The first one, could not tell you who, told me the fan was built-in to the hard drive and could not be replaced. Bummer! The second to call was Erik from Pikesville PC. He wanted me to drop my computer off. He works out of he home. At first it was a little awkward (don't know why because I also work out of my home) but it turned out to be a good call.
