They have the best prices for gas with quality. However, customer service is just ok. Their clerk are very nonchalant. Sometimes the pumps do not work properly and you have transients lingering around asking for change or being aggressive to wash your windows. I was on my way into Pasadena. Got off of Lake Ave exit. Looked to my right and saw Mobil gas station... very conveniently located right off the freeway. I looked at my gas gauge, saw one bar left, and I said to myself... I'll be back LOL. Indeed I returned in the afternoon. After getting out of my car, I looked on the ground and it was stained with oil and gas which is normal at a gas station. The grounds were well swept and clean though. Anyway, I filled up my gas tank. Prices were okay for the location. I recall having some scratchers with me at the time. I pulled them out and walked into the Circle K mart. There was only one person in front of me. He was redeeming some scratchers as well. When I got up to the counter, I was greeted by a really nice gentleman. Thank you sir! He asked me to scratch off the bar code. I didn't know what he was referring to because I've never been asked to do so. Anyhoo, he said he's not allowed to scratch for the customer. I guessed the area to scratch and luckily I guessed right. Whew! All was good. Redeemed $19 and I was off. Thank you Mobil! read more

Guys if you need an urgent tire air machine, this one was great. Everything worked and has amazing sensors that beeped and auto stopped when too much air was added. I know low bar for tire pressure machines but finding working ones is tough in Pasadena! read more

10.22.2021 I've been going here since they built the place, sadly the counter people are lazy beyond belief ~ the window wash buckets are never, _EVER_ filled with water much less soap ~ this is included in the price of the gasoline they sell, NO EXCUSE HERE . The buckets are _BONE_DRY_ so don't lie and claim you filled them yesterday, you didn't . I ran a gas station and never had a lack of window wash supplies nor a dirty toilet / no paper . The toilet is inside and usually not open because too many bums, druggies, panhandlers and the like but if they let you use it, it's usually reasonably clean and that's a big thing for me . The usual junk food and soda fountain, I like the coffee most of the time . Right off the i210 & Lake Street exit with dead easy re entry . NOT close to old town Pasadena, that's the Mobil one on Fair Oaks, that one is dangerous for Women even in daylight . This is a busy location yet has lots of ample parking, many Motocycle and car clubs gather here in the morning before taking a cruise . SHAME ON THE OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES ! . The rating is so poor I can't even give it one star I've been there in many occasions they're normally rude at night time after 10:00 p.m. or so you never know if it's going to be open if you go on at 2 in the morning it's most likely closed most of the night the sound machines normally don't work the coffee machine hasn't worked 80% of the time I've been there that's the grind and brew coffee machine and I stay away from that location however most other circle case have been very good especially on Walnut Grove and Garvey in El Monte crate store great people I will brought out of my way to go there It wouldn't let me post my review unless I gave it a star rating unfortunately I had to give it one but it would be a negative one in my opinion read more

Just horrible. I no longer go here as there almost aways seems to be an issue such as with pumps not working etc. Very poorly maintained gas station and the people that work there don't care. 1 star because.... In one instance, I arrived and they ran out of gas. Or at least the majority of their gas pumps were out of order on a Friday afternoon. And because in another instance, I was approached by an uber aggressive panhandler that wouldn't take no for an answer, I saw the clerk sweeping, I had already raised my voice to this panhandler. I kept telling him no no no I did not have money and he just kept asking as if I was lying to him, then suggested alternatives to getting money, like using my debit card to withdraw money for him. And the clerk sweeping outside did nothing. Absolutely f***ing nothing. I ended up driving away without buying gas because I had to enter my pin/zip code and that panhandler was uncomfortably tooooo close and was definitely in close view of the keypad and screen. I didn't want him to see my information. I was the only customer at the gas station. 1 star because it's unreliable and I feel unsafe at that gas station. read more

Shout out to this Gas Station! My 81 year old mother was traveling through on her road trip. She had some issues paying at the pump. She didn't catch the mans name that helped her but he told her that he did not want an unhappy customer! He was able to help her and stood with her the entire time to make sure everything worked and her tank was filled. Thank You! There really are good people left in this world!!! read more

So this mobil is a bit pricey but its location is extremely helpful. Sitting just off the 210 near Old Town/Downtown Pasadena, it is ideally situated to be convenient. But there is a cost for this convenience. It's not the most clean nor the dirtiest place that I have been to. There are also bums here sometimes looking for change or recyclables. Negative stars if possible for this place. The guy in the shop was so incredibly rude & nasty we were left speechless. A kind Samaritan at Huntington Library had pointed out that our tire was a bit flat & also mentioned that CA law says you can get free air at gas stations. Careful with this place ! They tell you it's okay to park your car in the designated space and than they call the tow truck on you. Cost me $285 to have my car back and the tow company demanded cash. Sounds like a scam with the tow truck company. read more

I've been here so many times and each time is an adventure. Every time I go, the clerks smell really bad, so it's like get in and GTFO! One time i walked in and the clerk was dead asleep. I had to poke him with a slim jim to wake him up. Gas here is so expensive, drive up lake about 1 1/2 miles to the 76 on Lake & Union and find gas for 15 to 20 cents cheaper.
