It's not antibiotics or anything that should have raised concern, and it's not like she is constantly getting cough medicine prescribed. Despite that, Amy questioned her. That is completely inappropriate and none of her business. Her job should be to fill prescriptions, not to challenge a doctor's medical judgment or speak disrespectfully to patients. She was completely unhelpful, and the way she treated my mom was unacceptable. If this is how she communicates with clients, she should not be in this position.
