If I could give zero stars, I would. Unprofessional to say the least. Scheduled an appointment about a week out to get an estimate and they provided a time to arrive. They never arrived, they never called to say anything about the appointment and they don't answer my calls to atleast let me know they cancelled. Unsure what went wrong but what a waste of time. I was referred to this company by someone I know so I was excited to see if they would even provide me an estimate and we were ready to get started. Sad to say I would never do business with them nor would I recommend you to even attempt to do business with this company. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Look elsewhere if you can. read more

I would like to give the highest possible marks to Ramirez Quality Roofing. The owner, Arnoldo Ramirez, arrived promptly to inspect the tile roof and explain the problems and remedies clearly. His goal was to provide the proper fix, but I never felt he was trying to "sell" anything. Arnoldo promptly emailed an estimate for the necessary services. It, too, was fair and with the clear caveat that additional work might be required once the broken and misplaced tiles were removed. I agreed to the proposal and he quickly emailed me a professional contract and an appointment for the job only three days later (the contract was signed by both of us after arriving to do the job). Again, Arnoldo and his assistant, Benjamin, arrived promptly and immediately went to work. Other problems surfaced with the roof due to previous shoddy work by another contractor. Arnoldo replaced the fascia on the edge overhang and a tail rafter. He also used matching house paint so it was as if the dry rot never existed. Many more tiles also needed to be replaced than we anticipated. Arnold and Benjamin worked hard all day and completed the job beautifully. At the end of the day, I had my checkbook ready to pay, but Arnold said I should wait to pay him until he worked out the final details. Never in my life has a contractor left the job trusting me to pay rather than with their hands out. I was certain the cost of all the additional repairs must have at least doubled the original estimate, but when I received the final bill, it had risen by less than 15%! Kudos to Arnoldo and Benjamin for their professionalism from beginning to end. Five stars + is my rating for Ramirez Quality Roofing. read more

Don't waste your time with this guy! he tells you he will get back to you with a date to give an estimate.......you wait 1 month for a date... after numerous texts he finally says I will be over in the afternoon on Thursday or Friday to inspect and give u an estimate......NEEDLESS TO SAY ..... HE NEVER SHOWED UP! no call or text to cancel or to say he was going to be late!!! Very BAD business! I waited 2 days for this guy!!!!! I would NOT recommend this company !! Arnold was great. He was the first one that contact for the repair of my roof. I was hesitant at first but after meeting him, I knew then he is a good one. My roof had a leak, the previous roof repair done by another company that I have hired did a poor job. I actually had them came out did the repair on the same leak twice and still it leaks, each time they charged more money. Arnold was different, He inspected the area of the leaks and even took his time to inspect other areas on my roof and notice a few problem areas, took pictures and shown them to me. After going over the details for the repairs he then giving me a very reasonable quote. The roof is now repaired, no more stress and worries whenever it rain...I am actually looking forward for it to rain :-) If you need roof repairs, Arnold is your guy. Highly recommended. I had a water leak in garage ceiling. Arnold was quick to respond and he came out to inspect the leak. He spent good 30 mins and concluded that the roof and underlay was perfectly fine (other guys were quoting me anywhere from $2500 to $7000 to replace the entire underlay) and that the leak was coming from inside the wall. I took his advice and cut up the ceiling. And there it was! a leaky water line. I was able to repair this for almost nothing compared to what other guys were quoting me. Though I didn't have to hire Arnoldo, I really appreciate his time and honesty! He's an excellent guy and I will hire him for any future needs. read more

Arnold saved us a lots of money in installing our roof. He went to four various roofing supply to get the best price for our roof. I paid the roofing supplier directly and any leftover I was able to get back a refund. He installed the Presidential TL shingles, seven Sun Tunnel Skylights, Solar air vent and galvanized gutters. He is a professional and responsive from the beginning of the job to the end. Service was top notch. Arnold did a thorough inspection, explained my options and scheduled service quickly. We had Called 5 of the top roofing companies in the area for a quote and glad we hired Arnold . He came out took measurements and went over the scope of the work in detail which we liked a lot and got us the city permit quickly.He scheduled the tear down of my old roofing for only $1500 and took them all day to tear down the old roof. Arnold & his team are amazing. They were prompt and seriously delivered as promised. Their work & level of quality exceeded all my expectations. Very straight forward with the process and the time line is what sets them apart from other roofing companies. Reasonably priced and attention to detail was important. Two of my neighbors was so impressed that they had Arnold install their roofs also. They were originally referred to me by a reputable construction company and was completely satisfied with everything. Our impression of Arnold is that he is honest and very efficient contractors. It is a family-owned business he quoted a reasonable estimate cost and he also periodically provided updates on their work. Debris were cleared after the end of each work day.. We are not satisfied with those other companies we contacted because of factors such as unreasonably high estimated prices; no warranties offered; cheap, poor-quality materials were being used, or they take too long of a time frame to finish the project. Some of them even have their prices increased after the initial quote and scare tactics were employed regarding the condition of the roof. That's why we finally decided on using Ramirez Quality Roof. I called several roofers and I was impressed by Arnold. He came to our home and looked at the problem we had (a leak in the roof). He asked if we wanted a review of the whole roof or just the leak area. I said to please go ahead and look over the whole roof. I found this approach to be refreshing... After a look at the leak area and a review of the roof he made specific recommendations. He gave an estimate and a timeframe for the repair. He arrived on time and with his co-worker, every day as they completed the work for the day they cleaned the work site. They completed the work on time and the result was excellent. Arnoldo fixed a roof leak that seeped into our bedroom closet. A few weeks ago in December during the height of the rains, our roof developed another leak along the same section. I called Arnoldo thinking it might be the same issue before. Luckily he came over the next day and assessed the problem It turned out to be a different leak along the roof's recesses which had gathered dirt and debris. Arnold was very responsive and helpful when I asked him for bid on some roof repair. Once the job started he identified other issues that I should deal with quickly. He proceeded to fix all the roof damage on that visit, there was no need to schedule a follow up appointment, he was so very responsive.
