As this awful heat came In and she quickly realized the issue Antoine gave her the run around. He told her it's her insulation or he was in the hospital or his crew wasn't ready. Once he finally realized she wasn't going to give up he said he ordered a new unit for her to install free of cost due to the mistake. That was two weeks ago and is forwarding all calls.
