Here's a polished, professional-sounding review you can use:…read more Absolutely Outstanding Flooring Work! I can't say enough good things about this company. After dealing with a terrible flooring job from another contractor, I was frustrated and worried the damage couldn't be fixed. But from the moment this team came in, I knew I was in the right hands. They carefully removed all of the poor-quality work done previously and took the time to explain what went wrong and how they planned to correct it. Their attention to detail was exceptional--every edge, every seam, every transition was done with precision. The craftsmanship is truly on another level. What impressed me most was their professionalism: they arrived on time, kept the workspace clean, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and treated my home with respect. The final results are flawless. My floors have never looked better, and it feels like a completely transformed space. If you need flooring done right--especially if you're fixing someone else's mistakes--don't hesitate. This team delivers quality, integrity, and workmanship that's hard to find. Highly recommended!

Once we found Culpepper Flooring and spoke with Matt about our "Hardwood Floor" project we knew we found the right person and company. This project was in a mountain home 6 hrs away from us and finding the right company to do the job was critical because all communication was via texts, emails or phone calls! Matt took great care in removing all furniture from the work areas and prepping the area with plastic wrap, to limit the dust, etc. The final results showed great pride in their work and the outstanding reputation that this company has had for a very long time. Thank you, Matt and team, for doing such a gorgeous job! We appreciated your excellent advice, hard work, professionalism and communication - it was a pleasure working with you! The Bear Family :)

This could have easily been a 5-star review but unfortunately that is not the case…read more.. I hired Matt to install around 1500 SQFT of LVP, which took about 4 days. On the last day I was pleasantly pleased with the final progress. However, here is the issue: In the office, storage closet, and bedroom there was ripped up carpet (which was done during the initial prep) because it transitioned to the LVP. He informed me that he would have someone come "tuck the carpet", because that was something that he doesn't do. He also asked if I can pay him, and I obliged simply because the flooring was completed for the most part. I also assumed he took great pride in his work and wouldn't leave the existing carpet out of place (I was wrong). Prior to leaving he informed me that someone would be coming to my house the next day to tuck the carpet. He went as far as to calling me 10 minutes after he left to schedule a time of 12:30pm. Unfortunately, no one showed and when I contacted him to get an ETA, he never responded. This was well over a month ago and he still hasn't gotten back to me. So now I'm left with paying someone else to complete a task that Matt was supposed to do. This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional. What if the shoe was on the other foot and I didn't pay him what he was owed? It would be a huge issue. Some of these contractors want you to respect their business but won't give you the same respect in return.

The lines of the tile are straight, giving it a clean, professional appearance. We used them to complete the shower. The outcome was beautiful, giving it a modern, cozy looking appearance instead of a small, dark appearance. What we appreciated the most was their attention to detail. They nicely took care of the corners, edges, and even the space between each tile. Their workspace was also kept clean during the entire duration of the project. Communication was not a problem at all, and they were also respectful of the property. The value was amazing for what we had done. Both bathrooms look great, modern, warm, and high-end, just like we expected. We would definitely recommend MDN Tile to anyone looking for a quality tile job.
