Amazing service!! This is one of the few gas stations that actually fill your tank and clean your windows. They service ALL CARS/AUTOS from domestic to European. This is a family owned business and the owner Leon, along with his brother are the most incredible, skillful, and savy mechanics!! By far, the auto service is impeccable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend! I like the convenience of the mini-service lanes. They pump your gas for you and you don't need to leave your car. I've been coming here since I was 16 and they are always helpful if you need anything. Generally good gas prices too. read more

The last full service gas station? Came here to try out their service and it was super convenient. The guy filled the tank, filled the tires, checked the oil, and refilled my window washer fluid... and I didn't have to get out of the car or touch anything. I hate pumping gas. I have been using Leon's gas station for years and his brother and himself are the nicest and most professional people that you will encounter. They have a repair shop that will take care of the small needs and mine is a regular nail in the tire that they will fix in 20 minutes for $25 . No need to change the tire like my car dealer suggested and that a saving in my case of almost $400! read more

I have only used their gas station a few times for my car and was pleased with my experience. The gas attendants are friendly. Prices are appropriate for the service they provide. I really like this station because they allow bicyclists to use their air fill station for free, something that other gas stations do not. I've been turned down several times at other gas stations when I ask for complimentary air for my bicycle. Sometimes I don't bring my wallet when I'm biking. So I really appreciate that they are generous to allow us bicyclists to use their air station. read more

Gas prices are 2.99$ right now. Went to get gas this morning, asked the guy to fill up my tank and that's it (aka Mini Serve). He charges me 40$ and I ask him how many gallons I got and he said 12. I checked as I was leaving and the register said 11.57 gallons. Meaning he charged me $3.52 a gallon. What a ripoff! And he lied to me. I am not coming back. read more

I don't usually write reviews but just has the strangest interaction with some kid who works here. I found myself in need of gas in an area I'm not familiar with and pulled into this gas station. I was looking for the prices and realized I had never heard of this place. So like anyone else, I asked what the name of the gas station was and the kid scoffed at me with so much attitude and acted like I was an alien on Mars. I meeeean c'mon, haven't you ever heard of Leon's Auto?!"You know it's right up there with Mobil, Chevron, & 76!!! Get over yourself, kid. It was just a question and your place is just a gas station in a town of 12k residents. Probably everyone else in the world is unfamiliar with your business. And clearly you don't like money or customers if you're so rude and offended by the question. Thanks but no thanks. This is no joke, kids. You do NOT pump your own gas at this station. After I pulled in and got out of the car, the very friendly attendant came right away, and I really was confused. He took the gas nozzle out of my hand and I was just flabbergasted. I continued standing around like a fool while he filled up my tank. I think this is a very nice service.....hopefully the customers in this (very affluent neighborhood) leave a tip. We had our cars serviced at Leon's for many years and were reasonably happy, although we always wondered if we were paying too much. If this last interaction had not occurred, I would not have felt compelled to review them, and if I had, I would have given them four stars. We moved to Colorado in late June, and before we left on the reasonably long drive, I had Leon change the oil in my Porsche Cayenne S. He charged what seemed to me to be a lot, with the explanation that he was using premium parts and oil. I did not question the charges, as we had not had problems before and his shop was within walking distance of our house. Just last week I took my car in to be detailed here in Denver and the detailer called to let me know that my car was leaking oil. That seemed odd, so I had it towed to a shop that specializes in BMWs and Porsches. The mechanic called to ask me who had last changed my oil and then proceeded to tell me that the oil filter and O-ring were cheap, no-brand Chinese parts that one would pick up at Auto-Zone or Pep Boys. Apparently, the O-ring had decomposed, causing the filter to no longer have a proper seal, which led to the leak. The fact that the oil filter housing had been over-torqued did not help either. Lucky for me the problem did not manifest itself while I was en route from Southern California to Colorado. I did not keep my receipt to see how much Leon charged me for the parts and oil, but given the price I paid, the mechanic told me I should have gotten much much better quality parts and Leon should have been more careful in his work. I get it that people make mistakes (in this case, over-torquing the oil filter housing), but I feel that Leon was dishonest and unethical in his dealings with me - clearly charging me German part prices for generic garbage. Very disappointing. read more

I love it here. There is an attendant that comes out and pumps your gas for you on the "self service" pumps. If you drive up to the full service pumps he loads your gas, fills the air, checks your fluids and cleans your windshield. Man I am loving life on a hectic day, I can get lots done while getting gas. It's not mandatory to tip but I usually find a buck in my car somewhere to tip. It's a fun experience for me because I never experienced any service at any station prior. You see it in the old school movies, now I can say I know how it feels. read more

If you ever happen to be recreationally cutting across the gas station at night after it closes, watch out. The fuel storage terminals in the concrete make little hills that can really ef you up, IF you are not paying extreme attention. A little attention won't suffice because all the lifted trucks and jaguars waiting at that intersection have their high beams on creating massive shadows and temporary loss of sight, making for quadruply treacherous terrain. As I often say, I will drive across town on fumes just to give business to Leons. My family has 4 cars and he's been taking care of every car need for almost 16 years. Leon and his staff are polite and efficient and it is the ultimate luxury to have them pump the gas. But they fix flats, do smog checks, and AC fixes, and new transmissions. My three teenagers just know to take the car to Leons when the light comes in or the tires need air. They'll help with anything. I wish I'd thought to write a nice review years ago. Just had the worst service ever here. It is mid day, not crowded. I pulled up to full service, rolled down my window and expected some type of greeting or just polite inquiring as to what I needed. Since the guy didn't speak, I said hi pleasantly and explained that my tires were low. He grunted something inaudible and I asked if he could please fill them. He quickly asked if I needed anything else in a very unveiled attempt to make sure I would be spending money. I get the idea, but in the past when this was a 76 station, though I only came here when I needed air, I always filled the car up and gave a tip. And the guys were so nice. I then showed him the numbers on the dash so he could see how much air was needed and he grunted again, indicating So What?! Then he walked away, turning back and (I swear) shouted, "Turn off your car!", so I shouted "Please!" Seriously rude. I would definitely give them 0 stars if possible. I am so happy to pay for the air, the gas, the service, but try to be a little nice. Neutral would be fine. This guy was a troglodyte. read more

Leon is the best, most honest and helpful mechanic I've deal with in years.

I pull up to the station and get out of my car with money in hand to go inside to pay. A guy comes out and said "What kind do you want?". I thought that was odd; but, said "87". He proceeds to pump the gas - and, I thought "Wow....that was nice". It was obvious to me that I didn't get as much gas as I should have for the money I gave him. Before I pulled away, I looked at the pump and saw that he charged me 50 cents more per gallon for "full service" - which I didn't ask for. I am more than able to pump my own gas - he didn't even give me an option. What a scam. I will never go there again, and wouldn't recommend it to others. read more

A friend told me her mother had been ripped-off by a mechanic in San Marino to the tune of thousands of dollars and now the car no longer runs. Was it Leons? I asked. Yes! How did you know? I know because the same thing happened to me. I know another woman who was charged for an expensive new part plus labor and her car still ran badly. She had a different mechanic check it out and he told her the part was old and had not been replaced. She confronted Leon and he did the work while she watched.
