Service is top notch!!! Sweetest couple that doesn't want you to lift a finger at the self-serve lol. We had such a great time. Toppings choices were great and the meat was very hearty portion and good quality. Best service in Las Vegas honestly.

I believe these are the owners who were so sweet and attentive!!! They were there to help from start to finish! Definitely worth the visit.

I guess these self serve ramen bars is popping up around town now....and for awesome reasons! Everyone loves a hot, personalized ramen. My review is solely for the 'service'. Now, this is my first time at THIS location, being that it is fairly new. I've been to others in HI, WA, OR and CA....all with same concept. Pick your noodle, add your toppings and whip it all up on the cooker. There is a Caucasian guy that works there that was just overbearing. Didn't give me space. I understand that it may be his idea of being helpful, but when a customer tells you , 'thank you, I got this' , PLEASE give us some space! What really shocked me was when this guy, rang me up and then proceeded to open up both mine and my daughter's noodle pack with his bare hands! NO glove or hand sanitizer! He even broke my daughter's noodle in half without asking. I asked if I can do my seasoning packet myself but he proceeded to pour the pack with his bare hands into the bowl. We were assigned 2 of the cookers. He was basically making it for us. I told him we can do it but he kept mixing our noodles around. I asked him, "What's the point going to a self serve ramen place when we can't make our own'? His response: THESE MACHINES ARE OVER $1000 EACH AND WE DONT WANT YOU TO BURN IT. Are you KIDDING ME!?!! I threw my hands up, sat at a table and waited for him to bring me my noodle. Might as well right? Our noodles were good. What do you expect from a Buldak package? The service had me so irritated! The lady owner went around and gave everyone a free drink...maybe she saw everyone was pissed? IDK. I will not be coming back to this location, there's other ones around that gives a much better experience.

Decided to try this place to see if my partner and I would like it and we LOVED IT. They have such so many options for ramens and their toppings are so yummy. I did the buldok carbonara with rice cake, bulgogi beef, fish cake, and dumplings. The dumplings were soooo tasty. The ladies working were so sweet. They helped us make our food, gave us some desserts and watermelon. Def will be coming back, so worth it and a great way to enjoy comfort food.

Pretty pricey with two deluxe bowls + two yogurt drinks but they did give everyone two chocolate moon pies and two little yogurt drinks for free. It says self serve but seems like they kinda just take over the whole process and do it for you anyway- which I loved. The toppings were really well sized-egg, spam, rice cakes, green onion, bok choy, pork, fish cakes, mushrooms etc. the staff was SO warm and welcoming and so funny. They were pretty dead at 6pm but quickly picked up with customers. Seating was decent.

Man. I would come back here just from the service alone. The folks that own the place treated us like we were their kids/grandkids. Great self serve ramen experience plus top tier service... highly recommend.

ℝ 4001 S Decatur Blvd, Ste 1 Las Vegas, NV 89103 I was recently invited to this adorable family-owned self-serve ramen spot in Chinatown, and I'm so glad I did! The place has such a cozy vibe, and you can really feel the love and care the family puts into their business. The ramen? Absolutely delicious! You get to customize it just the way you like, which makes the experience even more fun. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the toppings were super fresh. I tried the premium topping ramen and my daughter had the Tteokbokki, and it was delic! Check out their menu! They have a great selection with prices that won't break the bank. Basic Ramen is just $5.5, and if you want to go all out with premium toppings, it's only $8.5! Plus, they have some tasty sides like Tteokbokki with Cheese for $10. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The decor is cute and inviting - a perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or family. If you're in Chinatown and craving some custom ramen like you're in Korea, definitely check this place out!

A wide variety of ramen to choose from. Was hard to locate, but now I know it's located behind the tropical smoothie in the plaza Self service preparation, there are extra stations to prepare your ramen. There is someone to help prep your bowl if it's your first time at a place like this (seems self explanatory). This place is very chill and relaxing. A small shop, but you feel comfortable. K-pop music videos playing in the background. I would definitely suggest this place if you've been looking for a make your own ramen shop.

Such a cute experience! I really wanted to try this place because of the concept being like the self serve spots in Korea. The sweet Korean couple who I assume are the owners were so welcoming and helpful. They helped me pick out toppings and cook the ramen since it was my first time there. There was a huge variety of ramen to choose from and they have extras like gimbap too. Definitely will be back! They have a stamp reward card program too. 6th soup is free :)

Just left this place and I am so happy with the food and even more with the service! I came in with my young-ish kiddos and they helped us every step of the way. They recommended spicy and non spicy flavors for my youngest and everything was so good. Self serve Ramen isn't exactly a luxurious culinary experience, and even so all the toppings were great, we got beef with ours that cooked perfectly, the staff helped with machines to ensure everything was cooked well, they checked in on us and were incredibly nice. All in all a great, fun and tasty experience!

Watermelon, tteokbokki with noodles, Oreos, and juice and extra goodies. :)

I work at the body piercing shop a couple stores down and was craving ramen and tteokbokki, so I stopped by here to grab a quick bite. This is my second time here and the owners are so nice and welcoming every time. They cooked my food for me and then loaded me up with some extra goodies, the owner even helped me carry my food to my shop. The owners are just so nice! The tteokbokki was so delicious too! Thank you so much, I'll definitely be back again soon.

    Variety selections of good ramen!

Good comfort food!!! The couple (i think they're the owners) are super nice and service is superb! Will definitely come back! The experience is also something new for us and was very interesting! Though these are ramens that you can buy and cook at home, it's somehow different when you eat it here? I think the ambience and the couple that was there made it more interesting, they are super nice! The tteokbokki is a mut have!

Wide variety of ramens to choose from!!

We ordered the tonkotsu ramen with an added egg and a side of karaage. Everything came out piping hot and absolutely delicious. The chashu was incredibly tender, and the ramen egg was perfect both in flavor and texture... perfectly soft boiled. The karaage was also amazing... juicy, flavorful, lightly crunchy, and very well seasoned. The service was wonderful as well. The sweet and friendly Japanese ladies taking care of us made the experience even better. Their pricing was also very reasonable. Two bowls of ramen plus an appetizer came out to less than $40 before tip, which felt like a great value for the quality and portion sizes. They're located in a busy mall with lots of surrounding businesses, so I can definitely see this place getting packed during peak hours. Definitely worth the visit!

They came out at a decent time given they were a bit busy. What was odd is the same lady, who was eating at that booth, got up and brought our food to us. Yeah how about no to that one. For the Shoyu, $11.99 you get some broth, noodles, green onions, half a hard boiled egg and three pieces of pork. The quality of broth and noodles seemed a bit light for the cost The real concern came to flavor, or really the lack of any. My wife's also lacked flavor and she said mine was bland as well. Very disappointed as we were looking forward to some ramen. This is a one and done for sure.
