AWFUL first impression.. Not sure why you're given option to make appointment on line when no one calls you back OR ever answers phone! When I finally got a person the woman was abrupt and actually sighed when I stated I was never there before rushing me through questions, is this not her job? Unfortunately the call was dropped when I called back again no one answered when I finally got ahold of someone I was put on hold and forgotten, literally no one picked up call! People call an imaging office with concerns, issues and some fear so to be treated in such a manner is disheartening! Hope you're treated better if ever on the other side on the phone! read more

I went to get a cd of an MRI and they were telling me I need to pay $5.00 for it. The money isn't the issue. The problem is how can they have the nerve to ask people to pay for something that is their personal information. When I said this to the woman at the desk she said she didn't care and walked away. They charge insurance companies an outrageous amount of money for the imaging and then they charge patients a copay. Do they really need an extra $5.00? People are struggling as it is and they have the nerve to say they don't care?! read more

Carolyn, the MRI tech, was really kind and professional. Reception and checkin was easy and professional. The office is clean. As far as parking: the lot is not very large, but they seem to manage the appointments in a way that accommodates the visit. TIP: DEFINITELY arrive about ten minutes earlier to complete the forms for each visit. read more

My experience with MD Imaging was horrible. First, I was called back as soon as filled out the paperwork for my MRI and handed it over (as I was handing it over) meaning nobody even read any of it before the test. I was receiving a cervical MRI of my spine and I was explained nothing about the procedure. I was handed big foam earphones as I was being slid into the machine, with no instruction how to adjust them or fit them to my head. They were so loose that they didn't cover my ears. I was given no emergency call button and no instruction. The noise was excruciatingly loud and upon the end of the test, I informed the tech that I felt deaf. Since the test last week, I've had amplified sound sensitivity, tinnitus, and my ears feel plugged and sore. I had zero hearing problems prior. I've called THREE times to try to discuss this with someone and nobody returns my calls. I was told a email was sent to management and each time I call back I'm given the runaround. The fact that I cannot even get upper management to speak to me on the phone says volumes about this business and their incompetence. I am absolutely terrified that my ears are in such bad shape and it is affecting my daily life tremendously. I went to this business in hopes of saving some money, trusting that they were reputable. Trust me when I say, it is worth every penny to use another establishment. Nothing is worth this pain I'm in. read more

I went today for an MRI and because I'm in a wheelchair and unable to stand I was turned away after waiting weeks to get the appointment!

Although technicians are well-trained, friendly, and professional, this facility's new corporate management has decided to reduce its utility bill by keeping exam rooms frigid. Having to fast and remove clothes for my sonogram, the icy air was insufferable and I was miserable for the duration of my procedure. Staff sympathized with me, also citing their own discomfort in the exam room, but informed me that new corporate management would not adjust thermostats or allow them to do so. Absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. I will not return to MD Imaging, it is not difficult to find competent imaging elsewhere in our area. read more

Me and My husband have had every body part scanned , X-Rayed and tested at MD Imaging for a few year's . Everyone there is so polite and professional . They are very respectful . Their waiting area is clean and neat they have a TV to watch which makes time pass easy . read more

I spoke to Maya who was super efficient and equally friendly. After making a few calls to other imaging facilities I Needed to get a REASONABLE cash price for an MRI.Bingo, this facility quoted the best cash price & happy to have friendly & professional Maya to communicate with. read more

Terrible!!! I went there for a nuclear stress test and was told they injected me with the wrong isotope And they couldn't do the test. After a night of fasting, this is absurd. They also told me that when I come back for a new appointment, they'd give me a $50.00 gift card. what! I won't go back. As an RN, I know that before giving any medication, isotope, etc. you ALWAYS read the label. They tried to blame the pharmacy that supplied the isotope to them. Then, I get a call from my doctor's office saying I did get the right isotope, just not the right dose. Everyone is blaming everyone else and covering up for themselves. A busy day was wasted and now I will drive over an hour to avoid this place. read more

At the Poughkeepsie location, the CT machine did not work. After a few tries, I was offered an apology and a refund, but no "make good". I asked, "Is there another machine?" I was told there was in Wappingers, but no one offered to reschedule there. I was hoping for "We're so sorry, let me see if the Wappingers office can take you this morning". Didn't happen. read more

I have had to have many tests done at MD imaging and I've got to say that Maya is awesome, she has handled many things for me, she is very professional and very very good at doing her job, I would recommend that anyone that needs things to go right, deal with Maya, she is awesome read more

Very nice practice. Customer service was above par from what I have experienced in other practices.

My daughter has been very ill including dehydration and headache. We sat in this place for a half hour after she had been fasting since the night before. They finally call us back just to tell us the equipment needed for the test was broken. How the heck does that happen?? Don't you check it regularly and have it inspected?! The lady in registration helped us get an appt elsewhere otherwise they had no idea when the machine would be repaired so she could come back. I would not make an appt here again. People who are sick count on these places to be reliable. read more

In the past few months I have had several X-rays at MDI. Each time I went, the staff was excellent from the front desk secretary to the X-ray technicians. The site is clean,pleasant and organized and I waited a very short time with no appt. Great job! read more

Unbelievable ....Had a 3:45 appt. arrived at 3:20 for xrays & mri...Young lady's at front desk were very pleasant and that is the only positive thing of this whole visit. Xrays were done in a decent time. MRI, another story...Finally went in for MRI at 5:40... 40 minutes in the machine....Unacceptable. 3 hrs, something is really wrong there. I have been to other imagining places and NEVER waiting like that. Only went here because the doctor requested them. NEVER AGAIN... read more
