They work very closely communicating with my doctor regarding all my medications. They've never let me down. They are very professional, courteous and I only wished I had listened to my doctor sooner. Pricing is irrelevant since it's governed by insurance or coupons. It's not antibiotics or anything that should have raised concern, and it's not like she is constantly getting cough medicine prescribed. Despite that, Amy questioned her. That is completely inappropriate and none of her business. Her job should be to fill prescriptions, not to challenge a doctor's medical judgment or speak disrespectfully to patients. She was completely unhelpful, and the way she treated my mom was unacceptable. If this is how she communicates with clients, she should not be in this position.
