He wanted to check it out since the one by our church had closed down and we hadn't stopped by one in a while. She forced me to repeat myself multiple times and essentially made me yell out the specific medication I needed in a public space, which felt like a massive violation of my privacy. Even after I went and sat down to speak directly with the original pharmacist to sort out the issue, Gaby continued trying to shout things or talk over to me across the room. The pharmacist's excellent customer service AFTER HER was completely overshadowed by Gaby's unprofessionalism and total lack of discretion. I hope management addresses her behavior. It does look like the teenage accessory retailer formed a partnership with CVS in 2017. - there were still some products locked down, but nearly as much as other CVS that we frequent. - the alcohol aisle was blocked off even though it was the afternoon. - the checkout lines were set-up to encourage the use of the self-checkout lines, with only one queue servicing it and the manned register.

It kept announcing, "customer service needed in the pain and sleep section". This went on for like 10 minutes. Finally went to front checkout, which was empty, and the cashier came back and helped. I dont mind things being locked up. But waiting over 10 minutes for an unlock (who knows how long if I didn't go to the front) is just crazy; especially in such a small store. Would be 1 star, but 2 stars because the cashier was helpful and left her post to do someone else's job.
