We've been putting off getting our carpets replaced with luxury vinyl. The idea of having to basically empty each room seemed insurmountable. However, Daryl, Monica and Spencer made this process so easy! They accommodated us in finding the right flooring and hooked us up with Top Notch Flooring Specialists... That's the company name and they live up to it! https://topnotchflooringspecialistinc.com/ Now that the install is complete, we wish we had done it long ago. read more

Let me start by saying that I was given this tape by a contractor and the prices beat Home Depot's prices by a long mile! However this store specifically in Moreno Valley was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time when I got there the first time they save me money time they assisted me they understood what I wanted and they gave me just that, now I needed about five more boxes of this wood and some transition pieces, and today I met over the phone a wonderful wonderful representative of this lumber liquidators at Moreno Valley, his name is Darryl and this guy went above and beyond for me so that I could get both the wood and the transition pieces at the Murrieta branch and he helped me figure out my new lumber liquidators credit card situation so that I could use that credit card and he said here's the The phone number to activate your card here's your account number this is the address of the lumber liquidators in Murrieta I went ahead and place the order for you so that nobody takes it this guy went above and beyond thank you so much Darryl! read more

The team at LL Flooring in Moreno Valley are knowledgeable, professional, and go above and beyond in customer service. Spencer has a wicked memory for SKUs, and brilliantly tracked down the inventory I needed, so I was able to pick up boxes of each flooring I was considering within hours. Monica and Darryl patiently worked on my order with me--giving me a good price. And when I had to change out the flooring for a different kind because my installer pointed out the solid hardwood I picked was going to be problematic over my concrete subfloor, they were gracious and made returns and placing a new order easy. They also worked with me to hold my order at the store until I needed it, after subfloor was prepped and with enough time to acclimate. One phone call and they arranged to have it delivered on the precise day and time. I seriously love these guys--Monica, Darryl, and Spencer make shopping for flooring fun. They have your back and will make it right. I miss having a reason to go into the store and hang out with them! read more

Quality flooring and the best underpayment around. Knowledgeable employees and good deals is what brings me back here.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! They are so friendly and knowledgeable. They have a pretty large selection of product in stock and the prices are very fair. Actually cheaper than all other big name home improvement stores (I checked out a lot of places before I went with lumber Liquidators) I'm new to this home improvement thing and they were there for me every step of the way as I'm sure I was beyond annoying with all my questions and indecisiveness. Stephen was friendly, patient and definitely knows his stuff! read more

So friendly! Had a problem at the Murrieta location and ended up here with what we needed in less than 10 mins out the door.

I have been to a couple lumber liquidators in the area. This is by far the best one. The customer service is excellent. Staff are very helpful and polite. This location also has a lot more things in inventory than others. I love ordering from lumber liquidators because it is easy and the products are quality. This is my go-to pick up spot. read more

Aside from customer service rep, still waiting on a response from someone from Corp office who can assist me!!!!!

This was the second Lumbar Liquidators I spoke with in regards to purchasing some flooring. Daryl was the representative that assisted me with the purchase of my flooring. He was very professional and prompt. He was thorough and I did not have to go to the store to order my flooring. He said he would email my receipt and shared with me briefly the difference between the different types of flooring to help me make a sound decision on what would be best for my home. The flooring is fabulous. I would return to lumbar liquidators because the entire process was quick and easy. Thanks Daryl for your help and your great customer services. I will be sending referrals because everyone's experience should be like mines; nonstressful...... read more

I do construction management for a living so I've worked with dozens of stores and contractors. I would place their customer service below average. I am not disappointed in this store; I am disappointed in the organization. Their Moreno Valley store told me they have the supplies that I need at their Palm Dessert store, when I arrived, they had half of what I was told they have; their inventory was off. In another scenario, their Moreno Valley store said they had the flooring that I needed in North Hills. When I opened it up at the job site (back in Moreno Valley), all the flooring was cracked. In addition, I've been trying to get 250 sq feet of flooring installed for two weeks and counting. I really do like the people though. read more

My husband and I recently purchased our wood floors through Lumber Liquidators, and could not be happier with how smooth and easy the entire experience was. I would absolutely recommend Hope and Lumber Liquidators to anybody, and I look forward to using them for any of our future needs. read more

I shop at the Moreno Valley store. The staff is always professional & consistent. Going back for more inventory;-)

We ordered hardwood floor with installation. The wood was supposed to be delivered by the end of the month. It wasn't, and no one bothered to call us and inform us about a delay. My wife called twice, was told they would call back, and never did. Nice people when you talk to them in person in the store, but when you do business you don't care about nice, you want professional, and professional they are not. We decided not to trust them with our floor and cancelled the order. read more

Called Daryl on Saturday the 26 he said, he would call the manager of the store sending item and would call me back. Today is Monday September 28, called Daryl still no item and it still hasn't been picked up by FedEx. I am calling corporate tomorrow. This is so unprofessional! read more

Went to the Moreno Valley store to get a quote for laminate installation and to set up a date and time for the contractor to come see the location. I left my phone number and was told that someone would call me back in 24 hours. After two days no one called me back and they couldn't even find my info in the system so they had to take down my info AGAIN. Finally their contractor, Peter called me back and we scheduled an appointment to meet sometime between 11-12 the next day. There was no call/no show between 11-12 so I texted him and told him that I wouldn't be needing his services. These people are all very disorganized apparently and don't value people's time. I'll look for a different company/contractor that wants my business and is run by professionals not a bunch of clowns read more

This review is about a wonderful person named Mike! Mike, thank you so much for how amazing you were with my mother in law Veronica, she's so pleased with not only her purchase but the outstanding customer service you provided. We came to LL at the recommendation of a friend. We had been to other stores and thought we had a good sense about how much flooring would cost. Imagine our surprise when we found bamboo products we thought would have been out of our price range well below it. In fact, we were floored (har har =) ) at how affordable the prices were and the selection available. In the end we went with the antique hand scraped bamboo. Alan and David were wonderful representatives who made sure we had everything we needed. They were kind and treated us as good friends. Everything came on time and we could not be more impressed with the bamboo. Since we were already installing carpeting from another store, we had them also install the bamboo. When our installer saw the product, he told us that he was impressed with it. We've already received compliments on it. LL was a great place to shop at and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others. read more

We bought laminate flooring from the Moreno Valley location for two bedrooms. Now I'm reading and learning about these floors coming from China and possibly containing way more formaldehyde than what is permissible in our state. Lawsuits have been filed and investigations have been initiated. We just may be looking to join a class action lawsuit in the near future. Cheap tricks to make a quick buck are unacceptable. read more

I just have to say Daryl is an amazing employee. I had called in asking about butcher block counter tops and he knew exactly what I was talking about and his customer service was outstanding. I haven't had customer service like that in a long time. He had called me once to make sure I was aware the order was coming in on time which was awesome, and then when they were going to close down early Friday he called me to see if I could come pick up my order because they were going to close down for a while because of the coronavirus. Definitely was a life saver or I would have went without kitchen counters for who knows how long. Overall a great experience, you won't be disappointed if you choose this location. read more

Great professional atmosphere and great customer service. The manager (Manny) spent half an hour ensuring I had everything needed for the job without gimmicks. When they didn't have what I needed in stock he checked the sys for nearby inventory + called to ensure the material was in stock, heck he even walked some of the items to my car. He earned my business. read more

About the only person here that seems to care about anything is the manager, Manny. The other employees will say they are going to call you back and don't. Say they will email you information and don't. The flooring installation company they recommend, MDS Flooring, is a joke. They gave me a date and time to come and measure then didn't show up. Rescheduled and were an hour late. Scheduled the installation and an hour after the scheduled time still not here. Called them and Jose says he'll find out where the installers are. Sergio calls me and says his GPS says he''l be here at 11:20. That's 2 hours past the scheduled time. If you get your flooring here and want a recommendation for an installer insist on someone other then MDS Flooring. read more
