Want to warn everyone to stay far away from synchrony financing through floor and decor. Have bought many purchases with financing at other businesses but purchasing from here was the worst experience I have ever had. Even after multiple phone calls with floor and decor and synchrony I just felt defeated not getting anywhere. I finally tried to pay off the entire amount of my purchase with interest to date today and was told I have to wait until next statement to see what that cost was. Now, not only am I paying the deferred interest that I am fighting and have a case for, but I have to continue to pay more interest on something I tried to pay off today. Hopefully this review helps someone second guess financing your purchase through this company because again, this has been one of the worst purchases I have made in my forty years of life.

I sent over a brief description and a couple of pictures and Joe (or Jody?) gave me an initial estimate very quickly. Joe came to my house as scheduled and performed a much detailed inspection. He replaced all broken tiles and re-tiled the loose sections. Joe's high quality of work and his friendliness made the whole experience very pleasant. I highly recommend JM Custom Tile and Stone.

So when that was what we were faced with, with had zero clue what we wanted. Perusing the big chain tile shops left us frustrated and overwhelmed. Other shops had limited selection in what we were looking for. And then we found Anaya Tile, whose Yelp reviews were impressive. We soon learned why. By the time we walked in to Anaya Tile, we were completely unsure of what we were doing. Adam greeted us and offered to help. He spent so much time with us going through options, helping us navigate all the types of tile, laying things out for us, and pulling tiles he thought we might like. We went around and around and he showed nothing but patience and helpfulness the whole time. Even after we selected a design, we ended up changing our minds again, spending another block of time with Adam. It was so nice to feel like we could take our time deciding with the help of someone trustworthy and enthusiastic. Through the time we spent at Anaya Tile, we came to know it as a family business, very community oriented and passionate about helping their customers. Our bathroom project took a very long time and there were a lot of bumps in the road. Adam and his family at Anaya Tile were not one of them. Now that the project is done, the tile is our favorite part. We would recommend Anaya Tile without reservation.

Alex was very helpful and courteous from the moment I walked in the door. He asked to see the quote, then showed me the carpet I was looking for and said let me run some numbers. He came back with a quote for $1200. Less then the other company. I was shocked, asking are you sure, is it for the same measurements? I asked 4 bedrooms and living room right. He said yes! I then asked and thats for the thicker padding, with removal for the old carpet and old padding, he then reassured me "yes". I was so excited and now I had to decide which color I was going with. I then asked if I order it now, can he give me a few weeks to get ready. He said "sure no problem" I contacted him 2 weeks before I was ready, and set up a date for installation. The installers were very friendly, and professional. They cleaned up and vaccuum every room afterwards. I was very IMPRESSED.
