Our units are 17 and 15 years old respectively so I thought it might be time to see how much a new system would cost. This was my idea, it surprised the repairman. We are assigned a salesman- Tanner Scarber. He called us before the appointment time and called us again letting us know he ran into traffic and would be a few minutes late. This made a big impression on me - keeping us informed of his arrival and not keeping us in the dark. Tanner was pleasant and asked us a few questions then took a look at our units and the home. He asked us if we were satisfied with the cooling and heating we currently have. Yes. We told him we just wanted a quote on how much it would be to replace the units we have since they were getting old and didn't want them to die in the summer heat or winter cold. Tanner was not pushy, he didn't try to push us into a system that was expensive or something that we didn't need. He made sure that we received our discounts from Lennox and the gas company. He got right to the point of our unit. He understood that we could wait to buy and let us make the decision. No scare tactics. Tanner is just a person who you could trust. When he told us the price, I felt it was fair and what I was expecting. I would highly recommend Tanner and Aire Serv for honest repairs and sales.

When they came to give a bid it was obvious they were a cut above the rest. They looked at a variety of things that others overlooked which would eventually drive the cost up. Polansky was very straight forward and was half the cost of another Lennox dealer in the area. The service after the installation has been impeccable! When I first turned the heat on in the Fall there was a burned oil smell. I called in the evening and they returned my call immediately. They were out to check on the system first thing the next morning. At that time I mentioned that the thermostat would reboot several times a day. The technician. Told me to watch it and let them know if it caused a problem. About two months later the thermostat would not work. It was 7:00 in the evening and cold outside. I am recovering from leukemia treatment and get cold very easily. The thermostat was stuck on 70. Polansky promptly returned my call and suggested I restart the thermostat. Eventually they guided me through flipping the breakers to reset the system. This worked and the heat started to work. The next morning they called to arrange a time to install a new thermostat. Even though my issue was a last minute addition they took the time to ask me when a good time for me would be to come. Polansky Heating and Air has been a great choice for my home!
