This is one of, if not the worst Walmarts ever! I placed a delivery order and everything was wrong I ordered 2 boxes of eggs 18 ct and literally the eggs were broken and a few eggs were missing from each box and they had the audacity to put a carrot in the bag as a joke! I called Walmart customer care and I asked who packs the orders for delivery the employee or the delivery driver ? They said a Walmart employee does and that ticked me off even more! I called and they kept laughing and putting me on hold and hanging up! Idk who does the hiring or if there's even any responsible person in charge! Cake box was sealed and were not given the opportunity to view cake, once we arrived home, opened the box to see a completely different design, no resemblance to the cake we ordered. I recently visited this Supercenter and was taken by surprise with the quality of service given to me at the deli department by a worker with the name of Juanita. Big signs that states that "Menbers ONLY" for the Scan and Go! Waited in line for my 3 items; "Must be a Member, sorry go to the end of the 15 items or less line" said the associate. In recalling the lines with 8+ people in all other lines, I came across Team Lead Hilda. I suggested signs "Members Only" she claimed that there were "Spark Member" signs. Nope, not visible while in line. I handed her my three items and let her know I am leaving because of her. Should have been, "I am sorry for that, I will look into it. How may I help you now?" Sadly, this happened again! I tend to have issues with my ATM card. The strip at times works but the CHIP if we TAP, works. At this store, their thing is, stick the card in at least 3 times and the swipe it! Like we have their time. I asked the first woman employee, why can't I tap? '. Because we DON't,' was her answer. I'm sure they have good employees. But, NOT TODAY!!!! BTW, she had no name badge and I asked: ' What's your name?' Are you all ready for this..???!!!!! 'I have NO NAME.' I honestly felt I was being PUNKED!!! This cashier was at register 21 at 17:15hrs today. She has an ANIME LOOK. Haircolor and all. Nothing wrong with that just describing her in case you will talk with her. Would hope REGIONAL Walmart people see this and wish to contact met. She then has another employee there help me. Christian did have his tag. 'Sir, do you have another card?' Yes I do however, I use ATM and CC's. I can have my bank issue new card however, every reputable place makes it work. In other words, they work with the CUSTOMER!!! Another customer in line comes forward and says: ' if you scratch the CHIP it will work. It's happened to me!' BAMMMM! It worked. After my almost 30 minute ordeal, Christian gives me my card back. I waited just staring at him to see what time might he say: 'THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE SIR and EXCUSE OUR INCOMPETENCE. I mean, inconvenience!! That never happened! Whoever trains these people.... Shame on YOU!! It's time we all take time and never let incidents like this go unnoticed! Normally don't do grocery store reviews. No Apple Pay (the main reason for review). The prices are very cheap with large selections.

The people that work here were very bad at explaining anything, because I found a problem with the app and the employees are rude and didn't explain so when we asked they just said that it didn't work not even saying why or how to fix it . So we asked for the manager in a nice way not trying to be Karen and she explained everything. read more

This place needs better management. It's unacceptable that I go to return an item I bought that didn't work. I started the return process on the Walmart app and it clearly states to return to the store to get my refund when I get there they didnt want to take the item because I didn't have a box for it, mind you, in the app it says if you don't have a box they'll provide one for a return, but they didn't!!!!! Instead they told me that I couldn't return it and if I wanted to speak to a manager and I said I did. I waited 30 minutes and no manager showed up, so I talked to another employee and she said that the manager was in a meeting. that she'll be right with me, another 30 minutes passed and still no Manager showed up! I like that Walmart has low prices and a big selection, but lately the experience hasn't been great.

The only reason im leaving ONE star , is because they dont have a ZERO star option!!! I had family coming in town for Christmas , and I was working on Christmas eve, and Christmas day, so my schedule was pretty full. So I decided to order everything I needed for delivery early morning on Christmas eve, so that by the time I got off work, everything would be already at the house to save myself time, because I was picking up my family from the airport later that day. I even paid for fast delivery. So I placed the order around 8 am or so... so the delivery should be around mid morning . But I got an alert from INSTACART that the delivery was going to be late .. so they moved the delivery time back an hour. I wasn't happy , but ok. So 2 hours later ... I get another alert saying my order is going to be further delayed. Then they further delayed the order. Our family tradition is that we cook together on Christmas eve.. and of course we eat on Christmas day. Fast forward... and about 3 more delayed delivery notices .. now I've picked my family up .. and it's now around 8 pm!! So I physically call Instacart customer service .. they basically tell me there is pretty much nothing they can do ... but when i get my order, call them back, and theyll refund my priority delivery fees. So basically I was stuck.. obviously it's Christmas and funds are limited. So I didn't have the funds to go rebuy all the groceries again.. so All I could do was wait . So then around 10PM ... I get a notice that my order won't be delivered until the day AFTER Christmas , when I no longer need the items because my family will have left that same morning .. I was LIVID!!!!!! ... even if I cancelled the order , the funds would not be back on my card in time to use and have access to them. Ive never been so EMBARRASSED and angry!!!!! And then to make matters worse .. when my order was finally delivered and I called back to get the priority delivery funds returned, they told me that they can't even do that, it's against policy, and all they could offer was offer free shipping on my NEXT order of 35 dollars or more .. which i promptly refused because most of my orders dont exceed 35 dollars .. so that particular credit offer does me no good!!! Their response... in a nutshell .. sucks to be YOU !!!! Take what you want from this .. but my advice.... DO NOT put your faith in INSTACART!!!!! read more

The pick-up service is seriously lacking. Wrong/ incomplete orders. Long wait time in eve. Rude employees. Poor management of personel. The pick-up option is made to save you time. HA! Not in this case! If I could give minus stars I would. You lost not only this customer but several others ss this experience will be relayed to them. Walmart cares. My boyfriend made an appointment to get an oil change for them to not have the oil. First, he's been there before so the car should be in the system. You should've been prepared. Second, if you're suggesting me to buy oil because you're unprepared you should at least lower the price. Third, if you didn't have the oil the least you could've done is let us know so we can reschedule and not waste more gas and time going to the appointment. I hate whenever I write a bad review but unfortunately I had to do so for this Walmart. First I will mention a few of the positives. The air conditioning in this Walmart seem to work really good. I have been to certain Walmart when it is so hot inside and either the air-conditioning doesn't work very good. Or the staff do not decide to turn it on. This Walmart did not have that type of issue at all. There was a good circulation inside the store and the air was clean. Air quality is super important. Especially with these times with Covid and everything going on in our country today. So the fact that they had great airflow and great circulation throughout the store was definitely a positive The main thing I did not like was the fact that many of the items on the shelves are not in the correct place. I mean one or two items I completely understand because it is a big store. But I look for 19 different items and 17 out of the 19 items were not where they were supposed to be. I mean that was not very cool. Then when I asked one of the staff members they were not very helpful at all. I wish I could give this Walmart a better rating. But right now they definitely do not deserve it. I did buy a laptop from the Walmart as well and I asked for a white laptop. Placed an online order, done a couple times with this store. Curbside pick up Average waiting time from 15 - 25 mins. (Improved) Today(May 17th) I was told my order was cancelled since May 15th Sunday. I have been ordering on Walmart App, I go by the information from there. I showed the order details to Walmart curbside pickup employee. The response from that employee: oh it's the system glitch. I was like, at least email me or text me the order was cancelled. Can we all agree that this is the worst walmart in town? I had a curbside pickup yesterday between 2 and 3 p.m.; I checked in at 1:55 p.m., but no one arrived with my order. I saw an employee, and I told him I have been waiting for 40 minutes now and have not received my order. When he checked his scanner, he said, Oh, it shows that you're not checked in. I showed him proof on the Walmart app; it says, Someone will bring out your order shortly, so he went and got my order, and I was missing a microwave that I had purchased. He said the item got cancelled, and he didn't know why. He couldn't give him an explanation, but he said they had them in stock and I could purchase it in store. I said fine, I'll go. I go get the microwave and try to check it out, but it won't let me purchase it. An associate was also trying to scan my item, but they couldn't do it. They went to get a team lead, and she said they couldn't sell me the microwave because it was on recall. I said, How is it on recall, and you have a whole shelf full of them? By this time, I was pissed, and I told her how I had been waiting on my curbside order for 40 minutes. They told me I could purchase it in store, now this BS, so I asked if I could get another microwave and if she could honor the price, which was $60, and she said no, we can't do that. THIS IS SOLELY ABOUT AN EMPLOYEE..... Walmart needs to hire more people like TRACEY in checkout! She's friendly, she's honest, and she's not afraid to tell people the truth about how things really are. Tracey should be in management and maybe the store would run better with having someone who actually speaks up and doesn't let others get away with things. I can bet that there would be less theft, a cleaner store, and better workers with a manager like Tracey. read more
