I have a fractured leg. I got ct in wappingers,all was great. Had to get other imaging and went to Pok. There is about 7 steps to get into the place. No one gives a heads up. 2. I get a couple of tests done. They cant send it to my doctor, after many pleas fm me and my doctor. What they finally did send was not helpful. You know how expensice these tests are. 3. The machines are old !! I want the best for my outcome. 4. Last time place was done over must have been the 1960s. Machines down in the dungeon! 5. I tried keep and support local but had i known what this place is like, I want My Best Outcome. 6. I went to wappingers location my wife went in to get a hard copy of report with my drivers lic. And girl wouldn't give it. She could have walked to door and verified it was me. No, tell him to hobbled in ! Never will I come here and deal with these uncompassionate healthcare providers! The Dr. ordered an ultrasound for today, and gave me their address and I made the appointment. Reception arranged one for this afternoon. That was fast and Wappingers was convenient as well. This had to be THE most pleasant ultrasound test I've ever had, or for that matter any of the medical tests and procedures I've had. I arrived early, anticipating paperwork. I was called within minutes of the appointment time. The technician was very professional with a calming demeanor. I can't recall her name. The room where the ultrasound was to be done; reminded me more of a spa in Hartsdale, than the usual clinical appearance. Soft lighting and soft music. A shoji screen with a floral motif on it for privacy. Warmed gel for the wand to operate. If I have to have anymore medical tests I'll try to have them done there. I'm that impressed! read more

This office is understaffed, as are all of the MD Imaging locations. It is unfortunate that the staff there is very capable, but the machines are constantly breaking down. The waiting times are long. I have visited three of the offices over the years, and the situation is only getting worse. The corporate offices need to open their pockets. read more

I called several times, sent a fax with proof and my doctor's office even reached out to them. Months and months have gone by. My actual appointment was 15 minutes after the time I was given. I then waited for another 15 minutes only to be told the machine wasn't working and Id have to reschedule. Wish they had told me when I arrived that the machine wasn't up and running. In addition, when I made an appointment at a different imaging office, I was told Id need to be fasting for 4 hours prior to the exam which was never mentioned at MD Imaging. read more

MD IMAGING I had a technician named Francie in Wappingers, she works in Poughkeepsie also and she is absolutely wonderful. Calming , caring and always thinking of my comfort . Her ability to make me feel relaxed made it stress free and the test better. I wanted to fill out a survey in the office but they don't have any forms because of covid. Although the testing process is adequate, the billing dept fails at high standard customer service. I left messages and mailed back responses, no response from billing dept. I will no longer go back to this place. I am appalled at the lack of respect for the community and fellow clients. Shame in your company. Go somewhere else. Find a company who cares about their clients. read more

The office offered me an appointment within 30 minutes of my call. X-ray technician was attentive and efficient. They had a disc prepared for me within 5 minutes. The front office girls were very welcoming and professional. I highly recommend. read more

very good experience in the wappingers location. My friend was having a test done and the front desk staff was so nice and informative. The end of her exam they made sure she left with her images for her doctor and told us to call anytime if she had questions. also, my friend left her rx at home and the one girl I forget her name was so good about it she called the doctors office and had them fax it over. very awesome experience. read more

I had a ct scan on 8/7/2018 and dropped off a previous scan from Zwanger , 2017 to compare as requested by doctor. I was told that the 2017 film was of another person and I needed to fill out a release for another film from Zwanger. I asked to have the old film back and said they think it was dispose of.I reached out to Zwanger and MD Imaging never sent for a film of 2017. I requested another film Zwanger and dropped it off 8/20 and was told to call 8/23 as they had to upload it. As of today they have to look for it and upload it. I left a message with the manager Jackie and await her call.Hopefully someone will be able to compare the films and I can move forward. read more

I found the Front Desk Staff to be highly unprofessional, bad mouthing/talking about other patients in front of the entire waiting room! The one woman kept nagging at the other employee about everything he did wrong and "that's not the way she does it" I felt bad for him. Yes it is important to correct people and ensure proper procedures and protocols are followed but there is also a better way to go about it. My doctor wanted me to go to this facility because he is affiliated, but I will NOT return to this facility. Much happier with the Experience and staff at multiple other facilities I have gone to. read more
