I plugged my phone in and sat it on the table and got comfortable for a longer wait, but moments later, true to the 1.5 hour estimate, they said my truck was ready. However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.

I only saw the inspection report because I happened to check my email, no one said anything. When I asked, they said nothing was wrong but recommended new tires. The associate seemed unsure if they even checked or filled the tire. When I drove away, the warning light was still on. I called and they claimed it would reset automatically and if it didn't it is a sensor issue. Completely false. For my car, tire pressures must be manually stored to reset. It's clear they did nothing. Absolutely ridiculous service.

We have plenty of proof, including affidavits that we're getting from the mechanic shop, phone calls, text messages and overwhelming evidence again people watch who you hire even when you provide proof it seems not enough for someone that doesn't want to take responsibility for the bad work done these are all my opinions except for the facts that I have and will be providing in court. I tried to resolve this with Mr. Kole showed him evidence. Let him know what I had and he still refuses and said I will see you in court clearly this is someone that doesn't want to take responsibility. I will be updating after it is resolved in court.
