I have been going to this gas station for a while , today i had the worst customer service ever from them the attendant put in the wrong amount for gas then charged me twice he did not try to correct the matter he gave me the customer service number which was no help I STILL HAVENO REFUND NOR GAS the attendant was to busy changing his friends tire and was not focused on the issue at hand and when i told the attendant i would call them police he laughed.....I asked for a manager he states there is not one and gave me a customer service number which gave me the run around as well. read more

Honestly, thank goodness for this gas station. For being a Ralph's member I've saved a good amount of money of gas seeing as gas prices have raised ridiculously over the years. This, I believe, is the only Ralph's Fuel in Pasadena. And although there is quite a wait to pump gas, it is worth it. I personally don't mind the wait and I usually plan accordingly on getting gas before running errands. I've came here in the morning, afternoon, and night and there will always be a bit of wait. I do think this station is cleaner than most and the staff here are very helpful if there are any concerns or questions. read more

Love this stations prices. Sometimes a wait, but usually not too bad. Am/PM's usually worse tho the prices seem to be higher, and I can't use my credit card there, nor do they honor any kind of rewards program. Only downside is the location. Depending on the time of day, it can be a pain to get into, but the prices make it worth it, and the staff is always very nice. read more

Pro tip. Fill out those customer surveys on your receipt at Ralph's to aggregate fuel points. Also, look for 2-4x fuel points on gift card purchases during select weeks (I don't think Ralph's or Kroger's publishes this, but I find out this info on the Doctor of Credit website). Lastly, pack your own bag when shopping at Ralph's and you will get green bag points which count towards your fuels points. Bottom line, aggregating fuel points is definitely worth it because I have landed 10-40 cents off per gallon here. Great deal. Subtracting one star for the often crazy waits and lines here. And I'm unsure if the gas is top tier, though it has been treating my car okay for now. I would definitely recommend coming here during non-peak hours and using your Ralph's fuel points to get the absolute bottom pricing. read more

Pumps are not consistent. They don't have people working there to help speed things up. Today, the lines were backed up because all the pumps took over 1 minute per gallon. When mine stopped, it recorded more gas than I've ever pumped for this car. My tank was no way that empty. My calculated gas mileage on my ap was only 20 mpg which is based on miles driven and gallons purchased obviously. It's the lowest in 9 years.But I typically get almost 30 mpg including the last several fillups. So not only were the pumps uber slow, there is something wrong with it's volume gauge and they made me buy more gas than i actually pumped. I wasn't able to talk to anyone about it because the station was full of cars and i was there for 20 minutes pumping gas. I called later and no one answers the phones. Literally around the corner from my house with the best prices in town! I used to pump at Arco literally a block down but this is my go to gas station now. They do not have two different prices for those paying cash or card the price is the same for both. This place is even better for those who take advantage of Ralphs fuel points (I'm still trying to get a hang of this! lol). Place is typically clean and staff is friendly. Since this is one the best gas stations in town it gets busy. I've come for example at 8pm and the lines are ridiculous. They need a method to better control traffic because cars can exit/enter everywhere so the lines when it's busy are everywhere. You basically have to fight for the pump when the lines are formed in the front and back of the pump. read more

I'm surprised Yelpers said this Ralphs gasoline station was closed. I was here a couple of hours ago, and it was staffed, busy, and selling gas at less than $3 per gallon for Premium! I can't understand why people can't see the cars and people coming in and out of this station. The address is easy to remember, as it's 911 and not in the Boonies like some other stations. As for quality, it has state of the art customer scanners that allows you to drop the price of gas, and is quite efficient at ensuring you do not overflow, in fact, too good. I was not able to really fill my tank due to it constantly showing full, and only filled it to maybe 85%. Maybe this was by design, so people don't overflow the gas. Since it is down the street from a Ralph's, my routine is to shop for groceries, then fill up. I'm goof for a week, and fill up after making a 1000 points, saving about 15-20 dollars each time. read more

You can't beat the low prices and being able to use Ralph's fuel points. Plan to get here as early as possible though. The lines and lack of traffic control (you can enter from any direction and have to fight for a pump) can make this place a serious clusterf*ck. read more
