Came in on a Monday afternoon around 2PM, no wait! Saw good reviews about how similar this was to places in Japan, so we had to try it since we didn't want anything heavy before our flight. I ordered Tori Paitan and my fiancé ordered a spicy miso. Both were delicious, slight too salty but overall the texture of the noodles, toppings were delicious! I would definitely come back if I'm craving for ramen.

Stopped by on a whim for lunch during the week right at opening and was seated immediately at the bar. The menu is simple and their specialty is chicken broth. I ordered the original Shio Ramen as it's the chef's recommendation and added black garlic oil. As someone who loves spicy, thick, creamy tonkotsu ramen usually, I was skeptical if this would hit the spot. The taste was so flavorful and the quality of the broth and noodles were amazing! I even took half of it home for my husband and he said the same thing despite having a similar ramen preference as me. I will definitely stop by again so I can try their spicy broth!

Hits the spot all the time. We've been coming to Ramen Hashi for about seven years now. The thing to note is that you won't get bubbly hosts and servers but you get good service, quality food, and it is consistently delicious! First thing you'll notice is how clean the kitchen is if you're seated at the bar. The place is small, so don't bring large groups. I don't know if it's because the same kitchen staff have been there for the longest time, at least since we've been going, or if it's because they've got their recipes and process down to a science. This little ramen shop stood the test of time through Covid and neighboring tenants closing, and moving in. The property management stepped up their curb appeal and recently gave the building a face lift too.

First time here and it did not disappoint! Pros: clean, casual, dining area with bar seating the entire length of the restaurant where you can look into the kitchen as well as tables set up for 2-3 people against the wall. Love the very simple and straightforward menu. They don't offer much, but what they do is GOOD! They make their noodles fresh daily! I also appreciate that all ramen bowls here are chicken-based broth. They even have a chicken version of the tonkatsu, which is traditionally pork. We had the Tori Paitan (chicken versiok of tonkatsu), and it was DELICIOUS. It needed nothing else as it was yummy as is. I added some chili paste and chili sesame oil to mine as I like all things with a little kick. I also added an onsen tamago aka poached egg as I opted out of the pork that comes with the ramen. Service: fast and efficient Parking: free and ample in a strip mall lot Cons: Instead of the default pork chasu for the ramen, I wish there was a chicken chasu or ground chicken or tofu option. For those of us who do not eat pork, having another protein (besides an extra egg as a topping) would be appreciated. They offer cold drinks, but having hot green tea would be lovely. All in all, a great ramen dining experience overall.

Seating at the counter only. No dining tables. Simple and easy.

Ramen Hashi was a regular go to spot when we lived in Vegas. It's also conveniently located a few stores down from Gabi Coffee & Bakery. How convenient indeed. We've had our fair share of ramen spots we frequented in Vegas but I have to say that Ramen Hashi was one of our top 3 ramen spots. They do it to perfection. The broth, the noodles, the toppings. They keep it simple and they do it well. No bells and whistles. Just ramen and a few quality toppings and call it a day. I had the Tan Tan Men ramen most recently. It's got a spicy kick with a little creaminess to the broth. Simple toppings of chashu pork, egg, corn, scallions and ramen. Done and done. Perfection! The space itself is also very simplistic. Sometimes we would sit at the ramen counter to watch them make our food. Or we sit at the tables. I love that they will torch the chashu pork with a lovely char and grill. So good. Love the space and food. Service is good and they take care of you. I love Ramen Hashi and it's another spot we continue to pitch to anyone visiting Vegas and looking for good ramen. Conveniently located in Chinatown and about 10-15 minutes from The Strip.

Ordered the Mazemen with a side of extra noodle Order was done, then dropped by the female cook. I said thank you, she looked at me, then walked away- no response Minute later, I received the side of noodle dumped on top of my soup as I was eating . Was telling her I wanted it in on the side because I barely started. She looks at me. Dumps it anyway in my bowl, then walks to the back, gone. I'm like.... Horrible feeling as a customer. Been coming here for over a handful of years. Over 20 plus times because the ramen and ambiance are great. Lost my appetite, but felt obligated to finish my food as fast as I can and leave. Sadly, will find another ramen shop that doesn't do this to their guest This is a first for me.

This place has a been a favorite of mine for so many years and every time I go it's absolutely amazing. The flavor in the broth is excellent silky and savory the pasta taste house made which is also a plus the chatsu is always super tender with a great char when served. Very clean inside. The staff is friendly and very kind to my 4 yr old daughter. The service is super quick. The bathrooms are always clean I have never had one complaint here. They have to my favorite ramen house in Vegas hands down.

I've been going to this place for under 4 years since I been in Vegas. I've had ramen all over Vegas and in different states this is still by far my favorite ramen. Perfect bowl everytime I come. I love that the menu is only ramen so you don't get overwhelmed with many choices. The decor is perfect for ramen eating.

Food is so flavorful and filling at a good price! You choose what you want on the paper menu. I ordered the Tori Paitan and it was very filling. Service was okay but you don't come here for the service, you come here for the food! Ambiance - the place is small but accommodating. Very casual ambiance for a quick meal.

One of the best ramen spots I've tried here in Vegas. I had the Shio Original Ramen with extra noodles, and it did not disappoint. The broth was incredible! It was light yet flavorful. The pork was tender, and the tamago was cooked perfectly. Adding the extra noodles was definitely a great move, as the regular portion wasn't quite enough for me. One of my friends ordered the Chashu Don, and it was delicious! I'm definitely thinking of ordering that next time. I was really surprised and a bit disappointed to see that they don't offer any appetizers. I'm used to having one with my ramen. Even just a couple of options would have been great. The space is small, with a few tables, but there's also a bar area facing the kitchen, where you can watch them prepare the food. The vibe was mellow and pleasant. Prices were fair, the place was clean, and customer service was decent.

For a moment I felt like I was in shinjuku slurping down some ramen. This is a small place with just a few tables but a dining counter that runs the entire length of the place. So you can dine and watch the action in the kitchen. (Today at lunch, not much going on, only 5 people there besides us.) The menu reminds me of how Japanese places used to be before their automatic ticket machines that are popular now. Just a sheet of paper where you first pick your broth and noodle style and then a series of check boxes for extras like the onsen tamago (poached/soft boiled egg) or extra noodles. Service was quick, less than 5-6 minutes. The broth was hot but not extra hot that is my preference. The broth was chicken based. The noodles were toothsome and the egg was perfect. My meal cost 15.95 with my extras and my dining companions was 13.45 . There were no appetizers or small plates offered which was fine if you only wanted ramen, but I think some simple app's or pickled veg would be good. They had cold teas but no hot tea I think they offered beer as well there was a refrigerated case that held little ice cream mochi type of sandwiches for 3.95 each... A minimalist dining experience, but it works if you just want to hoover down a good bowl of ramen and not break the bank. Didn't ask for a military discount, figured they would not offer one. Would I go back? Most assuredly !

It's still the best ramen in the city, and it's not even close.

You truly can not go wrong with Hashi. Anyone who tells you they're overrated should not be listened to; I haven't had a bad dish from them once. Service is fast-- I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a bowl, even when they're packed. Most recently we got the shio ramen and their mazesoba. Noodles were perfectly cooked and the broth was flavorful and warming on my shio ramen. Don't ignore the suggestion to add vinegar and pepper to freshen up the flavor halfway through! The mazesoba will be my next order there after the bites I had of my husband's. The restaurant is clean and neat, if a little sparse, but it's a ramen shop-- you're not meant to linger forever. I love the counters for watching them put it all together!

    BULGOGI BOWL

The manager/owner was very rude. He is a greedy man, I threw up after eating a bite of the bulgogi bowl. He served me like a 1/2 a whole onion in my bowl and it was atrocious. The beef was chewy. The worst part was I only took 1 bite and i asked if I could get a refund since I 1) threw up after taking a bite 2) took A bite He did not try to fix the situation he only told me "You order, you pay" An awful business model, awful service, awful food, awful person. I hope he learns from this because I will never be coming back.
