The lady was very receptive and kind over the phone. She told me that they didn't have any appointment available until Monday since I am a new customer. This happened on a Thursday morning and I informed the lady that all I need was was Freon, lol. I got lucky that the technicians were out already and they will be able to come to our house after another house call. Anyways, Fred and another technician came and were able to fix the problem temporarily since we need a new HVAC. Fred was very thorough and explained what was wrong with our system. Ronnie who is the sales representative, was able to find us a new system with a very reasonable price. And the process didn't take very long. Within 2 weeks we had our new HVAC installed. We are very happy and pleased of the service rendered. Plus the installers were amazing. They even clean up the area after they were done. The house feels so much cooler, even we have it on the same temperature setting from our old one. Since it's new, it's also quieter. I highly recommend them and I will keep them on my to go list for maintenance.

Monday, he called and asked me about paying a little more, and he would drive to Oklahoma to get a unit faster. I agreed, he drove to OK and got it, and installed the next day.
