But, every so often I do buy something that has a digital coupon on their app. Today it was the Purely Elizabeth cereal. Normally priced at $8.99 on sale for $7.99 but with the dollar off digital coupon, it was $6.99 I checked with the cashier and showed her the coupon that I just clipped that day in the store. She said it didn't ring up correctly. So she had to manually override the charge. Also I noticed "managers specials" sometimes don't ring up properly too. So you do need to make sure you check. I try to check when I'm in the store, as Sprouts isn't that close to me. And it's more of a hassle on my end.

Since, they can not get these problems resolved, I do not recommend shopping there until the company replaces the refrigeration as product availability is very unreliable and it is frustrating to show up there thinking of purchasing weekly groceries only to have to get back in my car and go to another store.
