I called multiple times to verify that I can come in just for an eye exam for a prescription for eyewear. I informed them that I had a complete eye exam at a reputable establishment (Eye Ear & Throat Hospital) a few months ago and only needed a new RX. They were quite insistent that they do another exam which I refused (waste of insurance). They made me wait an extremely long time for the paper prescription, even after multiple requests. They appeared quite frustrated that I didn't want to purchase eyewear from them and even became rude and indignant. Would not recommend. read more

Truly, the staff at Park Professional Eyecare could not be more friendly or accommodating. They take your time seriously and treat you like a valued patient. Even when they were understaffed my visit was exceptional! They explained the situation immediately and even still I was seen promptly. Con: I had an issue with my contact pick up prescription, they were supposed to give it to me before my flight, I forgot to check in so I ended up leaving without them and my bf called a couple days after to pick them up and they still didn't have them ready so I was stuck on vacay with my glasses. I was a bit disappointed as they are usually organized but for some reason they updated me once that they were ready via txt and never again as a courtesy reminder which other places often times do. read more

This optometrist is money-driven and he may be polite, but he is incompetent. I have been wearing contact lenses for decades and this is the first time I had to go in multiple times to get it adjusted over and over again. He tried to blame me for not seeing clearly and I could only laugh at how stupid he sounded. When a client cannot see clearly out of the prescription that optometrist prescribed it's because the optometrist did not a) have the knowledge or skills to prescribe correctly or b) the optometrist has the skills, but rushed the exam because he wanted to make more money. In addition, I have vision insurance and I called beforehand to make sure my insurance was accepted and would cover the cost of the exam. I end up leaving paying over $100 for just contact lenses fitting--so beware! The nerve Paternoster had to try to pressure me into buying contacts at his store. His greed is nauseating. Don't waste your time or money going here. read more
