I asked for the fax number to send the referral and all labs, and she had her own agenda about what to say to patients. The receptionist does not want patients to see the doctor. She wants them to go to the ER for non emergency situations. She is not the doctor but had the audacity to tell me this is what the doctor is going to do. All testing can be ordered by a primary physician and not a costly and unnecessary ER visit. She actually said to me "If you could finish letting me speak." Unprofessional and rude was the experience I had just trying to make an appointment.

Was very hopeful she could help me as I am in A LOT of pain, exhausted and can barely walk. I received a welcome letter that stated new patients are given a 30 minute time slot. LIE! I waited over 45 minutes in her waiting room and she must have seen me as an opportunity to catch up with her day because she spent less than 5 minutes with me. When I began explaining my symptoms she cut me off and said, "In a nutshell, the short version please." Then without looking at my blood work she told me I didn't have mono, the pain in my side was not my spleen or liver, I must have pulled a muscle. Then told me that she can't do anything for me until I finish my 28 days of Doxycycline and I will "Just have to deal with the pain". She then shuffled me out the door seeming annoyed that I was even in her office and told me to follow up with her in two weeks when I finish my doxy meds. Never have I been treated so poorly by a Dr. I highly DO NOT recommend Dr. stokes to anyone!

He was very unsympathetic and not professional. I explained to him what I've been dealing with the past months and he just looked at me with confusion. Instead of being really concerned and writing notes, he seemed more interested on other papers. As I was speaking, his phone rang.. and he immediately picked up without saying "Excuse me.." and I just got the sign to stop talking. Dr. Pan Ko seemed only interested on how I found him. He asked me if someone recommended him to me and I explained that I found him online because my primary doctor insisted that I should go see a infectious disease doctor. He only seemed to care which doctor it was... He took me into a different room to take my blood out.. it took him 2 tries to actually find a vein and take blood out. It was very unpleasant for me to see him trembling and it just seemed that he had no idea what he was doing... pretty nerve racking to me.... ALSO, The office was dead and .. a lot of signs that I couldn't take this place seriously. He put me on IV antibiotics, and they did the trick. Thanks to Ko I still have my toe! Two years later I had an abscess on the side of my knee. I almost required a medic to treat my anxiety just reading the reviews prior to visiting this clinic. I have nothing bad to say about this place because the doctors, nurses & staff were nice. I visited during the worst times, a pandemic, and they managed visits as best they could and I think the check-in system works pretty darn good. For my multiple visits I checked in from my vehicle in the parking lot using the automated system and waited at worst 15-20 mins but if that's long it's only because I arrived 15 mins early for each appointment and was inside within 10 mins of my actual appointment time. Masks are required and hand sanitizer is available within the facility if needed. There's never really more than a dozen patients in the building, that I saw personally or crossed paths with. Specialists I was treated by (two of them) were both great! Nurses were great and even the staff when I inquired if I should just be seated and wait were nice in directing me. I wish more people that are satisfied with this place would share their experiences because it would have greatly reduced my stress levels prior to my visit from reading all the bad reviews. If I require major treatment in the near future, I hope my experience continues to be positive. Maybe your milage for satisfaction varies based on the specialist you need but the hand surgeon and neurologist I had seen were awesome.
