Had not been to Rally's since I was a teenager and safe to say I will never return ever again. I don't even know where to start on how bad my experience and food was. First an AI type machine took out order instead of a real person and it was hard to ask questions. Now on to the food. I had the driest most dense bun on my burger. The bun was so thick. I'm not sure if it was just an old bun or if that's how bad their buns are. I'm not even picky when it comes to fast food. I like all cheeseburgers from anywhere. Well I guess not anymore. Absolutely terrible first and last experience with rally's. Order started by getting taken by a weird AI voiced kiosk, it took orders well enough but it being ai made it difficult to customize meals. I was ordering for a group and when I got to putting in the last order a worker come over the kiosk intercom and cut me off to tell me that part of what I had asked for at the beginning of the order was unavailable and to come up to the window and finish, was very rude in doing so. When I didn't start driving right away the worker yelled at me to move forward. I got up to the window and told them that I was still trying to order more food and asked for a menu or at least something to read off of real quick since they had made me move up and they said they couldn't provide one. Handed me two drinks and told me to "move over there for the rest of the order" and shut the window before I could get clarification. Turned out they wanted me to drive out of the drive thru around the building and into the far left delivery lane. Where we waited 30 mins for the rest of the order. Ended up not being able to place the full order. Didn't receive everything that I had paid for. The place was not busy at all, attitude and service were not warranted in the slightest. Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered food through the Postmates app and I pulled up I showed them the order they made it everything is fine then the kid working there had glasses told me they had not received the order I showed him my phone and he took it to his manager in the back. After he did he said I needed to press the accept pick up I told him I wouldn't because it would charge my card and if I did I wanted to make sure I got my food and he said I would. I pressed confirm pick up we waited 10 minutes and he said I'm sorry I can't give it to you because it hasn't shown up. They had it made n decided to throw the food away because they were going to give me a "free meal." I had no choice but to just drive away. Unacceptable and horrible customer service. read more

Terrible service. Don't even try to order on foot, they won't respond. I stood outside the window for 10 minutes before I just decided to go elsewhere. Staff is very rude and sloppy. If you like Rally's I would not recommend going to this location. read more

I'm not to fond of this place and this location, the staff didn't seem like they like their job and regardless of it being slow (the only one there) the wait could've been a little faster. If you're in store for fast food and in the area craving for Rally's you won't get it as fast as you like. read more

First off the two star rating is for the service not the food, if you have ever had Rallys before then you know what to expect nothing special here. Don't forget to ask for your sauces BBQ ect... because they won't give you any sauce not even ketchup without asking for it and you will end up getting home upset you don't have your favorite sauce. Keep in mind the only dining area is outside in the heat and in the Valley it's just to hot to be outside unless its a freakishly cool day. read more

First time here, not planning on coming back. They were not busy and had a normal amount of staff, I'm relatively understanding, but we had to get on the road. Had to wait a bit for my food, had to wait even longer for my pals food and gave him a watered down slushy that was 3/4 filled. It took way too long to get all of their orders and taken care of. Terrible girl messed up our whole order tried to get napkins and a fork had they wouldn't even ope. The window to assist! Went back through the drive thru to tell them everything was wrong her response was what do you want me to do we're short staffed. Ordered a cone, they gave a cone that was soggy and leaked all over my car interior. Called and emailed corporate to get this corrected.a week later no response. To be honest the food is pretty good here, the employees just make it seem like it's a big deal when customers order ranch. I mean for one, this women tried to get me to pay 50¢ for ranch when I've visited this site many times and was never asked to pay for ranch, then I decided after that day I was going to order ranch with my food, but they still decide to leave out my ranch. One employee even repeats my order ,not forgetting the ranch I requested, and forgets to put the ranch in my bag. When returning to the window to ask for my ranch she walks to another employee and asks for the ranch and the other employee walks to the back of the kitchen to a fridge I'm assuming and one minute later I'm handed the ranch. I don't have issues getting ranch at other fast food restaurant in El Centro, but at Rally's there's always going to be that one issue I guess. read more

Talk about stepping your game up. Their food is bomb but their customer service is amazing.

We stopped here on our way home, I really wanted a chicken sandwich from here, we took a detour just to stop here, the service was horrible, we walked up to the window, we were not greeted, and took about 5 minutes for someone to open the walk up window. We ordered, they didn't make my sandwich right, and fries were not fresh. I did enjoy my banana-chocolate shake. Will probably not stop by if ever near this town. read more
