I explained that this is an emergency due to my childs health condition and he basically could care less. Told me to all AHS back and try to get someone else to come out sooner. I would not use this company due to their lack of empathy, commitment to their job (after hours or not), and the take it or leave it attitude.

Then he checked the Freon in the outside unit and the temperature drop in the house. Once he was satisfied, he also agreed to check a leak on my roommate's washing machine.
