My friend really loves ramen so I said sure I will try this. My mistake twice now. Both times they got my order wrong even though I ordered there in person for dine it. Good thing for that I guess. So first time there I asked for no onion and no seaweed. Get my bowl and yup there is seaweed. I pulled it out and ate my meal but that's all I could taste. Their little deepfried potato balls are really good though. Second time we go and yup, you guessed it. Seaweed again. Server takes my bowl back and in a few minutes brings my bowl to me. I asked if they just pulled it out or made me a new bowl. She said they pulled it out and added more broth to see if the taste would be covered up. I was so mad because I think they should have remade it. I did eat it but tbh it wasn't that good but I was hungry. Not sure if I will go back again as I can't wrap my mind around how they cannot just leave stuff off when you ask for it. It's a shame cause my friend really likes this place. This place has been one of our favorite restaurant when we want ramen. I came in for take out today and the price of bowels went up $3 which I'm used to at this point and understand. When I asked for chili oil I was charged $3. Its disappointing to me because if you dine in there is no charge but a lil plastic container $3 really? I don't mind spending $62.00 on dinner but taking advantage on take out versus dine in. Disappointing. read more

We had a big night and we were coming back from dance and we all thought Ramen sounded good. We went here and it was not to crowded and you go to a counter to order and service was pretty good. We got our food and my complaint was that they did not have kids portions so my kids split a Ramen but there was still so much food left. The ramen is good - when cooked properly. Most of the time, inconsistent; the noodles are sometimes nice and pliable or often barely cooked leaving them too firm. I would like more vegetable options, but, then I guess it would not be traditional ramen like this is. The reason for my low score is their customer service. By no means are they rude, however, this is my problem with them: I hate that I have to drive 30 minutes down there, then, I have to wait another 30 minutes for it to be prepared because they will not answer their phone for me to place it ahead of time. And, their "app" never works. I get take out about twice a week from here and have watched them let the phone ring and ring and ring. Once they get tired of hearing it ring they will answer and hang up. This is terrible customer service. I've complained and their answer is: "we stop answering our phone when it gets busy". I do see that it gets busy, but so do most popular places and they still answer their phone. How about hiring someone just to answer the phone. It will pay for itself instead of ruining your business with crappy customer service. It always amazes me how some business owners don't get how simple it is to provide a good customer service experience. It's not that hard. On another note, the other day, my chicken was raw and because they will not answer their phone I could not get through the line to let them know. When I went in person I let them know that I had to throw it out because it was raw. They just looked at me and asked why I did not call them. UUUhhhh...I did but again they will not answer their phone. Yes, the food is good, but not sure if it's good enough to put up with the inconvenience. read more

Food was delicious. We ordered the ramen noodles with shrimp and a chicken rice bowl with veggies. Both tastes fresh and were flavorful. The only reason it is getting 4 stars is because it took an hour for our food. The staff did tell us it would take an hour but that was after we placed the order. We still would go back again. We just have to make sure we don't go when we are starving. We came back about 1 week later during lunch. Wait was only 15 minutes. Food was delicious again! We tried something new--Nikuman. There was a lot of folks in line ordering. They do have a separate line for phone orders and online orders so that worked out for us because no one was in that line.
