First time at ramen lab Boca! Can't wait to try their food!
Erika S.

We went to try this ramen spot in Boca Raton and it completely exceeded our expectations. I'm a huge boba tea lover, so I started with the strawberry boba tea and the chicken gyoza both were so flavorful and so good. The service was quick, and it's a cute little spot right next to Mizner Park in a great location. My husband isn't the biggest ramen fans, so he ordered the poke bowl and I got a soup both were HUGE. He got tuna poke , and it came loaded with seaweed salad, edamame, crab, rice, and sauce. Everything was fresh and delicious and the ramen was packed with flavor especially the broth which isn't usually as good at some places. I would definitely come back for another poke bowl and I'm looking forward to trying other ramen bowls next!

Back in South Florida for another weekend of football and this time, my parents and I visited Ramen Lab Eatery. I have not had this spot since I moved but was so excited to bring my family here for dinner. We came in during their happy hour time which ended at 7pm. We ordered their bao buns and spicy cauliflower from the happy hour menu. Also my dad had a craving for wings, so we ordered the KFC chicken wings. The chicken karaage bao buns were so juicy and tasty. The chicken was fried perfectly, the pickled veggies added a great amount of acidity to this savory dish. The cauliflower wasn't soggy and were coated perfected in the gochujang sauce. My dad enjoyed his wings and loved the gochujang sauce as well. The ramen comes out in huge and hearty portions. We all enjoyed our ramen and how thin the noodles were because it soaked up all of the flavor of the broth. The grilled chicken in my ramen was seasoned perfectly and so good. My dad loved his seafood ramen and like the contrast of the sweetness of the lemongrass broth with the chili oil. Also, I really like that you can customize your boba tea, which I did with my ube boba tea. For a $1 upcharge, I went with oat milk and it made the ube boba taste so creamy and delicious. By far, one of my favorite ube boba drinks. Parking may be tricky here since the lot is busy and there's so side parking as well. Don't let this small storefront fool you, as it has a lot of delicious flavors here.

Crispy 5 Spice Duck Ramen

The food was delicious and so was the Boba. I had the Lychee. My sister loved the duck ramen. It had a very aromatic and tasty broth with generous pieces of duck. I enjoyed the Bulgogi beef, yellow radish, kimchi and cucumbers. The rice was just filler because it wasn't even necessary. I would absolutely recommend this place.

I made a short list of places to eat at while in town. So glad that my group agreed to this choice. I am pretty sure we had a little of everything from the menu and it was all amazing. After traveling all day I would do it again for this food. Amazing! Place was Saturday Night busy but food was scalding hot and delicious. Will recommend

Gyoza

Service was great, they have good happy hour specials you should try for both bites and drinks. They have indoor and outdoor sitting as well. I have had better ramen, don't get me wrong this one was good especially the noodles. However, the pork belly was cut was not the best- total fat and no actual meat. The star of the place was the gyoza!! Such a great filling and yummy taste

Small hidden gem in downtown Boca Raton area. Ramen is very flavorful and highly recommend the miso ramen ! I added the short ribs and it was delicious. Service was pretty quick for a Sunday early afternoon. If I am ever in the area I will go back again.

Just ordered take out, the miso ramen was good, I had it with ground chicken. They had a special on pork katsu so ordered that to try and it went right in the trash! It was so dried up literally inedible (pic attached) not sure why they would even send this out, I would not even feed this to my dog, one of the worst meats I have ever been served.

Solid lunch experience! Were staying at a hotel in the area and decided to look for something walking distance. They have great lunch deals where you can order a main, an appetizer, and a drink, all for a discounted price. I got the lunch salad with salmon, and I was quite pleased and surprised with the generous portions! The salad was also delicious, as it came with a yummy dressing, and the salmon itself was prepared with a super flavorful rub. Hubby ordered the tuna poke bowl with brown rice and enjoyed it. We both got the chicken bao buns for appetizers, which were also flavourful. Didn't get a chance to try the ramen, but for a quick lunch experience, I recommend this spot!

The miso ramen was sadly anemic it completely missed that bold, savory punch miso is known for. I was really hoping for that comforting, full-bodied flavor, but it just wasn't there, East Boca maybe the other locations are good not sure ! Very disappointing

Is there a veggie broth available for a vegan Raman?

They have a wonderful vegan ramen!! It's all i get there.

I'm planning on trying this place next week... any suggestions on what to order that will make my taste buds happy!?

I was at this place when it first opened. The Buns stents that good. Just stick with a ramen that seems appetizing to you. Everyone's taste is different. I like spicy ramen broths.

The bright lights caught my eye. I decided to check it out, and I was not disappointed. The space is decorated beautifully. The colors, music, and aroma from the food, loved it! Ordered and paid for my food from the table, and the staff brought out my food and drink. I ordered the Yuzu Ramen, Takoyaki, and the Japanese Garden Salad. I loved everything! The only thing I'd changed about my order is the sauce for the Takoyaki. Condiments aren't really my thing, and I tend to order my food with light sauces or without them at all. I think Zuru could improve its customer service. When I first walked in, I wasn't greeted, the menu wasn't explained, and I had no idea how or where to order. I sort of had to figure it out. I had no idea what I wanted and was not provided with suggestions. Other than those small hiccups... I now dine there often.

I came here for a birthday party event where we rented a karaoke lounge room. It was a very fun experience. There's a server that comes in throughout the night to check on you and take your orders and whatever you need. It was a lot of fun! This time we ordered edamame, Wild Mushroom Chow Fun, braised short rib, wagyu potstickers, green tea, and for the kids the Vegetable Lo Mein Bowl. Everything was delicious, fresh, and came out really fast. A few small things disappointed us this visit. They changed the menu and removed my kids' favorite grilled cheese. It used to come on this amazing soft airy rice bread grilled to perfection, and now it's just a regular multigrain sandwich. The kids were genuinely upset since we always ordered it for them. My green tea was also served with water that didn't seem hot enough, and the foam on top was a little off-putting. I know green tea is brewed at a lower temperature, but this just didn't feel right. Also, the restroom used to have a beautiful chandelier, and now it looks like something happened to it -- only hanging wires are left, which takes away from the otherwise polished aesthetic. Still, KAPOW remains one of our favorite spots because the food is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is fun and stylish, and service is always quick.

You start by picking a soup of choice and then you gather the food you need, cook it yourself in the pot and there are instructions and available on the wall for cooking times. It's relatively straightforward. Be careful with how much you grab as they will charge you for any excessive leftovers. I got the tom kha and my fiance got the tom yum. He found his soup to be a little on the lemony side for his taste but I think that's just a preference not a reflection of the quality of the soup. I loved my coconutty tom kha. Our waiter showed us how to operate the dial and gave us information about cooking time recommendation. We ordered some hot tea and had a wonderful time. The buffet appeared to be clean and the food fresh and well kept. I tried a variety of meat as well as seafood. The shrimp had a little bit of a previously frozen kind of taste but the scallops were excellent. I think in the end I'm not a big fan of the red meat even though it cooks quickly and tastes fine I just think preference wise I more so enjoyed loading up on the vegetables and noodles. The best thing I had there was the gyoza, so freaking good, highly recommend. It is worth noting that my fiance love the meat, so the great thing about this place is the variety and how multiple people can sit down and enjoy what they like, together. Drop by!

It was a Saturday night around 8 and it wasn't crowded at all, which was nice. I ordered a scallop sushi, Mexican roll and salmon basil roll. The scallop sushi was so fresh, and melted in your mouth. The party I was with ended up ordering one each for themselves as well! The mexican roll was simple and enhanced with a little wasabi and ginger. Perfectly bite sized pieces. The salmon basil roll was unlike anything I've ever had before. Pretty much tasted like a caprese in sushi form! Salmon was incredibly fresh, again super tender and melted in your mouth, no fishy taste. The party I was with also ordered three pieces of uni. Was $14.50 a piece, so pretty steep! However the uni was incredibly tender, very similar to butter, however the tail end did have a slightly fishy taste, but it is sea urchin so that's not uncommon. Someone ordered the tempura udon, they said the broth was a little bland, the udon were cooked perfectly, but of course the tempura gets soggy as it's sitting on top of the udon. They also ordered the fried JB roll, the hot mama roll, and an eel and salmon hand roll. While I can't comment on those things, everybody was incredibly satisfied with their meal and everything was reasonably priced. I didn't pay for this meal, so unfortunately I can't comment on the bill, but I can say this is not a cheap sushi restaurant. The prices are a little higher than average, but you're also getting what you pay for. The quality is spot-on and is exactly what you hope for when you have a sushi craving. The service was fast and they made great recommendations. Their sushi roll selection is not huge by any means, but their menu has a lot of diverse options on it. The only thing that I can't stand, but is of course very common with Sushi and Asian restaurants, is having canned soft drinks. This is a personal preference and didn't impact my rating at all. Overall, I would definitely come back to try other things!
