The staff opened the window and yelled at the young men and the next thing we knew the guy had a weapon out. The staff slammed the drive thru window and left us in the middle of it all. The police responded quickly. Staff did no de-escalate the situation and actually made it more horrifying that they were yelling obscenities out of the window right in front of customers. I wouldn't go here again if you pointed a weapon at me...oh wait that already happened. So no thanks! I will go elsewhere. If I could give negative stars I would. This place should be shut down.

I ordered a falafel, hummus, and salad appetizer as a meal and it was plenty. The falafel are excellent, though they could have used a bit of dip. Excellent flavor, piping hot, crispy on the outside and perfect inside. The hummus is very tahini-forward and tasty, though I did add a pinch of salt. The salad was some sliced cucumber and tomato and some fantastic pickles. Everything went together beautifully. Spouse had a chicken wrap and fries and said it was excellent. I stole a fry and it was delicious - the kind that slaps you upside the head and yells that it's a real potato product. We are definitely going back! Oh, and the prices aren't outrageous either.

Pulled up to the bay to order and was immediately told " we're accepting cash only". Excuse me? I didn't think I'd heard correctly. I never carry a lot of cash, so no lunch (from Sonic) for mom. Fortunately, I had a $5, 5 $1s and some change at the bottom of my purse to pay the $10.37 for a frickin chicken nugget meal. What establishment nowadays doesn't have other payment methods?

The lady that took my order was great but the woman at the window tonight, about 8:30pm is absolutely terrible. She won't look at you, won't speak to you and she handed two shakes to me, just like pictured. You mean to tell me you can't even wipe it off? You handed it to me knowing good and well that it was this messy. The most messed up part is that she didn't hand me or even offer napkins. And if I wasn't so afraid to be yelled at and treated even more like trash, I would've asked for some. I don't know why this restaurant doesn't care about presentation or professionalism. What exactly are the franchise owners doing about this? Obviously nothing since it's the same girl that I reported about her terrible treatment last time... and still, I am treated the exact same way. This location absolutely sucks. And I know very well about all I speak about because where I work, I am held to a VERY high standard in the way I greet, wait on customers and the presentation out the window. Shame on you, Sonic. Do better. Actually, do so much better.
