We recently purchased our house and the roof was quite old. We weren't having any serious issues…read morebut we did want to be proactive about replacing it since we plan on living here for at least the next two decades. I reached out to 3 different roofing companies to get quotes. I ended up going with B&B Brothers for our roof and I am glad I did. We paid for them to redo all the shingles, replace any damaged plywood, and update our bedroom skylight as well. The owner did offer us a cash discount which I appreciated. During the job, some stucco on the house was damaged while they pulled old shingles and they did repair the damage at no extra cost. Cons: They sent over a contract but it had expired by the time I was done getting estimates from different companies. I think ensuring a contract is signed before work starts would have added more peace of mind to both parties. Pros: The work was done incredibly fast and I felt they had pretty good communication while the work was getting done. They also did a good job cleaning up majority of the debris from the work which is nice. They also painted our roof fixtures to match the hickory color. I am sure costs are going to vary based on roof size, condition of roof/plywood, and etc but we got this done for under $20k which felt like a very doable price. Overall, I was happy with the job they did and the price I paid. Also, the roof looks fantastic and makes the whole house look great!

I called around to roof repair companies begging someone to come out before the drywall gave way and flooded my bedroom. I got a hold of Roof Guys and they promised to squeeze me in. I was impressed with how quickly they zeroed in on the problem and happy that they could finish the repair that day. This is definitely a 5-Star Company. They were courteous and professional and knew exactly how to fix my roof leak. Their quick response saved me money and a huge headache because once the leak was repaired, the drywall in my bedroom dried and flattened out again. Thanks Roof Guys!

Ivan and his colleague arrived on time and promptly and thoroughly inspected my concrete tile roof. Afterward, they walked me through their findings in a clear, approachable, and professional manner. They even repositioned a concrete roof tile that had shifted out of place over time. Ivan and his colleague were honest and straightforward in letting me know that my roof did not need any repair or maintenance work at this time. Their findings were also consistent with the other roofing company that had completed an inspection of my roof earlier that same day, which gave me additional confidence in their assessment. I really appreciated their professionalism, communication, thoroughness, and transparency. I would highly recommend Roof Improve to anyone looking for a roof inspection or evaluation.

I called Juan on a Friday and set an appointment for the following Wednesday. He came on time, inspected the roof and found several other trouble areas, including the vicinity of the original leak, and another large area with a serious problem. That evening, as promised, he emailed a proposal (an itemized task list with detailed descriptions and photos/cost break-downs). We agreed to follow his proposal on Friday, and he fit our project in for the following Friday. He & his team (Ivan & Martin) came and completed the project without any issues. He then followed up with a paid invoice receipt, with photos of our roof as the repairs were being performed. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and experienced (from hands-on learning through working with his dad over the years), and works hard to provide genuine help & service for customers' needs. I believe Yelp's "From the business" section truly reflects how he and his team work hard and deliver reliable/quality roofing service. It was very pleasant to work with Juan and his team, and we are glad to have found a good roofer to get help with any future roof issues.

We got a notice of non renewal from our home insurance company. The insurance contact told us we needed to get someone to clean or power wash the roof and show proof to refute the non renewal. Once I got in touch with John, he has been very honest, earnest, and accommodating. John told us not to power wash our roof as it would take off the finish of our cement tiles and damage them - even soft washing would introduce chemicals that I did not want around our house. He asked for the insurance company contact so that he could call them to verify what they needed from us and to tell them a power wash is not recommended. Once he determined what they needed from us, he offered to brush the moss off the roof. I found his assessment of the work and pricing to be extremely fair compared to the 2 other quotes I got.
