Their service deli is supposed to be open from 8 am to 7 pm. Showed up around 5:45 and was told the lady was out to lunch and I would have to wait around 30 minutes . How do you staff a "full service " deli when there is no one to wait on you. A person in a supervisory role should have covered. I spoke to Dave and he said it was a corporate decision not to have two people to close. This type of "service " is unacceptable. I bring my disabled neighbor to this market usually every week. She needs help with her cart to bring to the car. I cant take it as I have my own cart. So she asked if there was someone who coukd take her cart out to the car. The lady (Rebecca) never once said hello etc. Was rude to my neighbor and just shoved her grocery bags into the trunk of my car. I put my groceries in my back seat area. This is the 3rd time this has happened that this clerk has shown an attitude. And then she didn't want to take the cart back. I don't understand how people can be so rude to senior citizens. Came in today for Starbucks cups (your barista there was really sweet and helpful) and sushi to go from Zenshi (your sushi chef was friendly and informative) which made for an al around great visit. Stopped by around 11:30 p.m. this past Saturday 3/28/26 with a friend to purchase alcohol and had an uncomfortable interaction with the cashier. When I showed my ID, he said, "Oh, I thought it said Saudi Arabia," which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. My first and last name both start with an "S," so the comment was confusing and came across as inappropriate and honestly felt racist. The cashier was a young, skinny Caucasian male and was the only person working the register at the time. Hoping staff are reminded to keep interactions respectful and professional. read more

After returning back from Texas and enjoying cornbread from H.E.B, I heard that Ralphs has the same recipe. I drove from E. Hemet to Menifee (well, my husband drove) looking for it, and I thought I found it. This was not it. This cornbread is crumbly and a bit gooey in the center. Not at all what I came all this way for. The stars are for the employees who went out of their way being helpful. This store is clean, but it seems overly expensive. I was also upset that I was charged $5.00 for each cornbread and had to go back to get the difference, but again, the employee was really sweet and apologized. I will not be back unless there is a major sale happening worth the drive. read more

I really like this location as it is close to the house. They have everything you could need and then some. I like that I can renew my car at the dmv kiosk. They have a good selection of liquor so you don't have to go far. The meat selection is always fresh. It is a good old fashioned grocery store.The checkers are nice to and remember you if you come often. read more

Kroger's Ralphs is one of the best small groceries in Menifee, but we only wish they were larger and carried a more robust selection of everything. For example, there are only Boar's Head products and nothing from Murray. Huh? Barrons and Stater Brothers are better alternatives in this regard. In fact, their cheese selection is nonexistent. But if you want Boar's Head garlic bologna, then this is your place. In the end, we have found all of the employees will go out of their way to help find what you are looking for, which is one of reasons we continue to come back and shop here. read more

Go ANYWHERE ELSE! I've been a loyal Ralphs Drive Up shopper since they started and it was great service during Covid and over the years has significantly declined. They forget to give me my stuff, they substitute items when I put for it to not substitute and they tell you there's no substitutions when there are, I write a note telling them I don't want specific kinds of meat and that's the meat that they give us, I get the buy one get one free chicken and they'll charge me for the one chicken pack, but not give me the other one for free and most importantly, they constantly give me rotten fruits and vegetables. Today was the last straw and I will not shop with Ralph no matter how many great coupons they give me to try and come back. I placed an order and when I got home, I realized they only gave us half of the order. I called and they say come pick it up whenever and didn't even apologize or have any remorse. The apples that I got have bruises all over them and you can tell that they're old. The salad has brown marks ! This is not the first or fifth time that they've forgotten to give me some part of my order. It's sucks because it's right down the way but I will now travel for better quality and service! I've been coming to Ralphs for years and absolutely love it. They have just about everything you need and more--after all, it's Ralphs! The only downside is that they recently redid the aisles, and now everything feels a bit crowded. It can be a bit tricky navigating through the store, but despite that, it remains my go-to supermarket. Great selection, friendly staff, and overall a solid place to shop. read more

I came to This ralphs location at 6 am to get some baby food and ended up almost buying the entire store. One of the midnight heffer actually two of them decided they were going to racially profile me by nodding at each other to come stand behind me. These were also minority people too lol, well I acknowledged the fact that I felt racially profiled and asked her to ring me up. The prices are way too high. Even though the employees are nice,friendly, and helpful. With the economy in such a fragile state. They should give the customers a break on their products. When I lived in Buena Park I would shop at Ralphs because they would carry stuff that other stores didn't and they were clean and had great meat and produce, but this Ralphs in Menifee really SUCKS. They are always out of stuff that other stores have in stock and the produce they leave out until it wilts or gets rotten. I have never seen so many broken shopping carts in my life, and the restrooms are never clean. There is urine all over the floor, its just discussing. I have never seen them clean the bathrooms. I usually don't write bad reviews but I have been here for 2 years and I am done with this place. The only thing I can say good about this place is the employees, most of them are pretty good people. This is the best Ralph's I've ever been to ngl. Everyone is always helpful and friendly but this locations gets five stars because of their sushi counter. I have never had a good sushi roll from a grocery store until I tried their yuzu teriyaki salmon avocado roll. The staff is friendly and helpful, which is the good part about shopping here. However, the store feels small and cramped and not very clean inside. Also, their is not a very good selection on the shelves. Ralph's Supermarket has an odd coupon process for digital sales that requires a Ralph's card in combination with a mobile app for their sales items that is cumbersome to use. It seems like they use these sales advertisements to get customers into the store but the fine print in the ads and difficulties of the process is at best not favorable or clear to customers. read more

The only thing they have for everyone at Ralph's is price gouging They raise prices, faster, and more than any other grocery store in this largely Senior community. they stop selling anything that after they price so high that nobody buys it anymore they don't carry it rather than lower their price which was what I found with the mini bars when Dove lowered the amount of bars in the box Ralph's raise the price, and when I tried to use a coupon that they sent me because I spend so much money there every month they said that I didn't spend enough to use that coupon and it was only a few dollars away and I had spent that amount before the minor discount coupons! thanks a lot I'd call corporate, but I'm sure they don't give a crap. Kroger by many other names! Back in Arizona our Kroger is Fry's and in some parts of the country Kroger is Kroger, here in Menifee or Southern Ca it's Ralphs. I shopped at the same fry's for 25 years, I was quite use to the store, cashiers, and even managers but especially the brands. It was a love hate relationship mostly because it is a very very busy store, but this review is not about Scottsdale's Fry's its about Menifee's Ralphs. This is not a massive store, it's regular size and on the older side. They do try and get a lot in though as the isles are tight and stacked high. Its a bit claustrophobic as I navigated the rows looking for my favorite Kroger brands. New stores are not easy and I did wander around and around for a while. The lady working produce was calm and offered help, almost as if she was just hanging out polishing apples, as opposed to Fry's in Scottsdale with its team of 3 or 4 guys busting their butts to keep everything stocked all the while effortlessly refusing to make any sort of eye contact, so I imagine the volume here is far less... It is, and by far, buts that's nice though. I used self check out and that was easy. The store wasn't spotless and it was cluttered but it was nice to be in somewhat familiar territory with the Kroger brands. It's no Fry's but in its own way that's a good thing. read more

Well, I tried it again via Instacart. On Instacart for a filet mignon (aka beef tenderloin) it is portrayed as a approximate four inch tall filet cut. Then when you get it, it is cut in half and no piece is more tand an inch thick. If I am paying near $25 a pound I want it thick and as pictured. False advertising for sure!!!. read more

I've been going to this Ralph's for about 10 years now and have always experienced excellent service from the staff which is a good sign of great management. The store is always clean and very organized. Their bakery is also amazing, always get my cake orders right and in a friendly manner. There's a Starbucks kiosk inside which helps when I go early in the morning. Shout out to my cashier today Maria A. who was very attentive, friendly and so caring. Don't try to use your MasterCard as credit because these Nazis don't take MasterCard credit. There were 10 or more people in line and just one register open. They told me to use the self-check out. I'm a senior, and I don't use self-checkout. I was never trained as a Ralph's cashier. And, you can't use your MasterCard anyway, but they don't tell you this until you've done all your shopping and are trying to check out. There are so many groceries, so don't waste your time at this angry, non-helpful Ralph's. read more

We have been shopping at Ralph's since we moved here three years ago. The store is very well stocked and their prices are very competitive. The people working in the store are very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to their bakery department and store manager. We ordered a custom birthday cake for our granddaughter and the computer that was to print a design of a fire truck broke down. When my wife showed up to pick up the cake, they went out of their way to come up with a great solution and the cake that they made was a hit at the party. They saved the day! read more

I had a very aggressive female offering me her unwanted help at the self checkout line. She approached me like she was going to take a swing at me. She asked me what I had in my bag. The restrooms are locked by kaypads, requiring customers to get permission from staff to go potty like grade school students. Of course the implication of having such devices on restroom doors is that there is some class of customer whom staff will deny the use of restrooms to. That is unacceptable and shame on Kroger for having such discriminatory policies in place. I'll be taking my shopping elsewhere to store that don't behave so egregiously. read more

This Ralph's is a great market! The store is well kept, stocked as much as possible, clean and customer service is always good. My only complaint is the shopping carts. They need new ones and it would be helpful if there were more cart stalls in the parking lot so people won't leave it in the middle of the parking. read more

Watch your receipts specially the sale price or digital deals. It happened to me several times when I bought several items, the discount was not applied specially the meat. My Ralph's app showed I clipped that particular item to get the digital deals. read more
