Our dishwasher died. On Point came out and said they could fix it for $400. It is ten years old. I went to Lowe's and bought one that was in stock. Old one out, taken away and new one works well. All in less than hour with one person. Pretty impressive. Highly recommended. read more

Very disappointed with this company and filed a complaint. The lady who answers the telephone whomever she is likes to bully the customers and rude. I posed several questions for her; and instead of giving me an answer she goes off on a tangent totally unrelated. Either she can't answer or doesn't know the answer. We had five (5) service calls on our Samsung washer and each time; was a different answer and a different part. Either they are incapable of servicing; or just overlooked what the problem was. I would never use them for any HVAC problem. CAVEAT use them at your own risk and pocketbook. read more

Great service and professional group of folks. Called them to look at a 2009 Samsung front load washer that started making a loud noise during the spin cycle. First thing that surprised me is they had someone come that same day to look at it. When does that ever happen?? Gave me a diagnoses and a quote. We kept using the washer while I attempted to get Samsung to come look at it but had no luck since it was out of warranty. Washer noise only continued. Called On Point back on Tuesday and they came to look at it again (the same day) before they ordered the parts. All the parts came in by Friday evening and they scheduled to fix in on Saturday morning. They arrived on time Saturday (again, when does that happen? Not with the Internet/cable folks around here) and replaced the gasket, spider and rear drum in a couple hours. Washer is back in business. We HIGHLY recommend this company. read more

Chris came out the day I called our fridge had been out a week and the GE people couldn't find repair guy with their warranty, we pushed until we could call someone ourselves. THANK GOD I called !!On Point!! First the lady in office (I am sorry I have forgotten her name) was awesome and told me she could get Chris out after his all day working in Waco, TX and it was true he came and took care of what we needed at a great price. The fridge has had a couple issues and Chris keeps coming to fix issues, he always!!!! has a great demeanor and is super courteous and full of hello's & a smile. They have come out two times now to blow out the drain line, this last visit I did ask to get a quote on new unit and was talked out of it and told the unit was fine and it may be but since the very first visit I can not get the house to cool below 80 freakin degrees and I have had it.. I am paying 100 a day to rent this moving truck (for 3 weeks now) and can't get it done because its to hot! and now can't even consider getting a new ac because I have blown my budget on 3 $600 Indoor 12000 btu LG Ac units. and god knows what my electric bill is going to be, thank you for waisting my time, money and sanity. read more

I called to make an appointment to get my refrigerator looked at. The person taking the call was very polite and said she would call me back and give me an approximate time they would arrive. Within a couple minutes she called me back to let me know that they would be at my house in about an hour or so. The owner and his helper were at my house within an hour. They started by trying the least expensive repair to see if it was a relay, and if it was not, it could be the compressor. Luckily, It was a relay, so it was $200 instead of over $500. Great guys, with great communication. I highly recommend them. read more

The mother board on our refrigerator died, due to a power outage followed by a power surge. Ya gotta love utility companies! We called a repair shop we had used previously, but they were four days behind. After a search we called On Point. They had the part, and the repairman would be at our home within two hours. The repairman arrived, replaced the mother board, told us how to keep the water line from freezing (instead of trying to sell us a $200 fix for the poor engineering of the fridge), gave us a 90 day warranty on the part, tidied up, and gave us a very reasonable charge. I cannot say enough good things about On Point, and especially their service technician. If, God forbid, we have another appliance problem, we'll call On Point. read more

This is the 2nd appliance company I called and they were a Godsend. They arrived timely and diagnosed the problem quickly and returned two days later and fixed the problem. They were efficient and friendly and the price was reasonable . I also believe they were serious about being honest with their clients, which I appreciate more than anything. We sent out a service request at 7:50 Wednesday morning, and they were able to come out by 1:50, which was great. The problem was that we needed a part ordered, but both the technician on site and the operator I spoke with several times (Tara LeAnn Ray) assured me that it would be fixed by Thursday. She could not give me an ETA Wednesday evening but told me to call back in the morning and that she'd have one. I called in the morning. No ETA. Apparently they are still waiting on the truck bringing the missing piece. I call 2 hours later, still nothing to report, but Tara assures me she will call back soon with an update. I EVENTUALLY get a phone call, but it's not from Tara or On Point, it's from my landlord, who tells me "do not call the ac people and bug them," so even though Tara didn't have the time to call me back, she apparently had time to contact my landlord to ask them for the annoying guy without A/C for two nights in a row to leave them alone. I then take to Facebook, Yelp, and Google and write a review for Key Real Estate. Within 2 hours, Tara had responded to my post on Key Real Estate's page even though I never specifically mentioned her (I didn't know her name until she posted) or On Point, just "the ac company." There is virtually NO WAY Tara could have known that review was up unless she had been contacted by my landlord and told to go defend Key Real Estate. It a clear case of collusion, ending with "We do a lot of work for Malisa, and believe me when I say this, she is an amazing realtor." Tara goes on to explain that the truck still hasn't shown up so I am about to go three nights without a/c, all thanks to Tara LeAnn Ray and On Point Service Company. read more
