GAF has this great ventilation system designed for this and can't wait to get it installed with my new roof. They are also contracted with Jacuzzi for their shower and tub installs. The salesperson had a great personality and knew his product, but later found a few errors in his contract. We commissioned them for the install and paid a deposit. Few days later got a call from an office person to confirm the order. She ordered the product and scheduled an install date of July 23. Got a text/email for an additional $4k pmt and replied that I wanted to send a check, not electronic. No response. Sent an email that was returned. Waited and no one reached out. Called our account rep on the 21st to confirm and was placed on hold and disconnected. Found another phone number which I called and spoke to a gentleman who confirmed and said the install date was the 24th ! I was told our account manager was no longer there. Ok - three guys showed up on the 24th and got to work. Very long story short one of them sat on his phone all day and the other 2 did the demo. Jacuzzi advertises these as a one day install. They did not finish day 1 saying no they had to move some plumbing. Day 2 one guy shows up and has no idea what he is doing. Sawed a floor joist in half. After seeing that my husband asked him to leave. There is so much more !! Got on the phone with people in the office and explained the situation and the fact the installers were very hard to understand and they were doing a horrible job. After over a week and several phone calls we ended up with a new installer who we could understand and who knew what he was doing. The shower turned out very nice. But Yancey almost gipped themselves out of $4k. I never sent the $4k pmt they asked for. Got a call from someone at Yancey asking for 2 separate checks totaling X dollars and they did not include the $4k I had never paid. When the work was finished my husband called Yancey and asked them to send us a bill so we could pay them by check. Received 3 different invoices and was asked to make the check out to an individual. I am old and have never heard of such a thing ! Do better Yancey! You are representing a great product. If they only knew.

It literally happens in May/June every year, right when production should be substantial, then we are out not only production for several weeks but cost of labor for the repair. They are good until the original install is complete, then they can be done with any customer service for you. That is how they can keep making money off of you for years to come. Do more research and go with another company that will not sell you crap equipment and read all of the fine print in the contract no matter how long it takes you.

Even though Jason was not able to be present at the job site, his crew did a fantastic job. A couple of exposed areas had to be painted an extra coat (no extra charge) because the stucco had never been painted before. I scheduled an estimate and modified my work schedule to accommodate the time. Jason (owner) contacted me and explained he would not be able to make it as he was helping his crew finish a job. I completely understand and appreciate him letting me know. He seemed very apologetic and sincere with his words. We scheduled for the following day. I ensured I was home and available 1 hour prior and after the scheduled time. Needless to say, he was a no call/no show. After 2 scheduled attempts I am dissapointed to say the least.
