really friendly and professional. 5 stars all the way. I will definitely send him a message for any future haul away needs. read more

Juan is a pleasure to work with. This is the second time doing business with this company and we will continue to do so in the future. We used two other companies before finding Low Cost Hauling and while the others were good, Juan and Low Cost Hauling seem to be a level above. Our needs resulted from several remodeling projects that created quite a bit of tear out construction debris. Both times Juan visited the site, gave fair estimates and stuck to the estimates. He even encouraged us to add any other refuse to the load because the trailer wasn't full. At no additional cost. That's how you do business, keep customers and get referrals. Great company, great service and great person to work with. read more

I contacted Low Cost Hauling to remove a shed from my property that my homeowners insurance claimed was a hazard. Juan was extremely responsive and gave me a quote over the phone after seeing photos of the shed and the yard. He was able to get his crew to my house a few days later. His crew demolished the shed and removed all of the contents inside, hauled it all to the dump and cleaned up the area. We were so impressed by the job they did we asked Juan and his crew to come back a few days later to do a backyard landscape cleanup. Everything from the initial phone call and quote to receiving an email invoice to the crew showing up on time and completing the job was excellent. Absolutely no complaints and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be using Low Cost Hauling in the future. read more

Juan and his crew were able to squeeze me in on 1 days notice. I was throwing a party in our newly purchased home but we still had a lot of renovation debris, demoed material, and removed toilets. Bummed that the previous Junk Haul company I've used doesn't serve the area that I now live in, I checked my local neighborhood groups on social media for recommendations. I posted an inquiry that I needed my 8 piece living room furniture removed asap. From there, I noticed positive feedback from multiple past clients/neighbors giving Juan the big thumbs up. It was also a plus that he had posted his business ad just hours before on the same group. I reached out to Juan via text with photos of my furniture inquiring the cost of his services and available dates. Juan responded within minutes with a very reasonable fee and an available time frame of within an hour since he was already in my area. I opted for the next morning at 0900. Next morning rolled around and I get a text from Juan an hour prior to my appt saying that he was ahead of schedule which was great for me. He arrived 30 mins early with a dolly in hand and got my furniture out in record time. Juan was very personable, respectful, and professional. Prompt in timing. Fees are reasonable in comparison to other Junk Haul companies as I have used this type of service in the past. I will definitely use Juan's service again, as he will be my first option for future hauls. If you're reading this, you can add me to the list of past clients who highly recommends him. Thanks again Juan! read more
