I was completely star struck after learning a Lorenzo was the original owner of the now gone famous Cajun Cafe (IYKYK..) We started with bruschetta and did the two types offered.. wonderful but my most favorite of the two was the pesto. Dinner was a seasonal special which was the squash ravioli with brown butter and sage.(DELICIOUS). We added their classic lasagna to get an understanding of their baseline. It was WONDERFUL. The mix of flavors between the dishes was excellent because many Italian restaurants use the same base and just change it a bit. I am not a fan of that.
