Absolutely terrible customer service. Me and my boyfriend only went here 2 times and both times were to look for my pregnancy craving. The first time we went the owner refused to let us in and did not want to unlock the door. He blamed the door being locked on "homeless people near by " but there was absolutely no one there NOR at the gas station in general. He finally let us in but was staring at the camera the entire time as if we were going to steal. The second time and last time we went, the owner was in the back eating and we had to knock on the window to get his attention due to the door being locked but the sign said that it was opened. This time he refused to let us in and said the reason was because the last time we came we only purchased one item. (We got 3 things) we were slightly irritated so we just decided to walk back to the car since it was late. Immediately after we closed our car door, he let in a customer that also had to tap on the glass to get his attention but yet still refused to let us in because of the little amount of things we previously purchased. Overall the owner is extremely rude and the door is always locked even though the sign says open. I would recommend getting your gas from another shell. read more

When I called the manager he told me that it probably would not post back to my acct. in 3 to 4 days and to come back in so he could return the money to my card. I live an hour away. Once AAA showed up and wanted to use the air pump, the driver offered the guy a dollar for quarters and it fired up no problem. If I could give a zero I would. WORST customer service. First their pump chip reader wasn't working and i had Ralph's reward points for .40c off a gallon and so I had to go inside which the employee "SAMM" was too busy talking to his friend. After he decides he would do his job, I asked for 60$ on the pump and put in my rewards for the 40c off the gallon. I stood by my car for about 5 minutes before walking over to him standing with his friend in the car to ask if it took long or what. He sends out the guy that works in the repair part(worst employee there) and he tries to pump the gas but said I didn't pay. Then the other guy comes over and asks what the problem was and I said "all I'm trying to do is get gas with my 40c off the gallon". He walks back inside and does something but it doesn't give me the discount and at this point was like FU. So his little buddy then goes off on me because someone turned the corner right by my car and I glanced at him to check out my surrounding. Then he tells me if I want to talk to that person I should but he's trying to help me and i should pay attention to him. KEEP ON MIND I DIDNT ASK FOR HELP. This wasn't my first time .... I told him his attitude wasn't necessary and that all i wanted was to get the gas at my price and he told me the discount goes on AFTER you pump the gas... how the hell does that work?? I would just hang up the pump and start it Over on a new one. So the little friend told me the guy is going to get pissed and probably not allow me to pump gas there... I went inside to get my voided receipt and again, they both harassed me. After moving pumps and getting it figured out, I asked them if they wanted to come see what I was talking about and they didn't want to because they both knew they were wrong. After asking what his name was he told me a false name Because I'm guessing he forgot his name tag said SAMM on it and the other guy from the repair spot told me it was none of my business to know his name. Came here prior to a meeting at the courtyard Marriott to fill up some air (already purchased my gas at Costco for $.40/gal cheaper). Lots of one-star ratings made me question whether or not to buy gas from this station which is near my house. I paid cash for my gas, bought a scratcher and a candy bar. Prices seemed reasonable. While Sam didn't welcome us when we entered the mart, he wasn't rude and even wished us good luck on our scratcher, which was not a winner but that's not Sam's fault. If you hate your job dude quit. I went in to buy a couple snacks and after I paid, I noticed weird syrup on my can around the lip. I asked if I could switch it, the guy told me no. FRAUD ALERT an hour after I went to this hell hole I HAD TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD because my information had been stolen. My friend and I bought some criminally overpriced items here that were noticeably old and out of date and the interior of the shop was oddly stocked like one of those Mexican marts you find downtown; just sloppy and used looking. 2 bottles of Aquafina for $8.63 and the creepy cashier who couldn't confirm or answer my question of how much the waters were until the transaction went through... it immediately felt shifty and when we left we noticed the receipt did not actually list each individual item and/or the individual prices - but instead listed 1 flat fee as if only 1 item was purchased AND WITH NO TAX! My buddy even said we should track our Credit card activity afterwards. An hour later I got the fraud alert! Someone had charged a dollar to my account in Lynwood California - which would indicate the information was sent to a separate location where it was first tested to see if the funds were accessible. Cashier was incredibly rude!! I went in to use the restroom while my boyfriend filled the car up with gas, another lady was also waiting. When the cashier found out that we were waiting for the restroom, he shouted that the restroom was locked because it was for customers only. We were both customers - her daughter was just inside the store and notified him that her mother needed to use the restroom. While I was in the restroom, my boyfriend came in to use the restroom too and the cashier told him that it was out of order. Which didn't sit very well with my boyfriend as he had no idea where else I could be. Why the cashier couldn't just say that it was occupied is beyond me! Bathroom was disgusting as well. To give this place one star is giving them too much credit. Gas is always at, or slightly above average market price BUT the quick mart inside is CRAZY overpriced. Brisk and Arizonas which are always one dollar plus crv are a whopping 2.50. A snicker was 2 dollars. Activate wrap was 2.25. A cookie was 2.75. Needed air for my tires asked the mechanic that was working there that was standing around doing nothing, if he can help me because I have never put air in my tires before, after I had attempted myself he said in about 20 minutes he can help me because he was writing a Receipt. I was given a Shell gift card and attempted to use it today. My husband had already attempted to use this card, but it was demagnatized and he was told at a different station to come back during corporate business hours (a two hours difference in time zone) to fix the problem. Already not a good sign. Sure enough, the card would not swipe. The attendant had been friendly up to this point. I was told I had to call corporate, so I did. When I explained what I was told to the attendant, he referred me to the owner, who was standing outside smoking a pipe. When I tried to explain, I didn't get three words out before he was shaking his head no and saying I had to see the attendant. I told him the attendant had sent me to him. He went in and was shaking his head no the whole time. Meanwhile, the customer service rep from corporate was giving me directions to tell them (activate a different card in the store). The owner of the store said I had to return to the original station. How could I do that, I asked, if this was a gift - I didn't purchase it? He just kept shaking his head no. Meanwhile, corporate is saying that if the station does not want to follow their process, there is nothing they can do. Terrible customer service all the way around!
