OMG! Cute strip mall Sushi restaurant. Greeted immediately with very friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant is clean and the vibe is great. Ordered the miso soup and the teriyaki chicken. Both items came to the table hot and VERY delicious. Would recommend for date night, afternoon lunch or take-out!

Meant for my sister for a quick lunch in the middle of the workday. Multiple parties arrive at the same time as we did so the food took a little bit longer than usual. No big deal they sent out a sunamono salad as compliments for waiting a little bit. The service was great and they recommendations were excellent. We love the fresh wasabi here although we could've stayed forever we had to leave quick to go back to work. The place has ample seating and the sushi bar is visible in the entire restaurant. The octopus was not that great but everything else was outstanding. I look forward to coming back specially since it's so close to the strip if you're attending a convention nearby. We did spend around $100 for edamame six orders of Nigiri and two miso soup with a Diet Coke and a hot tea.

I went to Dunkin' Donuts today to get My after school children a snack every day they stop at the office to get something. I got them donut holes but next-door. I noticed sushi love so I called my coworker and say hey let's do a 2 o'clock snack and this was a perfect place on the front door. There was looks like a California roll and also what looks like Crudo but the guy told me that it was sashimi tartare. Looks like Crudo to me. I ordered a geisha roll the yellowtail tartare, and a spicy tuna roll. The customer service was fantastic. It is decorated very cute with all types of symbols, representing love. It has a smooth jazz vibe. The set up is a red, black and white. I want to return to try more things. Our food was very good.

Starting with the good. You can definitely taste the quality of the fish. They take care in the presentation of the food. The restaurant is clean and spacious and the music appropriate for talking. But the service was terrible! We waited 45 minutes for our sushi. Which was made worse because my cooked entree was cold by the time my husband's sushi appeared. I could have understood if the restaurant was busy, but there were only 4 other two tops. There should not have been such a wait. We ordered one handroll and two rolls. Also the teriyaki sauce is nontraditional, very sweet. And the salad dressing is not very balanced, very heavy on the ginger. The miso soup was watered down. They are no longer an AYCE restaurant. A la carte only.

I knew I was gonna love this place when I heard the locals leaving say "that was sooooo good" - I Love this place! Easy to park, no wait, super helpful staff and easy to customize various rolls! And the rolls are no joke - delicious and very fresh! Worth every penny! The music is just the right level so you can I have a conversation without everyone hearing you! The place is very clean does not smell like fish at all! I will be back next time I'm in town!

Tonkatsu Ramen

We wanted Ramen near the Premium outlet mall south and found this gem of a place. Sushi love not only has sushi but huge Ramen. It was so good and filling. I recommend this place.

Casual à la carte sushi spot for strong and unique sushi rolls. I appreciated the server recommendations, and we got a few rolls to share

Very chill place to stop at. We got off the plane and we're very hungry. The rolls really hit the spot. Not too spicy and very delicious. My wife enjoyed her udon bowl. I was shocked she ate all of the sashimi. The waiter ensured our waters were topped off and they were very attentive. The food did take a bit to get to us but it was worth it. Prices for the food was fair too. Parking wasnt too bad but they do share it with other stores. If you get a chance drop on by and have a roll

Wow, what a hidden gem!! Right by the outlets and the perfect stop for a delicious lunch. Victoria took excellent care of us and provided great recommendations for our first visit. The Las Vegas roll was delicious and full of flavor. The New York roll was my favorite and perfect for someone who likes a little spice. The Fire roll was fun too and has a unique flavor. Loved the presentation as well! The food was very fresh. They had generous portions. The seafood was fresh and not fishy at all. Everything was truly delicious and we cannot wait to come back next time while in town!

Been here a good amount of times and the food is always super fresh. The chefs and servers are always very nice and attentive. I recommend the spicy garlic edamame and sunset roll

Craving Sushi in Vegas--Pleasantly Surprised! I was recently in Vegas and had a serious sushi craving. I ended up walking into a random spot that happened to be the closest to where I was staying. Honestly, I was a little skeptical at first--but I'm so glad I gave it a chance! The food was fantastic, the service was warm and attentive, and the ambiance was surprisingly great. We even received a special treat from the chef, which was such a nice touch. I only managed to take one photo--and of course, it's of the sake and beer . But trust me, the sushi was delicious and totally hit the spot!

They were certainly understaffed, but the waitress did a great job and the food was good. I liked the trendy decor very modern and casual.

We ordered the tonkotsu ramen with an added egg and a side of karaage. Everything came out piping hot and absolutely delicious. The chashu was incredibly tender, and the ramen egg was perfect both in flavor and texture... perfectly soft boiled. The karaage was also amazing... juicy, flavorful, lightly crunchy, and very well seasoned. The service was wonderful as well. The sweet and friendly Japanese ladies taking care of us made the experience even better. Their pricing was also very reasonable. Two bowls of ramen plus an appetizer came out to less than $40 before tip, which felt like a great value for the quality and portion sizes. They're located in a busy mall with lots of surrounding businesses, so I can definitely see this place getting packed during peak hours. Definitely worth the visit!

The takoyaki had a nice crisp to it; they seem on the smaller side, and there could've been a little more filling. I got the tonkatsu shoyu, and it was okay. The broth was a little bland the first few bites but then got a little too salty. The pork was tender but didn't have a lot of flavor. I added an egg, but it was overcooked, so that was disappointing.

It was an incredible dining experience, and I would certainly recommend it The restaurant is located in the lovely Cosmopolitan Casino. We had a couple pre-drinks at the Chandelier Bar while we waited for our reservation. When we arrived we only waited a few minutes for them to prepare our table. The restaurant was packed. There's a surprising number of tables/and seating options. The restaurant is elegant and trendy. The lighting is very intimate, but it adds to the ambiance The menu offers a variety of unique and intriguing Asian-American-style delicacies. David Chang is a renowned chef, and everything we tried was incredible. The pork belly bao buns were one of my favorites. We ended up getting a variety of plates and sharing. For drinks they have signature and classic cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options The staff were incredible. Very efficient, professional, and friendly. Our food and drinks came out in a timely manner, and we were well taken care of Some tips: Definitely get a reservation. There is a chance that you will get a table as a walk-in, but not a 100% chance, and you will probably end up waiting a long time I would recommend doing what we did and grab a drink or two nearby while you wait I will say, there probably isn't a bad thing in this menu, but there also isn't much on here for the "picky eater." This is also a fine-dining Vegas experience, so, I wouldn't expect the most inexpensive prices. I wouldn't worry about any of that and just try as much as you can, share, and you will have an amazing time Cheers!!

I went this time again with my spouse and we both got a Tonkotsu Ramen, Pork Belly Bun, and a Yuzu Lemonade. The ramen tasted like cup noodles but the buns were at least decent. The lemonade was nothing special. The service was good but given the price and the quality of food, I couldn't care even if their service was superb. Save your money and your time, go somewhere else for ramen.
