I really don't visit this store anymore due to the rude and unprofessional employee they have working at the Deli Department. I visited this store on two occasion and received poor customer service from the Deli Department girls. Most the girls who work in the Deli Department are very disrespectful and play tend if you're not stand there until someone they prefer helping approaches. This was my second time trying to grab something from the Deli Department and last. I really can't believe people want do their job and put their bad behavior aside until they are off their shift for the day. We used to order cakes from the bakery, but the last experience was so frustrating and disappointing, it's unlikely we'll give them another opportunity. We ordered a marble birthday cake, the associate wrote marble on the order ticket, and then reviewed the order with us. I picked the cake up on the day agreed to, paid for it. Cut it later that evening, and realized we'd been given a chocolate cake instead. Girlfriend called the bakery next day only to be given a bunch of excuses by Noemi- the associate said they didn't have marble and asked us if chocolate was ok, they didn't have supplies to make a marble cake, and they couldn't purchase supplies from the market to make the marble cake. (Seriously? I know if Starbucks runs out of milk, guess what they're going to do!). Why would you write marble on the order ticket if you can't make a marble cake? If there's the possibility that you will have to make a chocolate cake (which we supposedly agreed to) why wouldn't you write that on the ticket to show that it was confirmed with the customer? If there was any doubt, why wouldn't you call instead the customer? That's not how you treat a customer! I then called the bakery and was told by Noemi that at 12pm, the manager had already left for the day. Unsatisfied with by that, I called and spoke to a store manager Nancy. Nancy didn't want to really hear all the details of what happened, and was eager to just give me a resolution she thought I wanted, which was to give me a refund for the cake. Don't get me wrong, the refund was attempt to rectify the situation, I would have preferred that she heard me out instead of acting as though she was too busy to listen. When a customer feels wronged, and then feels as though they've not been heard, that customer has been lost. read more

I don't normally care to read/write reviews for grocery stores but I had a particularly nice experience at this location. I came here two days ago to get lemons, the sign said 59cents ea, but at the self check out they rang up as 69cents. Upon asking an employee, she very politely fixed the error for me and even gave me a free lemon! Sure and free lemon isn't a big deal for most people but that small gesture made my day! read more

Good quality products. Always clean and very coordinated. Variety of products. I like that I can find good quality fresh roses, and they give me a lot of flower food to maintain my roses. It is a great market. read more

I love Ralph's but it's a little pricey. It has good coupons but not enough. The store is really big, but sometimes I feel there are too many choices. Also, I have to walk the store a few times before I can find something random I need. Also, why is it always empty? Does it feel like that because it's so big? Anyways, I usually only go into Ralph's if there isn't another less expensive grocery store around. read more

I like that this store is clean and has most of the items I like but just about everything here is so expensive. I only shop here when there's a sale on chicken, seafood or frozen foods. I rated this store 2 stars since I don't like the fact that checkout aisle is darned narrow! Also, I went to check out the fresh seafood (not much was out on the counter) and the lady who was at the seafood section completely ignored me....very rude! read more

This market always has what I am looking for but some things are crazy to find. Like I was looking for burger patties so I go to the frozen foods isle and they are not there. I walk through both isles twice and nothing. Well there is another freezer on the east side of the store and that's where they are. Go figure. Other than the weird placement of product this store is pretty great. read more

A few miles away from my house well worth the drive. Very clean and never crowded no matter what time you go. Very fresh products . I've had no problems with any cashiers. They also help you bag all your groceries even try to assist you in walking out your cart. read more

My family has shopped here for almost 20 years but have reached our tolerance limit. Over the years more and more of their product remains on the shelves past their expiration dates. On our most recent visit we came home to find that our bag of carrots had expired the week before and when we sliced our apples the inside was black. While at the store we wanted to buy onions but they were all visible spoiled. The employee tried to find us a good one in the stockroom but apologized, they were just as bad in the back. The upkeep and maintenance here has become too bad, way too many expired items for sale. We are now officially not going back. read more

This place is awesome. They have everything you need and the prices are great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The meats are high quality and the butchers are more than happy to give you special cuts. I had a 3 inch bone in ribeye in no time once I asked for it. I recommend this grocery store. read more

The choices are great at this Ralph's. I have no complaints about finding what I'm looking for. Just watch the clientele of customers that come in. Some are pretty shady looking. The market is clean and orderly, but be aware of your surroundings. The veteran cashiers are awesome. The younger cashiers and those who bag groceries need more training with manners and social skills. read more

I went to this Ralphs last night at 10:30pm (5/18/2016) and I was terrified by their customer service. I don't know about the digital coupon and I was trying to learn and do whatever the req. and ask the lady at the cash register, I would think it won't be a problem since it 10:30pm at night their is no line, but this lady she is so useless, RUDE, LAZY, and really poor customer service. then I told her to just cancel my order then I walk out but on my way to the door I ask the stuff (since they just stand there and talk to each other) is there manager around and they told me that the lady that was help me at the cash register is the manager. Poor Ralphs company, I wonder how do they pick people to be a manager? read more

Staff is always friendly I can't complain we shop here often. I have always felt that the staff here is friendly and attentive but there is One incident that made me want to write a review. Today while shopping my son threw up I hadn't even noticed but the friendly Butcher, Francisco, let me know. He quickly helped us clean my son up, he was extremely attentive and kind! Francisco was quick to get us paper towels a bag for the blanket my son threw up on and a trash can. He reassure us it was ok, he was genuinely nice and friendly and made us feel so much better. When your child has an accident like that you are usually mortified but Francisco went out of his way to make sure we were ok. read more

I love ralphs! I like the location and very convenient. Me and my husband shop almost every day. We are always greeted when entering the store and we feel welcome. The store is very neat and i love the meat selection, best quality meat. FRANCISCO from the meat section... He is Always very helpful. Best fresh fruits and vegetables to choose from. They have the most delicious cakes and pastries, my husband loves the Red Valvet cake...yummy. The staff is great. But i would like to take this moment and say that BRANDEE is awesome and hard working. She helps me and my husband even when we have trouble choosing what milk to drink.....Brandee always has good choices....as long as it contains Coconut ;) Even if I've had a terrible day, Brandee always makes my day :) Thanks Brandee! this is my local Ralph's, and i used to do shopping there several times per week, the cashiers are great, the Deli dpt. which is my favorite dpt. they are doing a great work names not in a specific order: Amber, Isis, Lisa, Gloria, these ladies are totally amazing, friendly, awesome, smiling, extremely knowledgeable, fast, never complain, never change their voice tone no matter how many questions or how much tired are they they will keep help you with love and passion as it was their first minute of their shift, i wish the manager or whoever running this place to read this and give them a raise or a bonus because they really deserve it from the bottom of my heart, they are the core of this business they are making it up and running round the clock and they are the reason that i always shop there for years now and i won't go anywhere else as long as they still work there. i will give this store a b- for the store and its offerings and a F for the harassing security guard. so i go in yesterday to pick up 1 item. i go to the aisle that its located and see that its not available. so im on my way out and place the little black cart down by a cash register since i didnt get anything and start to head out. as im leaving the older guy who works security approaches me demanding that i return to black cart to the cart area as if they arent also collected at the line entrance at each register. my daughter then notes that he was following us around as we were in the store. it felt like 1993 in a korea swapmeet store. i could not believe i was followed for being Black - ffbb at ralphs. as a loyal ralphs customer i was insulted by this harassing act other than the security guard i have not had problems with the cashier or direct staff at this location. read more
