To talk to a human, you have to "wait your turn," according to the sign on the desk. Kiosk check in, corralled like cattle. I was early for my scheduled appointment only to watch my name remain at the bottom of the queue for the next 30 minutes until my scheduled time. The inshitifcation of this industry is appalling and clearly SQ is a prime example of the direction of healthcare.

There were a lot of people in the lobby and someone at the front desk seemed frustrated, so I figured I was in for a wait. I checked in at the automated kiosk, sat down, and honestly within about 5 to 8 minutes I was already being called up. I spoke with Anastasia at the front, and she was great. Even though it was clearly busy and she was dealing with upset customers, she stayed friendly, calm, and professional the whole time. You could tell she was handling a lot but still kept a really positive attitude. After that, I only waited another 5 to 8 minutes before getting called back. I was sitting in the chair when Anastasia came in again and said she would be drawing my blood. She was super friendly, quick, and honestly a 10 out of 10 phlebotomist. I did not feel the needle at all, no digging around for a vein, just smooth, painless, and done. Overall, way better experience than I expected. Fast, efficient, and excellent service from Anastasia.

They don't accept insurance here since you need a doctor's order to bill insurance, but you can submit the receipt to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I haven't tried it yet so I'm not sure if it works. You can basically request just about any lab test here without needing a doctor's order. Very handy if you know what you need. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I've been in and out very quickly. The facility is clean. I highly recommend this place!
