3 1/2 stars really. This Rallys is where we go to get our junk food fix. The location is busy most of the time. Be patient , the food is always hot when we go. Never had a mistake at this one. The attendant at the window ,Adrianna is usually there and so very pleasant all the time. The double spicy chicken is always hot and fresh cooked. The breading hasn't pulled away from the chicken unlike Wendy's. Stop going there along time ago. Love them. Husband tried the Philly Sub. He usually gets the Big Buford. He loved those too. And a Chicken bite box with fries. Hard to beat for $2.50 I believe. The little nuggets are delicious and seasoned well. The subs are 2 for $7.00. Not loaded with meat but decent amount, with cheese , peppers, onions. I did try a dbl.Rally burger. It was okay. Had 2 bites and was full from fries and Spicy Double Chicken, soo Husband ate the rest too !! Don't know where he puts it !! Lol. Can't eat inside, but we park and people watch. Wow, even had beggers knock on window for money. No money but we bought them some food. It's okay. No one deserves to be hungry in this country. Try them and eat in parking lot and watch the free circus. Too dangerous to drive and eat. read more

The Rally's on Anthony is awful. Our food was cold. The screwed up making our burgers. We paid extra money for shakes and they were tiny. I would give zero stars if I could! Our bill was $20 and we could have ordered off the value meal somewhere else and gotten a ton more food than we got there. Buyer beware. read more

First the ordering online is a waste of time when it comes to getting a refund, tried calling no answer, the worker stated that I needed to talk with a hire up, that was a waste of time also. It was only one person working there, never received my money back online, I tried to cancel from the app that didn't work either. read more

Worst restaurant I've ever ordered from. They can't get your order right at all. If I could put 0 stars, I would. That's all they deserve. How do you make the same order 2 times in a row and miss 5 things both times? Absolutely terrible customer service. They should replace this place with literally anything else. Mr. krabs would run a better business than this dump. read more

The food was cold and disgusting. Don't eat here. I'll definitely NOT be going back to eat here.

I'm going to be honest, I would give a negative star rating if they'd let me. Absolute trash service. I waited in like 30 minutes for a cold burger that was also wrong and then had to sit for another hour waiting in line to get it fixed because they wouldn't pick up the phone or answer their door. Worst experience I've had in a very long time. -101837474731/10 would never recommend. Edit: when I got back to the window to explain the mistake, I was yelled at by the woman working and told to "just tell her what I want or get out of her line." She also shouted at a fellow employee. read more

Customer service is gracious and curtious. If or when it's busy (drive thru) l have my order in and step aside. Thank you Ralley's. You`ve almost succumbed my yen for Coney Island. Ambiance is direct and to the point. Clean and nice. Thank you for being downtown. I went to McDonald's once. Once. You have good people. Thank you. I`m in ft Wayne ind. I was making a pick up and decided to offer a few homeless ppl food and the manager stater being irate towards me.. Employee says he was the manager so I started recording. Once he knew I was recording, he no longer was the manager. He was very intoxicated and slurring his words. I repeatedly said to him to call the police so I could be trespassed from the property.. the employees(yes . Now it's multiple employees) wouldn't call the police. Why didn't they? Covering themselves. It's always a 30 minute wait time when I come here. Wth. Now I know why.. look at all the reviews . BAD MANAGEMENT . read more

Walked in to see some clown eating NACHOS from the prep line. In between packing bags...Rallys dont sell nachos. So obviously the mask was down. It's fast food so I wasn't expecting much, but it would have been nice if the burger was hot and the mozzarella sticks weren't still partially frozen in the middle. Fries were good but not worth stopping for. read more

Small portioned expensive nasty tasting food. The best thing this place has to offer is the fountain pop. I am not digging Rally's it just taste weird and breaks up my billfold real bad at the same time. Place use to be good over 20 years ago, they have fallen big time over the years, twice as expensive half as big portions and now weird tasting. Not good like it use to be and certainly not affordable. Place could go out of business for all I care. I rather eat at Mcdonalds or Burger King. How sad is that? real sad I say, right? right? right? right? read more

Horrible customer service we did delivery we got a call from our delivery person saying that they went to pick it up but they the people at the store told them that they already picked it up then supposedly I was talking to a male manager and after I try to get things done he was rude and said I don't care it's your problem now and hung up the phone and I called again November 7 at 2 o'clock I started calling and didn't get a hold of anybody until 2:50 in the morning had to find out the person that worked November 4 when this all went down that I was talking to is the manager and it's a female and the person I talk to on the fourth was just an employee and we have yet to get a refund of $25 and something back.!! read more

I swear I just posted this review... But I'll do it again! A few months ago I was Jones Ing for a burger and went downtown rally's to get one because it was the only thing open that had what I might want! I ordered a couple of big Buford's... The line was long and I had waited forever... It turns out someone and tried to pass a bad $20 bill and that's what slowed everything down! Anyway, I finally got up there and got my order and the gal was awesome... Got my order home and they had screwed it up! All that was on it was pickles and onions... I gave it a try and damn if that wasn't the best burger I've had in a long time! I had renewed faith in rallies restaurants... Tried several across town and none of those seem to match up... So when I was ever Jones Ing for a burger I would go to downtown rally's. Well, last night was one of those nights that I was Jones Ing for a burger and went to downtown rally's... Got my food home and they had screwed it up again... It wasn't onions and pickles only it was onions and some sort of horrible mayonnaise. Still, I believe that the downtown Raleigh's pretty much makes the best burgers in town... I'm guessing the grill has been seasoned well over the years. Of course when it comes to sliders no one beats Powers burgers! And a close second runner-up for the best burger in Fort Wayne in my opinion would be the halls restaurant in New Haven! All these fancy-schmancy big chain expensive restaurants should take a lesson! read more

The manager in training, Charles, was super nice and helpful. We went in for just a couple of sodas, but ended up getting some cinnamon apple pies on his recommendation. WAY better than McDonalds apple pies. I think I found a new sugar spot when I've got a sweet tooth. ;) read more

I decided to try this as it was late and there weren't many places open. I expected some relatively poor quality, McDonalds style food, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the chicken sandwiches, speed, and the service here. I will definitely be coming back! read more

Ordered Big Chicken sandwich. NOT big, not hot, not fresh. Looked like a small, sad looking regular chicken sandwich, tasted like it had been sitting for 30 minutes. Yuk! It became a doggie treat. Service was fairly quick and friendly. Sometimes you get lucky with decent food, sometimes not. This was my "NOT" turn, I guess. read more

The person taking the order was pushy and rude. We ordered an ice cream cone and it was so melted it fell into the bag, drenching our meals.
