I walk in to get flowers since the flower shop near by was closed. I was trying to find the nicest thing they have and I finally found it, it was for $34.99. The lady that was there, her name was Duan I think, was beyond rude. I ask her if it's possible to change a flower on there since it looked like it was dying and her response was "I am very offended that you said that, I am not changing anything with it, I got this done yesterday" I told her I wasn't even aware that it was made here and that someone a while ago told me it was totally possible and not offensive to ask for that. She responded by getting more rude and aggressive in her tone and then she picked out pedals from the rose that i pointed was falling apart! At that point I calmly left and I can just hear her continue to use rude language at me... what kind of service is this? All that for this?? read more

Dear Mr Kroger, I wanted to express my delight shopping at My local Ralphs grocery store here in Lake Forest CA 92630, your selection is outstanding , fresh and inviting . I always end up purchasing much more than what I went for. I also wanted to express my gratitude to your employees they are very very nice its their attitude. Customers with $500 worth of stuff should not be using the 15 items or less check out I'm also really disgusted by how many snobby customers tell you that you cannot load your stuff on the conveyor belt, because they need the whole damn thing in fifteen items or less checkout, or tell you that they are c checking out so back off when you aren't bothering them...? The soda is near checkout self help, if you are trying to get like a soda or something, ppl yell. No I don't need your cash wrap, I'm not buying mine and your crap, and if you can't use self checkout please don't...the ppl that monitor self checkout let this go on??? It is a completely awful disgusting grocery and half the time you can't get service in the deli, when you do your an inconvenience...and now no Starbucks.... I only come here for vodka, I prefer Sprouts....and nothing is healthy at Ralph's. I'll be going to Albertsons, Sprouts and Mothers Market from here on end, instead. Fuck entitled customers. I hate this grocery store. If one more person yells at me for no reason at a grocery store again this year, all my groceries are delivery. Ppl are no damn good. Staff let you get bullied too. read more

Kudos to our local Ralph's Store management. We are under an extreme heat warning for 3 days. Had to run to the store for something and they have cookers in the front of the store by the registers with cold water for customers. It's a toasty 89 degrees right now and they are predicting 105 degrees tomorrow. The food is consistently high quality whether it is meat, produce and I love the sushi chef. Customer service excellent. Customer for life here read more

I usually like Ralphs, but they are guilty of the bait and switch. For instance: This week they had organic cherries on sale for 2.99. That is a good deal I think. Anyway the sale was prominently displayed on the bottom of the 1st page of their weekly ad, but when you go to the store they never have it. I went 3 times each to 2-different stores at different times and they don't have it. They'll offer you a raincheck, but you'll have to keep coming back and they'll probably never have them again this season so the raincheck is worthless. It's a scam to get you in the store. read more

Ralph's is great and close to the house. Very clean store as well. Butcher dept and deli are great. Easy layout. They also have a new key cutting machine which I have used already and that was really helpful. Also they do have a coinstar that I used and was able to turn the money straight into a home depot gift card without any charges. Will continue to shop here. read more

Ralphs - Grocery Near Me - Lake Forest, California

I went there specifically for a product that it said on line that they carried. Pots and Co. chocolate pot de cremes. I spoke with 3 employees and they really couldn't have cared less. It's a nice store but I won't be back! read more

Ralph's should not contract with Instacart. Per the shopper, our order was left on a luggage cart by a "big white thing" at the valet's direction. There is no valet where we are lodging, no big white thing and no groceries. We are seniors. I tried visiting and calling nearby properties -- no luck. My sister is traveling with me, so now we have a possible health problem because she's a 76 year old diabetic. Someone has $200 of food, we have a health and safety challenge ( it's late and dark). Instacart tells me it will be 10 days before our money is refunded. Ripoff and incompetence. read more

First of all , you can't make everyone happy. I see alot of one stars here. Sounds like they have personal issues. That's just my thoughts, sorry. Went shopping this morning at 6:56am, all employees very courteous and helpful. Love coming here to shop. Keep up the great work. read more

Make sure to check your bills here!! I've been coming to this Ralph's ever since I moved to the area. I have always gotten quality service from the employees and managers. The store is always kept very clean and tidy. Make sure you sign up for a Ralph's Membership Card as they will get you killer deals all the time. The deals do rotate every few days, so you can get quite lucky on certain items at times. This location also have 4 self checkout stations which work quite well. read more

Ralphs - Their scales have personality - Grocery Near Me - Lake Forest, California

This Ralph's is great. It's clean. It's neat. Staff is friendly. It's close to my work. It has self check outs for us sometimes anti social people. The store never seems too busy. They're open from 6am-1am daily. I love it. There's really not much else to say regarding a grocery store....we all know they sell foods and drinks and random misc stuff that you can be surprised to find at a store. On a side note--when I went in today, I also needed to pick up a new Compact (powder make up) and I didn't want to have to stop at Target too. So, I bought one here. Holly cow! $11.99 for a compact that I could buy for $6.99-7.99 at Target? I'm reminded why I never buy make up or any sort of hygine products at the store. I guess it beat the gas driving to Target and the hassel of standing in another line for one item. But still...really, dearest Ralph's, must you jack the prices of hygine/makeup products like 50%?! I think not...but, I guess that's where you make some extra money on your end. All in all, I'm happy here. Cheers! read more

If I could shop at any supermarket it would be this Ralphs. It's awesome! Unfortunately I live in Costa Mesa so the only time I can shop here is when I'm at work picking up a couple things at a time but this Ralphs seriously is HUGE. They have a huge delcious deli. I love their sandwiches, salads and chicken. Everything is fresh and delicious. You can tell because whenever you're walking through their deli you can see about 5-6 people working back there so you know their pushing out food constantly. Great place to shop. Good prices and a squeaky clean store. read more

This particular Ralph's grocery store is so much bigger than the Ralph's location that I frequent. It is my local grocery store for the drive home from anywhere. It is on my way home from the office and seems to always have what I am trying to find. It suits me fine when I need to find something quick and easy. The fruits, vegetables, and breads seem to always be fresh and well maintained. The larger aisles are always clean and well stocked with the big sale items. All in all....Four Yelp Stars is great!!! read more

It's a pretty new Ralph's so the inside is pretty nice and clean. It has a homely feel. The produce selection is very colorful and eye catching. I had to come here late at night b/c people are sick at home and I needed to make a ginger and medicine run. This location is open until midnight and parking is relatively easy. There is not a lot of people out at night especially not in Lake Forest so I parked really close. It was an easy grab and go. I looked around for the ginger and found it. They didn't have that many to choose from but they looked nice and I picked up a bunch. I was in and out in probably less than 5 minutes so that is always a plus. I have been here a few times and everything has been smooth. Out of all the Ralph's around here I think I like this one best for being new and very clean. read more

I have never been more upset, nor embarrassed while grocery shopping. I had one to many things in my hand and decided to put one of my items for purchase (deodorant) under my arm. I later decided I'd get it at a discounted price somewhere else, thus putting the item back. As I made my way out of Ralphs I stopped to catch up with a friend, and within moments was confronted by an African American man running up to me- claiming to be a "Ralphs secret shopper" (he had a badge and all) and was accusing me of shoplifting. I was in awe. What the hell gave him the idea I did that? I handed my bags over, he recognized there was nothing there, and moved on with his day. I'll never be back here.. I understand secret shoppers are great, but there should be evidence before you run up to someone and accuse them of a crime. read more

Just had the misfortune of dealing with "Kaleb" who was downright mean and unpleasant. Kaleb was abrupt and impolite and talked down to my mother. I think he has a serious hang up about females. He was brash with the lady ahead of us also, but very friendly with the blonde boy next in line. He overcharged my mom on two items and refused to correct it. She isn't a penny pincher so she just left. To top it off, he intentionally put a birthday cake in the grocery bag UPSIDEDOWN. AVOID THIS DUDE AT ALL COSTS!!! Kaleb - get out of the retail business. Go work at the post office. read more

Dinora Morales in the service deli makes a great sandwich, and she's very friendly! This Ralph's always has great deals and is kept super clean. I honestly don't think I have anything bad to say about it. read more

I've been coming here for a couple of years now. The store is always clean and the staff is always ready to help. I have a six month old and sometimes carrier him in front carrier when I come into the store. Whenever I have him in the carrier, someone always offers to unload my groceries on to the conveyor belt. Checking out is usually fast and they are quick to open another lane if there are more than two customers in line. read more

After going to fancier grocery chains I decided Ralph's will be my go to. You just save money coming here because you will find incredible sales on items that are nearing sell by date. Other chains don't have those kinds of markdowns. Especially if you go mid week you are more likely to find the deals with the "woohoo" sticker. read more

their bread dept had their rolls incorrectly marked, disorganized . I pointed this out to an employee who stated it was correct. ( see the bread pictures) He got angry when I was trying to remove the prices that were there incorrectly. I requested a manager. 8 minutes later, he came over clueless. We left bread-less and soon to be hungry.. read more

Beware!!! My visit to this location was a dangerous one. While checking out an issue came up with the self-checkout. I was then approached by one employee who was followed by another employee. Jay approached me without allowing social distancing and both employees were within 6 inchs of my face. When I expressed my concern and anxiety and then had to step away to give the six feet distance, I was then made fun of by one of the employees and called names. I am a senior citizen and I felt very concerned and high anxiety by the way I was treated. I've even tried to contact the store manager when I returned home, and was told that he wasn't available to speak to anyone until after 1. This is not the first incidence of a Ralph's employee at this location not observing the 6-foot distancing, however, I never felt more in danger then my visit today. Shop at your own risk!!! read more

I really like this store. It's always clean and neatly stocked. The employees are helpful and courteous, they also mean business. The deli foods are fresh and what I've had is pretty tasty. My favorite things about this store are the salad and olive bars. Everything is kept fresh and there is so much variety. It's my go to grocery store. It's by far the best one around for miles. read more

Good variety and quality here. Never had any of the issues I see people having on here. Maybe my expectations are just lower and I just stick to produce and meat. Regardless never had a bad experience and will continue to come back. read more

This is a big Ralphs and it is clean, but I find the layout not so good. They do have a deli with high quality meats, Boar's Head, but their prices are high. They do have De Waffelbakers frozen pancakes, which will bring me back to this Ralphs. Awesome homemade taste out of a frozen pancake, amazing! read more

I have to say this place is very clean! Considering I eat the food from here, if it's not clean, IT AIN'T HAPPENING. Okay, now that we got that part out of the way my two favorite places in this store are the Boar's Head Sandwich Station and the CBTL (Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf). The sandwich artist (lol whatever) are quick to help you out and they listen to what you want on your sandwich goes. For example, I asked for the sandwich to be light on the dressing, and they didn't pour the whole bottle on one side. Thanks! The CBTL has someone working there 6-6p so I usually walk over on my lunch break to grab The Original Mocha (an iced drink with whipped cream). It's tasty enough to satisfy my sweet tooth which I appreciate without feeling super guilty, even though I still feel guilt after. Oh well, whatever. I will still come for you my delicious mocha drink! ;) The employees here are quick to open up other lines but some of the PEOPLE that shop here are a different story. They're seriously so rude sometimes which reminds me that this isn't the fabulous Ralph's location in the Woodbury Town Center in Irvine. I was watching somebody grab a cart and some disinfectant wipes from the dispenser and Mean Old Grandma scoffed and went around. Fine, you take the dirty shopping cart, you jerk. I will only come back here for the convenience of where I work but other than that, I will visit my regular peeps down on Irvine Blvd. (GO WOODBURY!) read more

This place has changed. There is NEVER anyone at a register which forces you to use faulty self-service machines. ALWAYS LEAVE AT LEAST ONE SERVICE LINE OPEN!!! Being 100% 'modern' is not a good thing. While I was checking myself out there was a handicap woman that had NO help and was unable to do the self-service line. NOT OK!!!! That is a ADA Violation. Two stars only because I like the man in the meat section. The younger kids are quite rude and don't mind running into you. Try mother's market. It is Much nicer there (smaller but nicer). read more

This Ralph's isn't even in my city of residence but it's still one of my favorite stores. About 2 months ago they did a complete reorganization of the store interior and it was definitely a winning move. The shelves are stocked higher and the displays are much more modern. I love that the have the brands we grew up with but also have added a great deal more of newer, healthier options. read more

I can't believe it, a couple walking their little dog throughout the GROCERY STORE. I thought this was illegal. I was there today trying to get someone to assist me with a Western Union service and I waited for 20 minutes and no one helped me. Employees we're walking by the front area of the store and didn't acknowledge that I was there. Finally a cashier named Patty said that it would be a while. Her lane light was off and she kept working with clients that kept coming she just had me there waiting. No one called anyone to assist, and I keep asking if someone worked the area. I was ignored and for 20 minutes with no response, store has poor customer service and rude cashiers. read more

I really like this Ralphs alot more then most Ralphs cause it is a lot bigger and more of a higher end looking and feeling store. The Good -a REALLY good selection of booze. They have the 30% off when you buy ____ amount of qualifying selections. (They have Wyders Pear Cidar!) -A nice store compared to most. The Bad -Ralphs rarely has great pricing anymore. -Still need to have a card to get the pricing. -Meat department kinda sucks. Rarely have good deals on steaks and when they do it goes quick. read more

Worst manage Ralph's in South Orange County. Went their today at 1:00pm today and I was at the customer service desk, for 5 mins everyone just went in and out of the customer service desk and never bothered to ask what I need. Finally after 5 mins, i was told to wait for 15 mins for the manager to attend for my needs. After 20 minutes, I asked where is the manager and was just told that the manager was busy. No one bothered to help me. That manager on duty should be fired. read more

I love that this Ralphs is open extra late! They have their own brand called Private Selection.
