Wow! I have been dying to try this place and decided to go by myself. I was greeted right away and sat very quickly. I decided to try the regular Tonkatsu ramen with the spicy sauce on the side. I ended up added all the hot sauce in there and it was delicious! My server was really nice and helpful with recommendations. This restaurant is a little small but has plenty of tables inside. We liked the ramen place that was here before Ramen Ebisu and were sad when it closed. Driving by I saw that another ramen place had popped up so when we got the craving, we decided to give this place a try. I will say I made a big mistake by not looking at the website or Yelp first. My mom and my husband do not eat pork and this place takes pride in it's pork broth. Oops! Well, unfortunately for those two, my dad and I absolutely loved the ramen here. That broth is a masterpiece and I'd just drink cups of it if I could. The thin noodles went with it well and I'm glad I ordered extra tamago because it was really, really good. I normally don't eat pork either but that chashu had so much flavor! I could eat that all day! The veggie ramen was good but the coconut was unexpected. I think that should be mentioned on the menu. The spicy garlic edamame is EXTREMELY spicy, be forewarned. The karaage? Amazing!!! The place is a bit smaller but they seem to make the best with what they have. We liked the tv because it played anime music videos and my husband was geeking out. Our server offered to change the channel but we liked it. Speaking of our server, he was amazing. We came here as it was one of the closest ramen places to us. The place is not too large and has a simple vibe to it. We ordered the Spicy Tonkatsu and a Miso Ramen bowl with a side of chasu bowl to share. The flavor for the ramen was good, and the noodles were different for each of our bowls. Craving for ramen and I refuse to go to my "'ex - go to Ramen place'". It's just principle. So I found this while at a nearby TJ's. I ordered the black tonkotsu ramen and takoyaki to go. Wait time was about 15 minutes. Went in to pick up and the place was heaving at about 7pm on a Friday night. I couldn't wait to try the takoyaki while it's hot. To my dismay, it was sitting on a 'puddle' of mayonnaise instead of just a drizzle which is what I was expecting. This made it more soggy. So disappointed. The ramen was packaged well. Taste wise, it was just ok with a bit of bitter after taste. Tamago was extra. Charsu was really tender but oh so thin. Maybe I'll try some of their other ramen next time. read more

Delicious ramen spot located relatively close to Sunset Park. We went to try and play pickleball but all the courts were busy so we looked for a place nearby to grab a bite to eat and stumbled upon this spot. We just watched a Netflix documentary about IvanRamen last night so when we saw the reviews and rating on yelp for this spot we were definitely intrigued. The broths here are really unique in that they are Flavourful but aren't greasy or too heavy like other ramen spots. Arrived a day early for my work meeting as usual, the better half picks another 5 star winner place to eat at. You can find this place in the same strip mall as Trader Joe's, Big 5 Sporting Goods. There is lots of free parking which makes it nice as some places parking is a hard thing to find. The first thing I noticed is the name "Ebisu" as they are a place you can find in Tokyo Japan where there are tons of good places to eat. So my expectations were high, especially since it's gotten lots of 5 star reviews. It was a hard decision as they have 6 different ramens to choose from. 7 if you include the Maze men which reminded me of a place in Ebisu called Mace Soba. I finally ordered the Ebisu Ramen. The pork broth was very flavorful. Not too rich but more of a refined broth, which I like. The pork charshu was very tender and was good sized. It also came with green onions, two pieces of nori, aka seaweed, bamboo shoots, and the perfectly cooked soft boiled egg. I also ordered their Tebasaki which is chicken wings done to perfection. Later I found out the person who makes them is from Osaka and actually won best tebasaki which the better half would of liked for sure. You can order 5 or 10 pieces. Looking at the menu, I think I will have to come back and try fried rice, gyoza, and their Bushi ramen. I also found out that mostly everyone working there lived moved from Japan. Hearing them speak Japanese to one another reminds me of the times we went to Japan. This is a gem in Las Vegas for sure. Btw they even serve beer and sake. Sorry they don't take reservations as it is first come, first served. Even if you did have to wait, it would be worth it. Highly recommend!!! read more

The staff was very friendly five out of five stars for them. We were in the area and wanted to try some ramen that wasn't too far, our go to is usually in China town. The presentation was nice but unfortunately the food fell flat. The broth was not distasteful but it did not have much flavor. The tokoyaki was flavorful but unfortunately it didn't have enough octopus (one tentacle per serving). I even got one with no octopus at all. Came here last night since my husband said he saw lots of people in front. By the time we came inside after Trader Joe's, no line and only about 3 sets of tables are filled. Also per one reviewer, the food was on the salty side. The place is small and clean and very tidy. The server was very pleasant. She took our order and it was served right away. My husband had the ramen and I got the char siu bowl. Firstly, both tasted great and NOT salty at all. We didn't even ask for any condiments like soy sauce as it was already perfect.
