I was excited when this restaurant opened up in our neighborhood, but unfortunately after trying it, it's a better idea to get top Ramen from the store and make your own. The broth was tasteless and had no flavor, the egg in it was disgusting and the Ramen noodles were seriously the same as the top Ramen you buy off-the-shelf.Unfortunately, I will never go to this restaurant again, no second chances for $15 bowls of Ramen when I can pay $.45 at the store and get the same thing. read more

Place has its pros and cons here. Pros: This place has a great location, the interior has a beautiful design for people to eat. The food is excellent, the spice in the miso soup was great, the chashu pork was cooked to perfection, and the ramen noodles were delicious! I would definitely come back for more because it's really good. Cons: some of the cons here is that it was my first time coming to this place, and the menu seemed super complicated if you are walking in the restaurant reading the menu near the ceiling like a fast food joint. It takes time to get acquainted with the menu, It was a little busy at the same time, and I thought I could sit down and then a waiter will take the order. Made a mistake, and noticed that I had to go to the front counter to order. Not a huge problem right there. Luckily I already wrote down what to get from someone who recommended me their favorite dish here. Their service could have been better unfortunately. Cashier asked me if my order was correct on the screen as if it were a drive thru menu, and it just doesn't feel like an upper class place. Also some customers were sitting at tables that previous customers finished eating at. Nobody came over to clean it up for a long time while I was there. In conclusion: I recommend coming here for the food itself. It's really good. Downside is that their service is not really there, and their "cleanliness" is not in the best shape. read more

Ordered to go for lunch. They said it would be ready in 25 minutes. We showed up in about 15 minutes and a few minutes later got our food. Excellent food and great portions. I had the Chicken Yaki Ramen. Very good. Not greasy and the right proportions of noodles, chicken and veggies. My wife had the Chicken Rice Bowl Donburi. She got the fried rice option as well. I tried some and loved it. Even better with the spicy mayo. My son had Steak Fried Rice. He didn't say a word but kept eating it. So it must have been very good. This is my second time trying ramen hayashi. The first time the employees were extremely nice and provided a great service, unfortunately I had a different experience the second time around. I ordered through the phone today and off the bat the girl on the phone was extremely rude and kept talking over me. Then when I came in the same girl with the green hair gave me the worse attitude and customer service. Within 24 hours of posting my review, Jason(owner) personally reached out to me and was beyond apologetic about both of my experiences and willing to do whatever he could to change my mind and have us give them another try. So many businesses these days give a lame "apology" or a "we'll pass the comment on to the team" and do absolutely nothing leaving the customer feeling even more frustrated and upset by their poor experience. Been looking to eat here for a while. It's been open for less than a year and wasn't sure it'd make it through the pandemic. Now that I've eaten here I know why it did! We were greeted by a warm and friendly cashier who explained the menu fully and made recommendations, as this was our first time eating here. The food presentation was great-everything looked delicious. Food portions are hearty. You may very well have leftovers. We ate outside on a pleasant patio though road noise was fairly high. But in traffic lulls the music and lighting were great. Fellow diners are definitely lingering. Server was extremely polite. I had to go in for a fork and busser removed gloves got the fork and handed it to me in a napkin so he was mindful. I would absolutely come back! Spicy miso is spicy. Edamame was perfectly boiled and salted and my Yaki ramen was top notch! We waited a little longer than I may have expected but it was not terrible at all. This place is great! My husband and I always order to-go, but the staff members that help us are always very courteous. The restaurant itself looks clean and nicely decorated as well. They have indoor dining, safely spaced apart, as well as a patio on the side for outdoor dining. We have ordered from here a few times now and our absolute favorite item is the spicy miso broth with the spinach noodles. We highly higly recommend it. We love making our own ramen bowls so our toppings vary, but we love the pork cha-su and the soft boiled egg as our toppings. The spicy miso broth has a bit of a kicker to it, but it's not terribly spicy to the point where you won't be able to enjoy the taste. Honestly, this is by far the best ramen I have tried in town, beating Ramen Ichiban. The only other item we ordered was the takoyaki, and it was ok. Not as good as Ramen Ichiban's, but their ramen makes up for it. Also, I love the fact that when they pack the ramen to-go, their noodles are packed separately from the broth, but it's all in one container. So innovative. Definitely a must-try if you are on the lookout for a new ramen place to hit up. read more

The vegan ramen is amazing... How did they get the broth and tofu so flavorful?? The spinach noodles are great too. Their takeout bowls are well designed too, to keep all the noodles and toppings fresh so they don't get soggy just sitting in the broth. Definitely something I will crave... First time trying this place out... I ordered 2 different types of plain ramen, (I just had surgery so diet is limited at the moment and I also had it delivered thru door dash). The food I ordered came piping hot and I was shocked at how well the presentation was. I also ordered chicken egg rolls for my kids and I had to sneak a bite... they were hot, crispy, and not greasy at all! I'm so glad I decided to give this restaurant a try and not stick to my usual soup places! I can't wait to heal up and head over to try more items on their menu! I think it's over rated. Waited 50 minutes but were aware as cashier did inform us it might be a longer wait time however they forgot that we had order more than just appetizers . The bus boy had to tell the waiter that we were still waiting outside for sometime. So that took more time. The ramen broth was a little too salty for us. The appetizer were good. read more
