My review just has to do with the bakery. I love being able to read reviews about places and I felt compelled to share my great experience! I typically shop at Von's but I chose Ralph's bakery because they offered a better cake option for my son's third birthday party. I chose a cake out of their book and the bakery workers were so kind! I had my son with me as well as my one year old daughter. The cake looked amazing and tasted so delicious! I got a marble cake, cookies and cream filling, and a whipped cream frosting. I will definitely return here for our cakes for a long time! read more

I swear this rude lady at the hot Deli & Bakery section must be owner's evil sister or something where they can't get rid of her. I thought she was only impolite to me, but I witnessed she treats other customers like dirt too! She's always super hostile as if we're there to start a fight. And then there's one or two regular morning cashiers who always gives you that unwelcoming "why are you here to interrupt my daydream..." look. Next time I have to ask the store manager to give them longer potty breaks because they must be severely constipated! I come back for the gasoline. And I'll continue to drop by the shop also to see how long these yippie-ki-yays stick around. read more

Don't bother unless you're willing to take the virus home with you! This store is not enforcing social distancing or offering crowd control! The aisles are crowded with people and the store manager doesn't seem to care. I've been to Vons, Albertsons, Trader Joe's, Walmart, Smart & Final, etc and all of those stores are doing whatever they can to stop the spread but Ralphs doesn't seem to care. read more

Stopped in on a friday at 1pm. One cash register open. Line all the way to the bakery. Walked out went to Albertsons next door. read more

Most of the workers here suck and give me the feeling that they hate working. I watched the two workers walked by a spill and not one of them cared to do anything about it, I guess they must have been "off the clock". The prices are generally higher than the other grocery stores, but I usually only shop here when I either forgot something or for their sale items. The best part of Ralphs is there gas which is kinda sad since I should be saying the best part is there grocery store. read more

I don't usually do these reviews but I honestly LOVE this Ralphs. I absolutely HATE going grocery shopping because I have 3 small babies (3,1, 8mo) and taking them anywhere alone is nerve wrecking and stressful. I decided to take them a few days ago because I'm learning to deal with my fears and literally every staff member was so kind to me and my boys. Greeting them and talking to them while I chose my groceries. Even while I paid, my 1yo was stepping away from me and the manager was keeping him busy while I paid. It's obviously not their job to take care of my kids but being so kind and helpful was an amazing gesture. read more

Richard in the Produce Dept.is an awesome person and an asset to the Ralphs supermarket chain in general. Yesterday I ran into Ralphs to buy some items for dinner. Being a recent bachelor, I am far from what you would call a good cook and most of my meals require the least amount of effort possible. Having worked and lived in Century City, CA for the past decade, many of my dinners were business related and the most effort demanded on my behalf necessitated locating my credit card to be swiped. Feeling a bit adventurous yesterday, I decided that I would attempt to add mushrooms to the marinara sauce for my chicken & vegetables dish that I had planned for the evening, a new favorite that enjoyed making for both lunch and dinner. Not knowing a single thing about the process of cooking mushrooms, I decided to ask an employee standing in close proximity for some advice. I was fortunate enough to have recruited Richard for this task. He was so friendly! He explained to me how they are cooked, the type I should get for my dish and seeing me grab a sweet potato, noted that I could simply microwave it for 5 minutes instead of the arduous task of standing by an oven for 20 minutes and waiting for it to become edible .Of course I thought with my eyebrows raised, as I must have carried the expression of having a lightbulb appear above my head. 5 stars for Ralphs and Richard. Thank you for creating such a great experience for me at your store yesterday. You have gained a new customer for life. Whole Foods has nothing on the customer service found at this store. read more

This place is the closest supermarket to where i live. Without food, I will die. This is the closest place to life I can get to from my home. read more

Their gas station's prices are usually cheaper than Vons across the street

Very honest employees. Long overdue review, but I misplaced my wallet in one of the shopping carts probably a year or two back with at least $200 in cash. Came back to Ralph's hoping it'll turn up, and guess what it was kindly given back to me with all my cash and belongings inside!! I wish I got the name of the employee who found it, but it was so long ago I doubt they'd remember.. Anyway great service, always have some type of specials/deals going on, and cheap gas! read more

I absolutely love there bakery here! Our family loves there whipped frosting, so we always request those on our cakes whenever we do special orders. So yummy! Try it next time you see a whipped frosting cake or cupcakes! read more

There is always room for growth, so the four stars I love this Ralphs, 99% of team members are helpful and friendly. Yes, there are times when somethings need work on, but overall this is a fantastic store to shop at! read more

Everyone is very friendly, I typically get helped at the meat service counter and this specific day I needed some chuck roast for my instant pot meal and they didn't have anymore on packaged, so I asked and the gentlemen if there was anymore, he then asked if I wanted to get a fresh cut from the back, and I sure did, he came out with 2 size options that I needed. This place is the best grocery store in eastvale. Everyone is helpful at this location. read more

DIANE AT REGISTER 5 IS RUDE! Me and my family went in getting soda and water for the weekend. We had multiples of things (canned soda), which are pretty heavy to take out especially when you have 5-8 of EACH. We ask nicely if we can just place one on the belt and she can scan it multiple of times. Which is what most places do it's much more convenient. First she says no rudely so we start placing everything and then she starts asking how much of what we had, she had a very bad attitude. PLEASE DONT WORK WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY WHEN YOU CANT PROVIDE IT TO CUSTOMERS! I hope management sees this review and takes ACTION. read more

Store is clean and staff is friendly. I just don't like the attendant in the gas station. He's so lazZzzy. Every time we go there, there's no paper receipt in the station ready, you still have to go to him to get it. Very inconvenient! read more

I have to say that this has got to be the best market in Eastvale. The cashiers are always smiling and friendly. Prices are pretty good when they are bought in bundle or multiples of 5 or 10. Wish they had more selection in their meat department. Their gas prices are good but better get the higher grade if you want your car to last. Have a brand new car and started getting issues with fuel injection...Don't like the fact that there is no direction on the ground as to which side is the entrance or exit. That is cause for concern. read more

The worst grocery store when it comes to checkout. They have one cashier open and all self checkout! You can't use self checkout if you purchase alcohol. Their is at least 10 people waiting with full carts. Go to Vons next time. They have multiple cash registers open at all times!!! read more

I am surprised how nice the store looks. Very clean and organized! I was helped today by a very courteous and nice gentleman at the quick checkout. I didn't get his name but he was excellent. I wish I got his name but again, kudos to Ralph's for hiring an employee like that. read more

This store gets 0 stars !! First customer service ever ! Even the managers have an attitude Went in to purchase liquor wanted to purchase 10 bottles in total Just received my new DL from DMV They would except it because they weren't knowledgeable of the DMV changes ! A major chain store I had my passport in the car gave that to them as proof And still had a attitude like I did something wrong after they inconvenience me as a customer Then the manager starting interrogating me what was the liquor purchase for and why I wanted to purchase so many !!! Does it matter I'm not getting a special discount!! So F**king RUDE NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN !!!!! I had heard they were rude at this store but never experienced it till now read more

I purchased organic honey crisps apples, and anyone who buys these knows they are pretty expensive! I spent close to $3 per apple. When I cut one open it was brown gross inside. I almost threw it away, but seeing as how I really wanted those apples and had spent THREE DOLLARS per Apple I couldn't bring myself to do it. I brought it back to the store and the manager Mike Ross was SO helpful! He exchanged my Apple and even allowed me to get another for my trouble! Now that's customer service! What a nice guy! I'm so glad to call this my neighborhood store! Thanks again Ralphs for such a great staff!! read more

I love this supermarket! Just move here to corona and everyone is so friendly!!!! The supermarket clerks are so nice!!!! I rather go here than Vons! Love the fried chicken very good! Produce is always fresh! The checker lol very out going and helpful! This is the place to go! read more

BEWARE there are so many homeless weirdos and beggars at the gas station, it is beginning to feel unsafe! I went last night to get gas and this guy, who looks like he was previously on drugs, approached me to "wash the windows of [my] car for a couple bucks." No I'm not paying you for something I could easily do myself. It is getting out if hand. The homeless population is trickling in because they think that we are wealthy and generous in Eastvale. Thank God there were other people around. I expect there to be muggings soon. They pop out of no where. Almost EVERY TIME I have gone here I encounter someone here begging or "fundraising" or some other stupid crap. STOP GIVING THESE PEOPLE MONEY OR THEY WILL KEEP COMING BACK! Stop encouraging them! I just want to get my gas in peace! They do not belong here. If you want a handout on top of the government aid you are probably getting, what am I even paying taxes for? GET OUT OF HERE!! read more

I have been going to this Ralph's for years and everyone has always been pleasant and helpful until tonite. I send my teenage son in the store to get a deli item while I wait in the car. He took a long time so I question him, he advised me that Lisa(the manager) refused to take the $10 dollar bill I gave him. Says she inspected it like it was a $100 dollar bill and refused to take it. He eventually went to another register as always they completed his purchase. I went in to question Lisa and immediately she jumped in defensive mode advising me she was off work, I greeted her and asked what was wrong with the $10 dollar bill , she responded "it looked washed and I'm not about to argue with you". This is not an argument I'm simply asking a question. And she turned and walked away. If this is who you put in Management and how u teach management to respond to a paying customers concern I will go to Smart And Final. read more

Giving 5 stars due to the good experiences i had with 2 staff member on different occasions. Both very helpful and went beyond what they had to do to help me. After all grocery stores are pretty much all the same. read more

It's a very good place with amazing workers. Keep in mind this is my experience. Every time I go they are always stocked with whatever you need and you always have workers who will help you out. I will never ever again go to their deli...I've been twice now and both times I felt as if I was bothering them they were so insanely rude and irritated. The last time I was there I was looking at their sandwich options and the lady was clearly pissed off after raising her voice saying what do you want!? I ordered my sandwich and she continued to slam everything she touched. It was so awkward standing there and she huffed and puffed over making my one sandwich. There was literally no one there so it's not like they were busy. Then when she was finally done she asked if I wanted to pay here or check out at the other registers and I said here... ( should of said the other one with how irritated she was wrong misktake!) she then rolled her eyes and threw my sandwich down. I really don't understand why everyone is so miserable here. No customer service AT ALL. read more

Horrible horrible customer service! NO one if friendly not even the managers . They don't go out of the way for you at all, they move like snails! Not to mention the high prices! The only good thing about Ralph's is the cheaper gas! Their prices always ring up wrong and then when you go to return it, they just stare at you like "what do you want me to do?" . Everyone looks miserable! Save your money, and go to Stater Bros!!! read more

The Deli Department is awesome! I love those sub sandwiches!

Hi, Today I went to buy groceries at the Eastvale store and had a very bad experience. I felt really abused by the store manager and treated like he is giving away the stuff for free of cost and his tone was not even acceptable at any cost. He is very rude and acting like so crazy. I will never go to that store again. read more

The Ralphs in Eastvale, CA (Limonite Ave) is a poster child for customer service. The store is run by an awesome Director by the name of Norma Wooten and her assistant manager Russ is also awesome. Though the prices are a bit high on some items, the friendliness of the employees is worth the shopping experience. Someone is always around to greet you, ask if you need help and ALWAYS thank you for coming in. To Norma, Russ, Danny, Cynthia G, Eddie, Chris, Jeremy, Jacob, Jaymie, Ronnie, Alistair, Diana, Anita, Daniel, Janae, Andrea, and Alex thank you for a great shopping experience. If I didn't mention your name it's because I don't know it. All of you deserve a paid day off. Not to be sappy but your customer service makes me want to "pay it forward". Thanks, - Lisa W. PS: Four stars is due to some of the prices. read more

I was in and out of this store in less than 5 minutes but first impression was that the store was really clean and pretty large. The items I was in search of were located right near the entrance so I grabbed what I needed and was in line within minutes. The cashier was super friendly, sweet and very chatty. I always bring my own re-useable bags and laughed when she started looking for a price tag and then didn't realize that it was to place my items in. Even after I told her I brought my own bag, she still placed my bag and the two items I purchased inside a plastic bag. From her reaction, I take it that not a lot of people bring their own bags?? read more

Friendly helpful staff. Good deals with card. Gas savings with using card. Wide selection of foods. Latin and Asian food sections are well developed. We shop here every week and I mostly all of my experiences have been pleasant. I have been helped by many different workers here and they are all nice, personable, and friendly. My husband and I usually stop in around 11pm to shop to beat the crowd. I love that they are open late and close by. The best Ralph's that I have ever been a customer to in this area. Thank you! read more

I absolutely LOVE this Ralph's! Their customer service is great! The employees are so helpful and when you ask for something they don't just tell you the aisle but they gladly walk you to the item you requested. Their produce is always fresh and there's usually somebody always there. I've even had some of their employees offer to pick out a watermelon for me to make sure I'd get the sweetest. It can get pretty busy but they're quick to open up registers. While checking out the experience is always pleasant the cashiers always make small talk, they call you by your last name (when you type in your number) which is very respectful, and regardless of how many bags you have they always ask whether you need help to your car. Out of all the grocery stores nearby I choose this Ralph's because of their customer service! read more

We just moved to the area and I was very sad to find out that there were no trader joes, whole foods, mothers anywhere nearby. We eat a vegetarian diet with 80-90 percent of that being vegan so I was very very happy when I walked in to Ralph's and saw that they have tons of organic, all natural products. Hands down the best selection I've ever found at a commercial grocery store. And the best part is they have flags that label the organic sections so you don't have to rummage through all the other bullshit food and hope you find something. read more

******THIS IS SOLELY ABOUT THE BAKERY***** I am very fond of this Ralph's and have been for quite some time HOWEVER the bakery employee was extremely RUDE, SNARKY and CONDESCENDING! I sat at the counter waiting to be helped but when I saw no one was coming I peaked my head around the corner and politely asked the woman if I could ask her a question about a cake she looked at me and annoyingly said, "Yeah! Whats you're question!???!" I dismissed her rude tone then asked if I could order a cake, she looked at me with the most annoyed look on her face and said "Uhh. Yeah!" (very quick and sharp as if I was asking a completely dumb question while rolling her head) I then asked if I could order one for that same night her reply, (before I could even finish) "NO!" Seriously terrible customer service, I worked for one of the largest grossing retailers for years and always made sure to be polite to customers as they are a reason we have jobs! I was so completely disgusted I left and bought a cake from Vons across the street where they were very friendly and deserving of my service! read more
