I had a diagnostic bilateral mammogram (need them early because my mom had breast cancer young) and a follow-up bilateral breast ultrasound last month. The mammo tech is a doll - really knows her stuff and is very pleasant. Makes the experience very seamless.... the ultrasound tech was very nice too. The radiologist was a lot friendlier than I expected - most of the time, radiologists have no personality. He was really cool, though. My dad went there for a CT scan yesterday and reported a similarly pleasant experience. I would recommend coming here for your scans - it's a great place to do so if you need them!

I repeatedly tried to pay my bill, including after the location closed, was sent to collections, paid the balance through the collection agency, and later paid an additional returned-check fee. I am now receiving collection attempts from Pulse-MD in New York for another $15 I do not believe I owe, despite never receiving treatment from them in New York. I have repeatedly disputed the charges and provided proof of payment, but the collection attempts continue. One urgent care visit has turned into an almost two-year billing nightmare.

If you have a scheduled appointment, you're usually seen on time if not a little early. They do all diagnostic imaging tests that physicians may request, at this site. There's a clean, comfortable waiting area. Television to watch and magazines that are relatively recent printed =). Reception is always very courteous and efficient. The technicians and nurses introduce themselves and explain what's going to happen. They try to make you as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. They have an App's to access records, make appointments, read notes, etc. scan the QR code on the wall. There are many medical professionals here, but I would like to mention 2 that were exceptionally helpful, on a regular basis*. *Anthony in radiology is an exceptional employee. Without delving too deep into my medical history, I can tell you that over the years I have had numerous tests done here, lately several times per year. I have had multiple X-Rays, MRI's and Ultrasounds. Every single encounter with them has left me respecting their professionalism, knowledge and care. From the initial scheduling call to the actual performance of the procedure, they exhibit the utmost in respect, for you and your time. I wish I could remember the names of all of the staff I've dealt with over the years but I can't, except for Shannon, the ultrasound technician. She performed my procedure this week and also another last October. I was in a great deal of pain even before the procedure, which can be painful in itself. She delivered genuine compassion and over the top care, making what I didn't think I could endure, bearable. If, God forbid, you need a test done and Orange Radiology Associates is in your health insurance plan, do yourself a favor and give them a call.
