I'm not big on writing reviews but wanted to take the time to do so. Ramon's Alignment is awesome. Ramon is a super nice guy that really takes the time to inspect your vehicle and fix the issue. He's even welling to show you the issue before work is done. What i love most is that Ramon keeps himself involved with all the vehicles that comes into the shopping and doesn't mind getting his hands dirty. I brought in my BMW and everyone knows how much that cost to fix, but Ramon's prices were reasonable. On top of everything, this auto shop is super clean and well maintained. The wife and I found our trusted auto shop in Modesto/Ceres going forward. We're coming back for sure. read more

I took my truck in to get it aligned and he said it was going to cost like fourteen hundred dollars for the parts and labor and that it was going to be perfect, so I said Let's do it. When I got the truck back, it was still pulling to the right. So I take it back and asked him to fix it right? So he wouldent do it unless I pay him another 125.00. So he lied. He tells you one price doesn't do the job right according to our agreement that we had in writeing! read more

Unprofessional. Scam. They popped my tire by using wood blocks to lift up my lowered car and the wood had a nail in it and didn't want to do anything about it. read more

Absolutely never go here or take your vehicle here, very disrespectful and not professional at all, took my truck there for a alignment after having my mechanic work on his car and they quoted ms 600 for frame damage that was not there and a new control arm which I did not need because it was just replaced, tried to scam out 600 of parts and labor not needed. read more

Took my truck to get an alignment they told me they would assist me right away then they had me waiting over two hours. My car was already parked in side of their store so I couldn't leave.... As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was judged based off my looks after they saw me I feel the customer service has totally changed. We took three hours to do my alignment. I started driving a couple minutes after driving and I immediately noticed they messed my car up the alignment. They did actually was worse than what I came in with. I had to go pay $125 for another shop to correct their mistakes. I wish there was a zero star rating because not only did they waste my time and discriminate. Very disappointing experience. I was given a price for a job, but when I picked up my truck the work wasn't finished and they asked for much more money than we originally agreed on. I paid what we had discussed, but no one told me about any changes. I brought the truck back so they could fix the issues, but the job was still not completed. They even left my truck outside the shop and unlocked. When I asked about it, they said they didn't have time to finish it. Very unprofessional. Muy mala experiencia. Charged extra for some unknown reason for an alignment but still didnt fix the problem and when I came back in they said they would charge me again. Not to mention the wait time was about 40 minutes before anyone would acknowledge me with an empty lobby and a prior phone call stating to come in. read more

I bought a used bmw , I brought the car to the shop for inspection, they did full inspection on it, they told me everything I needed to know about the car and if I should buy it, great mechanics, they know what they doing, they did not charge me anything for the full inspection, I highly recommend taking the car there, very trustworthy. read more

Ramon did a great job getting my truck fixed up and aligned. He was easy to talk with. I like how he runs his business.

I got new tires, new wheels, and new suspensions. Car was pulling to one side. After the 1st alignment, it was still pulling. Then Ramon offered to do a 2nd alignment. It still did not fix the problem. They said I needed a camber kit for my car. No, my car does not need a camber kit. Steering wheel was not even centered either. Left the shop very disappointed and won't be coming back. read more

Ok I know what you guys are thinking reading a review for this shop....its on west side Modesto and probably a little mex shop. I was totally thinking the same thing when I called and got a quote to replace both CV joints on my step-sons Hyundai. (Their english isn't perfect and can be a little tough to hear on the phone) I typically do my own car repairs but just didn't want to do the work. I actually did a drive by to check out the joint. Yes its right in the semi-hood.... Yes its a Mex shop but a full blown real shop! Legit! They charged me only one hour labor to do both CV joints people. Every other shop quoted me 2.5 hours per CV joint, book rate! He charged the honest hour it took to get the job done. He used Moog CV joints. Not junk. Every other shop tried to tell me the car needed an alignment after the work was done. I did research and knew it didn't..... He was honest and told me up front that this model didn't need it. His hour rate is the best around. (I believe $65 an hour) Two CV Joints out the door for just under $300 installed... insane. Great service and very honest. I had to add an update to this review. After the good service I had at the shop I called him on another project I didn't want to do. I just did the front brakes on my Dodge 2500 4x4 diesel. It was a major pain in the butt. I didn't want to do the rear brakes so I gave them a call. The guy quoted me about $120 on the phone. When I got there and talk with the owner a little and told him how much fun I didn't have doing the front brakes but I had the pads I bought for doing all the brakes he told me $95 to do both rear brakes and turn the rotors! People I paid $60 by itself to turn the front rotors! After he was done I went to pay and he said he was going to only charge me $85 for the job because he remembered me. If you think about it I got the brakes done for $25 because I was going to pay to turn the rear drums as well! I will take all my front in work to this shop. The owner is really honest and willing to work with you. On a side note, there;s a great little taco truck in the lot you can eat at while waiting on the work to be done. $1 tacos! It was probably one of the best I've had in Modesto. read more

Used to be a good place to go to and I've actually sent quite a bit of business that way in the past. Went in today to have my brakes done and was quoted 150 per axle to turn the rotors install the new pads Etc. I was told the rear rotors we're too far gone so I went ahead and paid for new ones. I had to go back to the shop 4 times before they were finally done with my truck. Then Ramon preceded to charge me the $150 per axle even though he did not have to turn my rear rotors plus the cost of the new rotors I ok'd. When I asked him about it he was reluctant to do anything and only offered to come down $20. So I paid the extra for the new rotors and then he basically still charged me for turning rotors and more time than he actually spent on the truck. I will never return again and I do not recommend this place as I was obviously ripped off. I will make sure everybody I know Facebook and otherwise will know to steer clear from this place. NEVER AGAIN!! read more
