My husband and I purchased $400 homes depot gift card here, but then we found there are something wrong with them, but Home Depot staff told us there are invalid card. we run back the the Ralph's immediately and ask for help, but the store manager refused. she ask us to figure it out by ourselves, I do not understand, we paid here, they sold us 0 balance card but the manager lady refused to help us. I placed my order on Thursday. Their site told me that their Granada Hills location had what I needed, so I set up the pick-up for this morning (Monday) between 7am & 8am. I even got an email this morning reminding me that my order was ready for pick up. When I got there, the woman told me that only 1 of the 7 items I wanted was available. Are you kidding? Not only did I wake up early to pick up my order, but that location is far from my house, so it sure would have been nice if someone would have either called, texted, or emailed me to say that they didn't have 6 of the 7 items I ordered. read more

The Ralph's here is pretty much hit-and-miss. I give props to the people trying to stock grocery items but I like to go early and there's nothing but empty shelves and boxes and staircases filled with merchandise. Almost every aisle is blocked with stock people trying to put stuff up well into opening. All this stuff should be done and the aisles should be clear upon opening no excuses. Certain items that I look for sometimes are out of stock and it's frustrating that I have to come back over and over or go to another location they should do a better job of stocking items the panic is over. For instance I like to buy simple truth popcorn they don't have even one bag but they have the crapy flavored ones that no 1 touches why don't they adjust their inventory this has been going on for months? Honestly it's getting to the point where you can go to Walmart and literally find everything you need and very well stocked as much as I hate going there and seeing ultra lowlife trash everywhere the convenience, variety and prices are simply unbeatable. read more

Once again a Ralph's that doesn't respect the time of their customers. Not shopping here again. It's 1:30pm on a Sunday and they only have 2 checkers working the registers. Lines all the way down the aisles. A huge line even for lame self checkout. But they have some guy putting our pumpkins and a woman blowing up balloons... I went in at 12:40 am with my service dog to pick up a item for a family member that had recently broke their leg. The blonde cashier immediately kicked me out as I was in line, even the customers looked at her in disgust. She said service animals are not allowed inside, that it's a cleanliness issue. I would of understood if this store wasn't notorious for having homeless people stationed out front, I had witnessed two people smoking something that wasn't a cigarette. read more

This is one of my favorite Ralph's locations. They have a better deli selection and hot foods section . They also carry things in stock here that other locations don't have. The parking lot is a bit of a challenge though, and don't go around the time Granada high lets out. read more

Oh. Now I know why the cart stopped as soon as I exited. I found my receipt. I had entered the wrong code for the summer squash I brought (and, incidentally, because of this -- I overpaid). Therefore, the code on the squash I had wasn't rung up correctly, so the automated thingie thought I was stealing squash when, in reality, Ralph's owes me $7. (You see, I don't work there. This is why employees should ring up items.) It's 2021. What kind of store doesn't accept Apple Pay? I went in at 5 am after the gym to grab a few essentials for my protein smoothie, however it was a waste of my time. The store was full of employees yet it took 5 minutes for someone to get to the cash register to ring me up and to top it all off, self check out was closed. After all that waiting, I was told that they didn't accept Apple Pay. How inconvenient and a waste of my precious time. Ralph's do better. This isn't 1965. Get with the program. read more

Cindy the blonde is a cashier she is really rude with her customer service she was really nasty towards me giving me dirty looks and was not helping me check out my Insta cart groceries for my customer she had me waiting 39 mins in line when I was up next and was skipping me on purpose and made me wait in a long line again while I had hot food getting cold she needs to be fired for treating customers very nasty and rude this is unacceptable I will be contacting Tom Williams about this tomorrow morning! read more

This store is awful. I tried to return some mint and had my receipt. The mint was bad. I was told they would not take it back because it was expired. This is why I love Trader Joe's, Sprouts and Whole Foods. They are very nice about returns. I have decided not to shop at Ralphs. They are not customer friendly. In addition, their restroom was very dirty. I have no time to do their digital coupons. At Trader Joe's the customer does not need coupons. I realized that Ralph's makes a lot of money because they are overpriced. Trader Joe's keeps their prices low and their service is superb. read more

Worst Ralph's they need to control the high school kids. They jump in front of cars run around the store. Parents take up all the parking. My mother is handicapped and we couldn't Park because a parent pulled into a handicap parking without a handicap sign just to pick up her child. Ralph needs to get this under control. When we brought this up to Ralphs they said take it up with the school when we call the school they say take it up with Ralphs. Some of the staff are a little rude such as the bakery and deli department. I really like this Ralph's location. It's big, spacious and clean. They have plenty of parking and always seen to having shopping carts available. I can always find what I need here and I appreciate the large selection on fresh produce. The Starbucks inside is a nice perk, too! If I have to grocery shop, I'd rather do it with an iced coffee in hand. I haven't used the ClickList at this location but I'm excited to. I've used that service at other Ralph's location and it's THE BEST. Kudos to Ralph's for the ingenious idea that is Click List. I wish all locations had it! read more

They seriously have a huge selection on all types of food items, they store is huge and can get a little overwhelming. I really like the deli, bakery section, I don't really come to this store often as it's usually packed with teen everytime I come since it's right next to the high school. Don't even dare coming around 245-3pm when school is out, you got a bunch of stupid kids smoking and loitering around their store. Wish they would do a better job on getting these idiots out of their way. One of the worst Ralph's locations ever! Right by my old high school, you are bound to run into someone. Don't think about rolling out of bed and coming here. To top it off, the parking situation is out of hand. Teens who barely got licensed driving around. Hellz no! The Ralph's itself is usually well stocked. Be prepared for slow lines. Also, it is very rare to see manager specials here. When they do have it the items are smashed up and open! I'd much rather go to the Ralph's in Porter Ranch, the deals and service there is much better! read more

Yeah it's big, it's bright. But, it's got sushi that's not great and overpriced, there are items not cross merchandised correctly (cheesecloth with Duraflame logs is one awesome example), and the bakery is notorious for not putting out the stock until they are damn good and ready, lots of Produce section often selling items at the end of their life cycle. I see there is a lot of room for improvement in this store. It's a huge store, fancy and I think the one at Devonshire and Balboa -which is small and definitely not glam - kicks this store's ass in customer service, putting out fresh stock, and cross-selling. Shes a rude and racist hiring manager she plays games with you about making you think that she will hire you when she doesn't. She lies all the time. She made me apply 2xs just to make a stupid excuse about some assessment test. When i didn't receive my assessment test and confronted her about it. This review is for the online grocery ordering and pick-up service. I have used online grocery ordering pickup and delivery from various grocery chains. Aside from the glitchy website which affects all of Ralph's grocery stores. The quality of produce that was selected and placed in my order was not very good at all. I have never had a bad experience with produce that was ordered online until now. I also ordered some dairy products which were filthy and covered in crusty dried up milk. If you are going to participate in online ordering services. You need to provide the best produce on hand and at least wipe down the dairy containers if they were dirty during transport or whatever the cause. You want people to feel comfortable using this service. I enjoy shopping and picking my own produce but there are circumstances im which using a service such as online ordering is necessary. The other grocercers were imoressive. I wil not use this Ralphs for online ordering again. At least not this location. read more

They are extremely understaffed. It is July 4th weekend and they only have 3 lanes open. I was trying to purchase fresh salmon and the salmon began to get warm because of how long I waited in line. I value customer service so much, and I simply will not find that at this Ralph's. On two separate occasions and two different cashiers I was extremely disappointed that I wasn't given even the bare minimum. I was not acknowledged nor was I thanked, I was simply handed my receipt. And both times they forgot to ask for my Ralph's card, since I was busy bagging my groceries I forgot as well. It's an easy fix but none the less. It's a shame because Ralph's used to invest a lot of time and money to ensure their employees provided "world class customer service." This Ralphs has everything that you need, including all of the major service areas (deli, meat section, produce, alcohol, etc.) and also has a coffee shop and Wells Fargo banking area inside. The store is always clean, the shelves are most always stocked full of food and I've rarely had a problem finding what I need. The store seems to be well managed and run by a friendly staff. It is definitely my preferred grocery store in the area! read more

Went inside yesterday afternoon to buy sodas and snacks with a friend after school. When I was stopped by the very rude-unprofessional security guard. He came up to me and started telling me I needed to leave and "I knew the rules". Very confused I asked him what he was talking about and why I needed to leave, and he ignores me and says "white shirt". I continue to ask him what he is stopping me for, as I've never talked to him before and I'm not very sure what these rules he was saying were. He continued to ignore my questions and proceeded to interrupt me and describe a different person, thinking I was them?! I am very bothered, uncomfortable and frustrated by how I was treated. I've been buying snacks and food from this Ralph's for the past few months without any guard stopping me like I was some criminal. Luckily the CVS next door is a lot more respectful and knows how to treat their customers properly!!! read more
