I honestly don't know why I tried this location again, after the awful experience I had last time. I knew better than to even go through the drive thru but the location is closest to home. The lady that took my order was great but the woman at the window tonight, about 8:30pm is absolutely terrible. She won't look at you, won't speak to you and she handed two shakes to me, just like pictured. You mean to tell me you can't even wipe it off? You handed it to me knowing good and well that it was this messy. The most messed up part is that she didn't hand me or even offer napkins. And if I wasn't so afraid to be yelled at and treated even more like trash, I would've asked for some. I don't know why this restaurant doesn't care about presentation or professionalism. What exactly are the franchise owners doing about this? Obviously nothing since it's the same girl that I reported about her terrible treatment last time... and still, I am treated the exact same way. This location absolutely sucks. And I know very well about all I speak about because where I work, I am held to a VERY high standard in the way I greet, wait on customers and the presentation out the window. Shame on you, Sonic. Used the ap and ordered 2 teas one with peach one with extra raspberry. Took 30 minutes after we got there for them to bring them out. The peach one had no peach in it from what we could tell and the raspberry had so much it was overly sweet. The kid bringing out the items couldn't walk any slower to the cars while looking at his phone. Definitely does not care anything about his job in the least. Also, no receipt given. read more

I live close to here and often go here. The service is sometimes slow, but the food and drinks are always really well made. My favorite is the grape or peach cream slush. Some other locations make it a bit weaker, but here it's always perfect. I had to come on here and write this because all the negative reviews. Don't know what that is all about. I've never had a bad experience, but I go knowing I might have to wait a bit. I've seen at least one person get mad and drive off because they were mad about having to wait. read more

very bad customer service, i ordered a medium slush three days in a row,first two days price was $1.24, third day was .97, fourth day i ordered medium chocolate malt,in drivethru, when she gave me the malt the top was not secure, yep, malt all over my car and myself, worker said "so sorry, i would be mad too"!and that was it, oh after i asked, she did give me a few napkins to clean the mess. but i must say, what was left of the malt was very good, but i will not be returning, before all of this, my sister and i tried the drivethru and had to leave because it took to long. read more
