I ordered the Ricotta pizza honestly not expecting much but my friend and I were pleasantly surprised at the quality. Each huge slice had the right amount of ricotta, spinach and garlic, making it a lighter pizza. It wasn't greasy and it didn't leave me feeling bloated after a couple of slices which is a huge plus for me. The pizza was so large the box didn't even come close to fitting in my fridge when we were done. I am really excited there's another pizza place so close to my house that delivers quickly. read more

Completely agree the slices should be a little cheaper!! It's just cheese and dough! I bought 6 popsicles ($1.50 each - came to $9) and one slice of cheese pizza. But was charged $12 something and some change. So a slice came to $3 something? Or $2 something minus the tax?? Pizza tasted like pizza. Not enough for me to be all Wow about. Place looks outdated and not the cleanest.. when I came in, it was completely empty with a one whole pizza - half cheese half pepperoni. That's it! I am so pleased by this incredible, little pizza shop! I have been going here for years. It's located in a small, and slightly random, shopping strip...but definitely packs a punch, as a business. There pizza is nice, crispy, and moderately priced. They also have coconut ice cream. OMG. read more

Quite possibly the worst pizza I've ever tried. Groupon strikes again. The pizza was thrice the price, but substantially lower quality than Little Caesar's. Digiorno is better. Great Value Wal-Mart brand pizza is better. Hell, 7/11 $5 pizza is probably better. The toppings were skimped, the crust was cardboard, the sauce was very, very watered down ketchup, and the cheese was, without question, the cheapest crap you can buy at Restaurant Depot. The Cheesy Garlic Bread was a 5-inch french bread loaf, cut in half, with white American Cheese melted over the blandest garlic butter I've ever tasted. I asked for thick crust, they sent me thin crust. I asked for extra sauce. lol. I took a picture of the sauce level. I may actually upload it tomorrow if I feel like dealing with it. They seriously couldn't have used more than 1 tablespoon of sauce for the entire pizza. This is not an exaggeration. I spent $11 at Groupon for One Large Pizza, One Cheesy Garlic Bread, and One 2 liter of Root Beer. I went ahead and purchased an additional Large Pizza just to give them some money and to enhance the variety of their pizza for my family and me to sample. Boy, was that a mistake. Don't bother. Just go to 7/11 and grab a $5 gas station pizza. I'm not even joking. read more

A long time ago, Ralph's was my go to pizza joint in Carrollton. I loved their pepperoni and ricotta. It was cheesy greasy goodness. Then they started getting crappy. Couldn't put a finger on it, but the taste was just gone. Well I went back after years away. And I am pleased to say that they are back. The pizzas I have had from there since were great. Another thing that is gone is their spotty order receiving, and delivery. They have been spot on. Maybe new owners? Who knows? But the pies are back on track and I am happy. read more

Treat every customer as if you want them to return or promote you. You never know who will come into your store. And don't charge extra for every little thing. For ex if one asks for more cheese, do you charge them .50 cents and risk them not returning or do you give them the cheese and they return to purchase more of your expensive 10 inch pizzas? read more

Warning: this isn't really about pizza For a pizza shop that sells tacos... BEST TACOS EVER. Or at least, the best tacos in Dallas. Hands down. We have tried their pizza too and it's also delicious, but their taaaaaacoooooos! Yum! Thank the lord for creating such a thing as tacos because this is now my go-to spot when I have the cravings. My boyfriend is close friends with the owner so he's the one who introduced me to this place. (thanks babe) I don't know what it is about their tacos, that has us comparing it to other taco places- got us saying, "Ralph's pizza's is better...." We always order at least 8-13 of' em when we go because we just can't ever get enough of it. It's too good. Especially with their spicy red sauce with fresh squeezed lime. Mmm.. Mm... Mm.. I really like this. It reminds me of the NY pizza I had a few years ago in Chelsea, NY which was the best I've ever had. The crust was very similar, crunchy outside with a bit of chewiness. I usually never eat the back end of a slice from the chain places but Ralph's was so good I ate it all. The only reason I didn't give it 4 stars is because the sauce was a little salty which made the entire thing salty. This was a plain pepperoni pizza that was delivered. Luckily they are just down the block from me so it arrived piping hot. I got the 12 inch which could feed 2-3. Recommended. read more

consistently amazing pizza. Extremely affordable compared to chain pizza. I also love the chicken parmesan sandwich and baked ziti. House salad has rolls of ham, cheese, and salami. House dressing is a light vinagarette. Save the extra to dip your crust! The only other dressing available is ranch. Cheap lunch specials as well. Not in the best part of town, bring a male friend. I usually take out for this reason. The atmosphere is very hole in the wall and looks a little sketchy. They usually have soccer on the tv inside, or a telenovela. read more

The service was great, the pizza was ok, and the ambiance was a little below average. Not a bad place to go if you're in the area but there are I would not go out of my way to come back. read more

This is a really good pizza place I've been ordering from there for better than 10 years, yes there are times it MIGHT be a little heavy on the grease but that happens when you load up on pepperoni. The calzones are very good, and you can ask them to customize it and add whatever you want to it, and if you do order a large I hope you're hungry because they are huge. They do deliver and do carry out. They also served beer at one time, but I haven't gone inside in some time so I'm not 100% sure they still do. Give them a try, you just might like it. read more

I've been coming to Ralph's Pizza since I was in elementary school. I am now 32. I live directly across the street now I have it at least once a week if I can. They have more than pizza what their Pizza is the best in Carrollton can probably Dallas. They also have street tacos which are amazing. Other people I know have had their Italian food and swear by it I have only had their pizza and tacos. But I've have more pizza and tacos there than I've breathed air in my life. The people inside I've been there for a very long time there's no employee change and they come to work and work their butts off. Called and spoke with someone twice just trying to give my address for delivery. Didn't work....they hung up on me. You will never have my business...a bit of advice. Have the person answering the phone not be rude, understand what the customer is saying and don't just hang up on people when they get frustrated. Real New York style pizza not fast food not commercial pizza. This is a small pizzeria offering delivery and dine in. Inside of the restaurant there are a few tables and a few booths just enough for a few friends to escape the busy street for a delicious meal. We've had pizza here twice delivery once and dine in once. The interior could use some updates but don't judge it from this. They have a great recipe with some delicious calzones and pies. read more

This place is great! Just went there during the Coronavirus outbreak. (Takeout, of course!) The sauce was good, the cheese was good, the toppings were good. The crust was cooked well, and the pizza was huge for a pretty fair price. I definitely will return! For any review where they complained about the phone service, you can just order online. Love this spot! Staff are super nice, love the pizza here. I give it 4 stars because I ordered a side of ranch twice at different times and.. The ranch looks and smells like its been sitting outside in room temperature. I didn't dare to touch it both times. Please put ice underneath yalls ranch or throw it in the fridge! We will never order from Ralph's Pizza again! We ordered 2 pizzas and mozzarella sticks. To start, our food was barely lukewarm. We tried the mozzarella sticks first and they clearly came frozen in a bag and are not fried so you end up with cheese in a soft doughy shell. We ordered two different styles of pizza--one deep dish and the other thin crust. The deep dish pizza tasted like frozen dough, had a thin layer of cheese, and 2-3 pepperoni per slice. The thin crust wasn't even completely done! Absolutely never again. read more
