I've heard about the food hall here and am happy to of stopped by. They have a little bit of everything. We settled on Ramen. The spicy volcano ramen was exactly what I look for. Extra size, extra spice, extra marinaded egg, and extra pork for $14. The broth was white and pretty good. Also got the black garlic ramen which was very tasty. Karrake- fried chicken and octopus balls takoyaki were pretty good. You can buy a drink from another store or get your own water. Take a number, they deliver the food to you, then clean up your table and tray when you finish. Look forward to going back and try some more. The BOGO appetizer or sushi was a good deal too. read more

Eki Ramen was such a fun and tasty experience! Came in and took advantage of their special price discount on the Eki Jumbo Chicken Ramen, which was huge, flavorful, and super satisfying--great value for the portion size. They also threw in a free token for their claw machine, which was a fun little bonus and added to the overall vibe. On top of that, we tried their signature ramen, and it definitely lived up to the hype--rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and well-balanced toppings. Great food, fun atmosphere, and solid deals. This location is in the Cheongdam Hall. We were surprised that Eki Ramen replaced the sandwich place my son liked. But I wasn't too sad because we have ate at the other location. Service was great. Walked up to no line and ordered. Food was good but I was a bit disappointed that the soup was not hot, it was just warm. The pork was not consistent- some pieces were a tough and it did not melt in my mouth like the other location. The crispy rice was good- appetizers were buy one get one free. I just gave 4 star because the other location was my #1 for my favorite ramen and hope it was an off day. They did just open this location so they are worth the try! read more

I visited and not only ordered what was in their name, but, I also got their No. 1 chef rated item, the Eki Jumbo Chicken ramen after a little bit of upselling from their staff. The staff was friendly. I asked about the drink and token for checking in. They told me you get a fancy Japanese soda and tokens for their claw machine when checking in. They brought my food to me at my table. I wasn't sure what was supposed to be jumbo, the chicken or the ramen. The chicken I got was a little different from the one in the photo and menu description. Their menu describes the chicken as oven grilled chicken. The photo looked like it was baked. The chicken in my ramen seemed to be deep fried. The ramen also came with corn and 1 egg cut in half. The chicken was pretty much tasteless. The ramen itself was a hearty bowl of noodles. It was good enough to fill me up. Price was very reasonable. read more

The last time I went to Cheongdam Food Hall Eki Ramen was not there and now it is! It was cold and soup sounded good. I got the Spicy Hangover Ramen. It was brought out pretty fast and it looked so good. The meat was flavorful and tender. The broth was good but I was disappointed by the spice level. I didn't taste any spice at all. It was a little bit of a paste that was placed on top of a butter square and that's about it. I should have asked for more of the paste but that's ok. It was still good. The noodles were cooked perfect. It came with egg and my favorite - corn. They also had some bogo specials on apps I believe but I really only looked at the ramen options since that's what I wanted. Decided to head over th Cheongdam for some.lunch and try Eki Ramen. Been here many times but first time for this place. If you've ever been to Cheongdam it's a food hall concept. You go up to the vendor, order and sit down and they bring your food. It's really casual.and affordable in a clean well layed out space. We got the Umami Balck Garlic and the Grilled Chicken Ramen. Also ordered the Korean Fried Chicken and Takoyaki. Everything was really tasty, well seasoned and that Black Garlic Ramne might be my new fave. 2 minor missteps. The egg in the ramen was overcooked and straight from the fridge cold. Not the nice jammy egg I like. The broth while delicious was warm not hot. These are minor things and won't stop me from coming back but should be mentioned. read more

Eki Ramen & Sushi is a new eatery located inside Cheongdam Food Hall on Spring Mountain and Durango. You'll find them at the former spot of Downtowner, next to Curry Ya. Soft opening was on December 23, 2025. Their grand opening was on January 1, 2026. Inside is always a great vibe with plenty of seating and awesome music. I was listening to Avril Lavigne "Sk8er Boi" it's a fantastic song. The atmosphere is so chill and relaxing, and the staff members are simply amazing! Menu offers a nice selection of ramen with choice of broth for tonkotsu, shoyu, or miso. They have signature and hangover ramen, as well as chef recommended ramen for Spicy Volcano and Eki Jumbo Chicken, and there's sushi too! I had questions about what sushi they have, and chef Alex is so kind to bring out a laminated menu. They actually have a lot more items than what's shown on the board. The back of the menu has a variety of tasty appetizers including cheese spicy gyoza and bulgogi fries, grilled must try sliced ribeye garlic bread, baked lobster roll, deep fried golden Eki roll, sushi nigiri, as well as classic roll, spicy, signature, and tempura roll. Some of the popular tempura roll is Chanel Roll and No Name Roll. I ordered Lisa Lisa Roll (8 pieces, $14.95), it's absolutely delicious! Inside has crispy shrimp tempura, avocado, crab, and yummy cream cheese, the exterior is topped with crispy crunchy tempura bits, a delightful Yumyum sauce, and Eel sauce. I love the Yumyum sauce, it has a pleasant sweetness and is just enough to enjoy and taste great with cream cheese! Had to try this place 3 times. Bland, inconsistent Ramen. Eki Miso Ramen - bland spicy volcano - not spicy and bland Eki Signature - bland, noodles overcooked The eggs are also wildly inconsistent. It's supposed to be a gooey center, but if you check the other pictures posted, they are overcooked and barely marinated. Chashu was okay, it's not the right cut or the fat to lean meat ratio is way off. The appetizers are better quite honestly. read more

I tried the Hangover Ramen and noticed that the spicy element comes as a red paste served on the side for you to mix in yourself. I haven't seen that before, but it wasn't a big issue. Without the paste mixed in, the broth was very light in flavor. I'd actually recommend getting the Hangover Ramen specifically because the paste adds most of the flavor--and it's not very spicy at all. That said, the spice level may depend on how much paste you're given. I ordered this during their grand opening special, when the Hangover Ramen was priced at $11.95. The regular price is $16.95. In my opinion, $11.95 better reflects the quality of the ramen. At the $16.95 price point, there are several nearby ramen spots that offer noticeably better options. read more
