We were in town for medical appointments and Yelp led us to Paparazzi Pizza for lunch. We loved it so much, we returned the second day to try more menu items. The calzone has ricotta cheese and it is out of this world. The pizza is made in a brick oven (not a moving belt) and it has the perfect crisp crunch on the bottom with a thin soft crust and the cheesiest cheese! We didn't try the Greek lunch menu items, but the baklava was a delicious combination of layered flakiness and sweet gooey filling. This establishment has been in business 20 years. The owner shared some of his story with us and he takes great pride in making good quality food. The portions are also generous. Worth a visit for sure! read more

We were craving pizza and I wanted to try something different than our usual restaurants. I searched for Thin Crust Pizza and it brought me to the Paparazzi site. We ordered the Veggie Antica pizza plus jalapeños and a Greek salad. As seen in my photo, the salad was shockingly small and contained browning lettuce. Bummer. The pizza was good and I liked the amount of cheese. We always ordered jalapeños on our pizza. Goodness gracious, these jalapeños were unbelievably spicy! Just be aware when you order this! Based on great reviews left by others, I decided to give Paparazzi Pizza a try. Even before I tried this pizza, I suspected it was going to be good. George (who I discovered is the owner/pizza genius) answered the phone and in a friendly, efficient manner, took my order and asked how long my drive was, since it was carry out. He delayed because my drive was 15 minutes. My Margarita Pizza was piping hot when I arrived & was still very hot when I got back to my hotel. But the best part... This pizza was extraordinary! George does things a little differently. This Margarita starts with an olive oil base, mozzarella & feta cheeses, tomatoes, basil & an incredible blend of seasoning that seals the deal. This was, hands down, the best Margarita pizza I've ever had. And the freshly made crust! It's crispy on the outside & light and airy on the inside. So delicious! The olives seemed a little different in a really good way! The pizza was fantastic and I'm picky about pizza! The dough was flavorful and had a good texture (not tough). It was baked perfectly, not over done and it didn't have a bunch of flour on the bottom - I hate that! The pepperoni had great flavor and there was just the right amount of cheese and sauce. Pretty perfect! It was just a little cold in the restaurant but it was a cold day outside too, so that may have been the reason. The man behind the counter was very friendly too! Stopped by Paparazzi Pizza earlier tonight and wow it was so good. The staff inside are so friendly when you order at the counter and this restaurant has been open for over 18 years. We ordered the Greek Salad (Lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, black olives, feta cheese, and house dressing) which had a great flavor with the oil and feta tossed in. Also, we ordered a medium Mediterraneo pizza (Olive oil base, mozzarella, feta cheese, gyro beef, Calamata olives, tomatoes, red onions, pepperoncini, and tarragon) which was unbelievably good with a well balanced flavor and crispy crust. Started off the experience with the Apple Pay not working and declining my card, which is always kind of embarrassing. My order was hummus and a Gyro and it came out to $23. Wild. While paying I see the cook place 4 pieces of frozen gyro meat in a piece of foil and put it in the pizza oven. So now I'm kinda disappointed I'm not getting fresh food. When I got home, I first tried my hummus, and the pita bread was so hard and crusty it tasted stale chips, hummus had no flavor. When I started eating my gyro it just had an off smell and flavor that didn't taste fresh. Service was amazing from the beginning to end. This place was awesome! My aunt and uncle try to go here once a week. George, the owner, is a lovely person and fantastic pizza chef! It's a BYOB situation, so remember to keep that in mind.
