You literally can't go wrong with this place. I have tried Ramen from almost every place in town, and Ramen Hayashi is by far the best. Large portions also! Their fried rice is also the most flavorful I have ever tasted.. I live over 30 mins away and have no problem driving that far for their food, any day. read more

We had a big night and we were coming back from dance and we all thought Ramen sounded good. We went here and it was not to crowded and you go to a counter to order and service was pretty good. We got our food and my complaint was that they did not have kids portions so my kids split a Ramen but there was still so much food left. Overall though, it is pretty good I just have to say, beware of big bowls. Overall though, and for a newish business it is good. read more

We did take out. Ordered ahead of time and walked in to pick up. The food was ready when they said it would be. No waiting. The ramen was great! They were busy at 8:20 at night. There was a lot of folks in line ordering. They do have a separate line for phone orders and online orders so that worked out for us because no one was in that line. My boyfriend and I were traveling through town after a long weekend camping - I needed to charge my phone and the girls help me charge it behind the register area. They were so sweet and this ramen was absolutely AMAZING!! I had the vegetable ramen broth and it was the most tasty vegetable broth I had ever tried! The staff is kind and all about customer service. They are always checking to see how everything is and if you need anything else. Great place. The food is amazingly good also. Even during a government mandated shut down they found a way to serve our community. With to go orders and outdoor seating. The customer service was very attentive and kind, we told them it was our first time there and they gave us a free passion fruit lemonade. The ramen was very flavorful and not salty at all. The soufflé cheesecake was airy wasn't too sweet it came with whip cream and strawberries which paired with the cheesecake very well. Service was extremely slow. Waited half an hour for a bowl of ramen. What made it more disappointing was that customers who ordered after us received their food before we did. Second time back since 3 months ago. Ordered 2 Tonkatsu Ramen substitute thick noodle over the recommended thin noodle. Thicker noodle was better as it resemble the traditional ramen-style noodle. The marinated egg was delicious with the center yoke being gooey, the correct way to serve it. This restaurant makes the best marinated eggs, other places it's hard boiled and plain no flavor. Came here tonight since we have not been here before. First off I have been to a couple of Ramen places and this one was by far the worst. Ordered two Ramens that had no flavor and they were not hot like they should be. I also ordered veggie spring rolls one had a hair on it, and that is so gross. I ordered the Kaki fry and they were okay, but the sauce was better then the dish. When I saw the hair it ruined the entire dinner. I am very picky and get grossed out. One word to describe this place - EXCELLENCE! The set up is clean, intuitive and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I ended up getting the Spicy Miso soup with Steak, and it didn't disappoint. The steak was cooked perfectly and had a very tender texture. My friend got the shrimp plate with mild heat, and was very pleased. The restaurant manager came by a couple times to check how we were doing and if we needed our drinks refilled. We visited Ramen Hayashi on the opening day. The customer service was excellent. We were a party of 8 and they quickly put tables together for our family. The food was tasty. We ordered several dishes and can not pick one favorite. The ramen soup is very tasty. The fried rice and beef servings exceeded our expectations. My grandson loves this place. I found it a bit pricey but you get what you paid for. Great menu however wish they had more photos.

Decent ramen, the noodles were delicious but the tonkotsu broth could be more flavorful. The chashu pork was quite sweet and did not pair well with the broth. The soft boiled egg was also very sweet and not enjoyable. The mushrooms overwhelmed the other flavors, I would recommend not adding the mushrooms at all and asking for more green onion. My boyfriend LOVES ramen & Japanese food so when we saw that there was a ramen place near the house, we were excited to give it a try. I don't experiment too much with some foods, but this ramen was awful. & I mean awful. I did not even finish my food. We both did the "create your own bowl" option they have. The chicken tasted so bad I actually had to spit it out. Same with the boiled egg. It was just all around awful. I definitely more recommend Ichiban Ramen & Poki on Shaw & First & Shobu Japanese Cuisine. Shobu definitely has the top best. read more

Great food, but small portion. We order 2 ramen and ask for 2 additional bowls for our kids, 2&4, hench the guy brought out the bowls but not utensils, we had to ask for utensils and he came back out with chopsticks and spoons. maybe we should have been specific that we wanted forks for our kids Cheese croquettes were good. I thought the salmon bowl had too much teriyaki sauce on the rice. Overall the food was really good, we really enjoyed it. read more
