Service sucks, don't pay $119 for 25mbps, we do & it never gets to that. Complete garbage! False advertising!

The service was never reliable. I had constant signal interruption. And when I called for help they could not help me. 1 star

Cris worked with me to design a Ubiquiti system that fit our needs and budget and made multiple recommendations to make sure our needs were met without inflating cost. He then outfitted our 12,000sq ft warehouse with Wifi, magnetic door locks, complete camera coverage inside and out, and configured our console, switch, and NVR so it was up and running right out of the gate. During all of this we were actively setting up the warehouse with heavy machinery, racks, and workstations and Cris had no problem working with and around us so there was no interruption in our daily operations. His knowledge was invaluable in evaluating products and general IT configuration. He was always on time and stayed in contact regarding re-scheduling when there were multiple roadblocks on our end - like not having a ramp to get the lift outside. I would highly recommend Fusion for any IT installs.

The owner's response was to blame us for supplying the equipment -- despite the fact that cabling and installation was their contracted responsibility. When we pushed back and refused to pay in full for a job that wasn't completed, they retaliated by leaving defamatory reviews on our company's own review pages. This is not a company that stands behind their work or treats customers with any respect. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

My phone wasn't working, I had a major event coming up, and corporate Verizon couldn't seem to find a fix. But these two? They worked together like a well-oiled machine--tag-teaming, communicating, and keeping the energy calm and professional the entire time. The store was spotless, the atmosphere was peaceful, and their personalities were just what I needed--patient, kind, and full of joy. They didn't just fix my phone in about 40 minutes--they helped settle my spirit. We even laughed about movies while waiting, and before I knew it, everything was working perfectly. It reminded me that sometimes God sends the right people at the right time to handle what's been stressing you out. Marcel and Aaron were that reminder today. If you're ever in New Braunfels and need help, this is the Verizon store to go to.

Buyer beware - Avoid this Verizon store if you value honesty and transparency…read more I dealt directly with the store manager, Terry, and this was by far one of the worst retail experiences I've ever had. I went in because I was told I could get an iPhone 17 for "about $5 more per month." That was the sales pitch I agreed to. What Terry did not clearly disclose was that he was adding an entirely new phone line with a random Texas phone number to my account--something I never asked for, never needed, and would never have agreed to if it had been explained honestly. It got even worse. Terry also pushed multiple Verizon subscriptions and repeatedly told me they were "free." I specifically told him I either didn't need them or already had some of those services. Despite that, they were still added to my account. When I reviewed everything later, those supposedly "free" subscriptions added up to around $70 per month in recurring charges. I had to spend my own time calling Verizon Customer Service to fix the mess. The representative agreed there was a problem, removed the unwanted line, waived the activation fee, and helped remove the unwanted subscriptions. I'm still having to verify that correcting my account won't affect my phone promotion because of how the original transaction was handled. I expect a store manager to explain the full terms of a transaction honestly and allow customers to make an informed decision - not leave them discovering extra phone lines, recurring subscriptions, and unexpected charges after they get home. My advice: Before you leave this store, inspect every line on your account, every phone number, every subscription, every monthly charge, and every document you sign. Don't rely solely on verbal explanations. Because I learned the hard way that these salesman are crooks. I left this store feeling misled, and I would not recommend doing business at this location based on my experience

In those 6-1/2 years I can count service interruptions on less than one hand. Heck, they stayed on line during the 2021 "Snowmageddon." Yes, you have to buy your equipment to receive their microwave connection. They install it and Lonny (sp.) knows his stuff. Some folks will scoff at a wireless connection. When we moved into Woodcreek North, there were only one of two wireless ISPs around. Anvil was highly recommended by our neighbors. Since the installation in 2015, the cable guys moved into the neighborhood. Let's just say that my first paragraph describes why I stayed with Anvil even when cheaper alternatives with greater bandwidth arrived. It's called quality. Quality of the people there and quality of the installation and equipment they use.

They came out and evaluated the site and did the installation well. They use high-quality Ubiquity point to point wifi equipment to remotely distribute service. Your mileage will vary however based on a lot of factors. As someone in IT, point to point wifi can get sketch if the conditions/site isn't correct. The only downside is the price. They are pretty expensive for the bandwidth you get... but with low round-trip times, they are still head-over-heels better than satellite internet. I've only had a few minor outages since getting the service setup.
